Abstract

Every clothing must have utility, beauty, or distinctiveness to keep buyers interested. Creative clothing is one type of apparel that is both unique and very creative. Creative clothing is clothing created as a consequence of a person's imagination, wishful thinking, thoughts, ideas, or inspiration to express creativity. The inspiration or inspirations for designing these imaginative garments might vary, such as the fantasy-themed animation series Sword Art Online. Sword Art Online is a fantasy series that prompted researchers to create imaginative attire, with the series' character Leafa serving as the primary inspiration. Leafa is a character from Suguha's sylph race in the Alfheim Online game who assists her older brother, Kirito, in saving Asuna, who is trapped in the game. This study intends to foster the writer's creativity by creating unique apparel and utilizing what he or she has learned in class. This study used the PPE model technique, which has three stages: planning, production, and assessment. This study creates unique attire that complements Leafa's qualities by using glossy textiles that provide a stunning and glamorous visual impression. The wing embellishments on this unique clothes add to its appeal and consistency with the theme.

Abstract

Male sexual dysfunction, including ED, PD, and PE, is prevalent, particularly in older men. Research has suggested that hormonal factors, specifically low total testosterone levels, may contribute to these conditions. TTh has been explored as a potential treatment for male sexual dysfunction, but studies have used varying assessment methods. This meta-analysis aimed to provide a comprehensive evaluation by using a consistent assessment tool, the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF). Methods: Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing TTh with placebo in adult men with sexual dysfunction were included. The primary outcome measure was the IIEF score. Studies were selected through a systematic literature search, and 16 RCTs met the inclusion criteria. Results: 16 studies were deemed from 98 studies was identified. The effect size testosterone therapy (Tth) in overall sexual dysfuction with standardized mean difference (SMD) 1.8, 95% CI 0.31 to 3.43. Impact of testosterone therapy on erectile dysfunction with Mean Difference (MD) 3.07, 95% CI 1.68 to 4.46. P-value 0.0001) (p<0.0001). Discussion: Testosterone plays a crucial role in regulating various aspects of male health, including sexual function. TTh has demonstrated positive effects on sexual function, particularly in improving erectile function. The time course of TTh effects suggests that improvements in libido and sexual activity can occur within weeks, while substantial improvements in erectile function may take several months. Additional assessment tools, such as the PDQ-Q4 and DISF-M-II, have also shown positive outcomes with TTh.

Abstract

In the event of the 2024 presidential election, the neutrality and position of the president play a key role in ensuring the continuity of democracy and justice. This article aims to investigate these issues from the perspective of constitutional law and comparative law. Through a normative juridical approach, this article explores the neutrality and position of the president in the 2024 general election from the perspective of constitutional law and comparative law. The data sources used come from primary and secondary sources. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be stated that the president as the people who have the right to vote and as the head of state who must prioritize neutrality towards the general election is prohibited from inviting others or the public to vote for one of the candidates. In addition, a legal comparison conducted with Malaysia, the Philippines, and South Korea found that the general elections conducted are almost the same as those conducted by Indonesia. Except Malaysia, because its form of government is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy. This means that executive power is held by the prime minister, who is the head of government and leads the cabinet. The Prime Minister is chosen from members of Parliament, who are members of the legislature elected by the people in general elections.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on bank profitability in Indonesia during the pandemic using panel data from 93 banks in Indonesia with a time span from 2017-2022 using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) approach. The motivation for this research comes from the identification that the relationship between monetary policy and bank profitability is simultaneously very important because it has significant implications in efforts to maintain monetary stability and financial system stability. The research results show that there is a significant positive impact of monetary policy in the form of the BI7DRR policy interest rate on the ROA, ROE and NIM ratios in the 2017-2022 period. Furthermore, the BI7DRR interest rate policy had a significant positive effect on ROA and ROE before and during the pandemic with a greater influence during the pandemic for ROA and during the pre-pandemic period for the ROE ratio. This reflects that banks in Indonesia have not yet fully found a way to anticipate the impact of lower policy interest rates on their profitability. Meanwhile, BI7DRR only had a significant effect on NIM in the pre-pandemic period, considering that the decline in BI7DRR was not immediately responded to by banks by reducing credit interest rates.
