Abstract

Buying and selling is something that often happens in all activities. A sale and purchase agreement is an agreement in which one party promises to deliver the goods and the other party pays the promised price. This study intends to examine the things that affect the procurement of artificial land in Babul Makmur Village. The type of research used is a descriptive approach, meaning that here it provides a specific description of the field in the form of facts found in the field and by describing the results of research obtained in the field, including: data that has been obtained from the library, then the researcher makes conclusions and recommendations from all the results that have been studied. The results showed that the things that resulted in the sale and purchase of underhanded land in Babul Makmur Village were: cultural/customary factors, trust and family factors, fast processing factors and low costs, education factors and lack of socialization. Then the registration of land at the Office of the National Land Agency is not a condition for the validity of the sale or not. So if there is an underhand sale and purchase, it is actually legally valid and the land is legally the property of the buyer.

Abstract

The object of this research is residents who are recorded in marriage at the KUA Bogor Regency and several samples are taken to determine the divorce rate caused by underage marriages. Y) is very significant. Techniques for collecting data were using a questionnaire given to the community who had been recorded in carrying out marriages at the KUA in Bogor district, especially tajur halang as many as 194 people. Analysis of the role of employees at KUA that the influence of early marriage variables on the divorce rate is very strong.

Abstract

In order to prevent the spread of the Corona virus, in Indonesia itself, a Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy was implemented to suppress the spread of this virus, including in terms of education. Education applies social distancing which limits space and time to all routine activities in the learning system, the role of leaders is needed in directing, providing guidance, setting strategies or policies in an organization especially when in a pandemic emergency, a leadership model is needed in solving every problem especially in a pandemic emergency. The method used in this research is library research. The right leadership model in educational institutions during this pandemic is a situational leadership model, where this leadership model expresses how a manager's actions in certain situations his leadership can be effective.

Abstract

Pada masa remaja terjadi perubahan-perubahan fisik dan perubahan fisiologis. Perubahan ini menyebabkan daya tarik terhadap lawan jenis yang merupakan akibat timbulnya dorongan-dorongan seksual. Dalam rangka mencari pengetahuan mengenai seks, ada remaja yang melakukannya secara terbuka bahkan mulai mencoba mengadakan eksperimen dalam kehidupan seksual. Sejalan dengan minat terhadap seksual, remaja selalu berusaha mencari informasi objektif tentang seks, hal yang membahayakan adalah apabila informasi yang didapat berasal dari sumber yang salah sehingga menimbulkan kekurangpahaman remaja. Ada sekitar 53% perempuan berumur 15-19 tahun melakukan hubungan seksual sedangkan jumlah laki- laki dua kali lipat dari jumlah perempuan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seks pranikah. Metode penelitan ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap 67 responden dengan analisa data chi square. Hasil Penelitian: Didapatkan nilai X2hitung = 24.091 lebih besar dari X2tabel = 5.991 dan nilai p = 0,002 kurang dari 0,05. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan positif antara pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku seks pranikah pada remaja.

Abstract

The purpose of PKM activities is to develop learning methods for community education by conducting practice/experience-based entrepreneurship counseling. Partners who are the venue for the activity are students and the general public in Cigugur Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. PKM is based on initial research on partners where partners are still less interested in entrepreneurship, there are also no outside parties who carry out more in-depth counseling, including the practice of opening new businesses. which will be initiated. The method used for partners is counseling activities. Counseling is carried out by means of lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. Socialization about entrepreneurial motivation assisted by students as hosts where the village hall is a place for counseling. The debriefing materials that were told to partners in the form of PPT about increasing entrepreneurial motivation and others were prepared by the PKM team consisting of a team of lecturers and assisted by students. The result of the socialization activity organized by the PKM team is that the community and student participants understand that they can motivate themselves to produce creative and innovative ideas when dealing with sticky rice so that their business can always grow. The community and students have been able to recognize the potential they have and their surroundings. The community and students also understand the entrepreneurship needed to run a business or business

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the confidence level of Diponegoro University Applied Foreign Languages English Students Class of 2019 – 2020 with public speaking in English; (2) the reason for the insecurity of Diponegoro University Applied Foreign Language English Students Class of 2019 – 2020 with public speaking in English; (3) solutions to the lack of confidence for English students of Diponegoro University Applied Foreign Languages Class of 2019 – 2020 with public speaking in English. This research uses a quantitative approach with an exploratory type. Determination of research subjects using simple random sampling techniques. The sample in this study was 54 students of applied foreign language class 2019-2020 specializing in English at Diponegoro University. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The questionnaire used in this study is closed and answered directly by the respondent. The measuring instrument that will be used in this study is to use a modified Likert scale with four alternative answers, namely strongly agree (SS), agree (S), disagree (TS), and strongly disagree (STS). The results showed that the highest number of 54 respondents Students of Applied Foreign Languages at Diponegoro University is Lack of Preparation with average 3.18, while reason chosen with the lowest number of respondents is A Feeling of Incapacity with average 2. The solutions for three highest reasons. There are lack of preparation, the solution is break down the practice into smaller, more doable parts in order to reduce stress and increase performance, the practice should be done in small, manageable pieces. Then stage fright, rather than focusing on the audience, concentrate on the topic. People are more interested in new knowledge than in how it is delivered. They may be unaware of the students' anxiousness. And the last is inferiority or low self-esteem, appreciate what the students achieved. Give pat at the back following the speech or presentation

Abstract

The entry of western cultural influences into Japan brought various kinds of trends, both in the form of technology, science and trends, one of which is the trend of child-free and unmarried, this trend began to be followed by Japanese people, especially in urban areas. child-free and unmarried trends. This research uses descriptive analysis method, describes the current trends in Japanese society, and data obtained from literature studies. The development of this trend has had a major impact on Japan, especially women and on the rate of population growth, the patriarchal culture that has existed for a long time has spurred Japanese women to voice their rights in self-determination. The feminist movement developed and had a great influence on Japanese women. From this trend, it can be concluded that population problems are starting to emerge, including the increasing number of elderly people and the low rate of population growth. Abstract

Cesarean section requires anesthetic efforts to relieve pain in the patient. The type of anesthesia commonly used is spinal anesthesia. Urinary retention is one of the side effect on using spinal anesthetic drugs caused by blockade of spinal cord conduction as high as the S2-S4 segment which innervates the urinary bladder which can lead to UTI. One of the actions that can accelerate spontaneous voiding is early mobilization step by step after cesarean section. This study aims to determine the effect of early mobilization on spontaneous voiding after cesarean section with spinal anesthesia at Level IV IM 07.01 Hospital Lhokseumawe. Method that used in this research is quasi-experimental design with one-group posttest-only design, a population of 53 mothers after cesarean section with spinal anesthesia at Level IV IM 07.01 Hospital Lhokseumawe in October - November 2021. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate with Fisher Exact Test with 95% confidence level, = 5%. The result showed there was an effect of early mobilization on spontaneous voiding after cesarean section with spinal anesthesia at Level IV IM 07.01 Hospital Lhokseumawe with p value = 0.037 and OR = 6.346 (95% CI = 1.091-36.921). The conclusion of the study that there is an effect of early mobilization on spontaneous voiding after cesarean section with spinal anesthesia at Level IV IM 07.01 Hospital Lhokseumawe in 2021 and early mobilization had an effect 6 times on the initial time of voiding.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize training registration in the Medan City Industry Service through an android-based application. The benefits of this research are to save people's time and energy and reduce the workload of the Medan City Industry Office staff, because registration is done online through RED APPEL. The application is designed using Java programming on Android Studio, MySQL system management database on XAMPP software. The results of the research are training registration, taking training materials through APPEL MERAH (Medan Berkah Training Application) without having to come to the Medan City Industry Office. This application is very important among people who want to take part in training at the Medan City Industry Office because it can be accessed via their respective Smartphones.

Abstract

Early childhood is the initial stage of children in the process of growth and development to become mature in life later. By providing education from an early age, it is expected to be able to increase the growth and development of children in developing their abilities. This study aims to develop application-based geomaze games and determine the effectiveness of application-based geomaze games on visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 4-5 years. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) research using the ASSURE model. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical analysis techniques. This study uses target participants, namely children aged 4-5 years in TK Kusuma Bangsa as a test of the validity of the instrument and children aged 4-5 years at TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan 1 Gresik Regency as the main sample for testing the game product based on applications and conventional products ( LCA). The data collection tool in this study used a questionnaire from material experts and media experts, teachers and parents. The data obtained came from the collection of questionnaires carried out through the distribution of online google forms, in order to obtain product validation and obtain input for product improvement materials from experts as well as get feedback from parents on children's visual-spatial intelligence in order to get an overview of this intelligence and also test the effectiveness of the media. app based geomaze game. The results of this study indicate that the application-based geomaze game media is effective in increasing the visual-spatial intelligence of children aged 4-5 years. From the results of the feedback survey given by parents, it shows that the application-based geomaze game media that was developed effectively stimulates children's visual space intelligence in recognizing shapes and colors compared to traditional media using worksheets commonly used in schools which have proven to be effective learning media.
