Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Firm value is an important concept for investors because it is a market measure of the firm's overall value. In this study, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of ROA and DER on firm value, with management ownership as a moderating variable. Firm value is the dependent variable which is measured using Tobin's Q. In this study, the analytical technique used is moderated regression analysis. The test results, the first ROA has a large and good impact on the value of the consumption sector company, while the second managerial ownership cannot moderate the impact of ROA on the company value, the third DER has a large and good impact on the consumption sector company value. and fourth, managerial ownership strengthens the effect of DER on firm value. The limitation of this study lies in the classification of the sample which only uses the consumption sector for the period 2018 – 2020 as a result, the results of the study cannot be generalized to see the effect of the variables used on manufacturing companies as a whole.

Abstract

From January to April 2021, 46 out of 200 medical record files were misplaced and misfiled, according to preliminary research conducted at the Kalijaga Health Center. Misplaced files and missfiles can interfere and cause delays in the patient care process, making new medical records other than missing medical records, making the contents of medical record files unsustainable. This study is designed to describe, prioritize causes, and schedule efforts to recover from erroneous file incidents using USG (Urgent, Severity, Growth) and brainstorming at the Kalijaga Health Center. This type of study uses qualitative and data collection through interviews, research, recordings, questionnaires, and brainstorming. The result is that the priority causes of the missfile problem are corrupt folders and stacked files that are not assigned to that folder. Efforts to overcome this problem are by replacing damaged folders, duplicating medical record folders, providing medical record folders sequentially, adding storage/filing shelves so that files do not pile up, separating inactive files.

Abstract

This study intends to study the interaction of Liquid Organic Fertilizer concentration and plant spacing on agronomic characters and N uptake in lettuce. It was carried out in the experimental area of ??Chemical Agro Lembang, West Bandung Regency and carried out from September 2021 to October 2021 with an altitude of 1250 m above sea level. The experimental method used was a factorial randomized block design (RAK). The first factor was the POC concentration consisting of 3 levels, namely 0, 2 and 4 ml L-1 and the second factor was the spacing between 3 levels, namely 30 cm x 25 cm, 25 cm x 25 cm and 20 cm x 25 cm. The results of the study showed that there was no interaction between POC concentration and plant spacing in observations. Giving a concentration of 4 ml L-1 POC and plant spacing with treatment of 30 cm x 25 cm gave the highest yield on agronomic characters and N uptake in lettuce. The optimum POC concentration for each plant spacing in the treatment (P1) which was 0.774 tons h-1 was able to increase the maximum yield of fresh plant weight by 95.93 g per plant, the concentration (P2) which was 2.145 tons h-1 was able to increase the maximum yield of plant weight. fresh weight per plant as much as 162.18 g per plant and the optimum concentration for (P3) which is 2.48 tons ha-1 can increase the maximum yield of fresh weight per plant as much as 131.30 g per plant.

Abstract

Indonesia has been experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic for more than a year. This pandemic has paralyzed the tourism industry, especially in Bali. The recovery of this industry must of course be accompanied by awareness from the public and tourism actors about the needs of tourists regarding the guarantee of high cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability of the service products provided to tourists. One of the tourism actors in Bali is the owner and worker of the Café in Jimbaran, Kuta, Badung. The café, which sells entirely fish and seafood-based dishes, must prepare itself for the recovery of the tourism industry. The low hygiene behavior and health protocols cause the need for training and assistance regarding company hygiene for the owners and workers of Bella Café in Jimbaran, Kuta, Badung who are members of the Café 19 Group. After the training, an evaluation of the training that has been provided will be carried out. The result of this activity is an increase in knowledge as seen from the average posttest (94.00) which is higher than the pretest average (62.00). After being observed, there was an increase in the behavior of Bella Café workers in following the company's health and hygiene protocols. It is hoped that similar activities can be carried out so as to refresh Bella Café workers in maintaining behavior in accordance with the health protocol to support the quality of service to guests during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Research had been carried out to develop a learning media using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model with the aims to find out the media feasibility in the hydrocarbon material. This research only carried out three stages of ADDIE model namely up to the development stage. The research samples in the research are lecturers of Universitas Negeri Medan, chemistry teachers of SMAN 7 Medan, and information and technology (IT) experts. The samples become the media validator for this research. There are 3 validators that had validated the media, consist of 1 expert lecturer, 1 chemistry teacher, and 1 IT expert. The results showed that learning media validation results based on BSNP, the average content eligibility is 4.67, language eligibility is 4.67, presentation eligibility is 4.73, graphic eligibility is 4.73, with an average of 4.68; it means that the learning media developed is feasible to use based on the BSNP standard criteria.
