Abstract

The main problem of this research is the starting point of the low learning outcomes of grade V SDN 1 Sijunjung caused by the conventional learning process. Learning that is passive and does not create student creativity results in learning goals that are not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in grade V SDN 1 Sijunjung by applying the STAD learning model. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of two cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Each hypothesis cycle was tested through hasial learning data from 20 grade V students of SDN 1 Sijunjung 2019/2020 academic year through observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the pre-test data for the cognitive aspects were 1375 with a mean of 68,75, then after the application of the STAD learning model, the number of values increased by 21,75 points to 1810 with a mean of 90,50. Meanwhile, the pre-test data for the psychomotor aspect amounted to 1415 with a mean of 70,75 and the post-test increased by 9,75 points to 1690 with a mean of 84,50. Thus the application of the STAD learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 1 Sijunjung.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the design of the E-LKPD model is based on discovery learning, how to develop E-LKPD based on discovery learning and analyze the feasibility of discovery learning-based E-LKPD on negotiation text material to be developed at SMA Negeri 1 Sarolangun. This type of research is development research that adopts 4D development (Define, Design, Developmet, Disseminate) with modifications, without disseminate stage (deployment). The research and development steps are problem identification and analysis, product design, development, and validation. Research instruments in the form of teacher interview sheets, student needs analysis questionnaires, material expert validation sheets, media experts analyzed using a likert scale. The results showed that: (1) a discovery learning-based E-LKPD has been designed with development on aspects of negotiation text material, (2) after the design is carried out, then a discovery learning-based E-LKPD is developed on the negotiation text material through liveworksheets, (3) the feasibility of developing a discovery learning-based E-LKPD which is assessed by the material expert is in the very valid category (91.2%) or is declared suitable for use and according to media experts The developed E-LKPD is in the valid category (87.5%) or declared eligible for use. Thus, it can be concluded that discovery learning-based E-LKPD can be used in the learning process in high school.

Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia is anemia arising from reduced iron supply for erythropoesis. Anemia can pose a risk to young women both long-term and short-term. One of the efforts that the government has made to overcome the problem of anemia in adolescents is through the provision of Fe tablet supplements in the form of iron. Objective s: Knowing the relationship between Fe tablets to increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent women at risk of anemia at the Klungkung Health Center 1, Klungkung Regency. Menthod: Observational analytical quantitative research with cross sectional study research design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The study was conducted in the coverage area of Puskesmas Klungkung 1 in December 2022- January 2023. The study sample was 91 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed with the chi square test. The limit of significance values is (p < 0.05). Result: In 91 female adolescent respondents who experienced an increase in hemoglobin levels as many as 56 respondents. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the p-value < 0.05 (p-value = 0.00). Conclution: There is a significant relationship between giving Fe tablets to increasing hemoglobin levels in adolescent women at risk of anemia at the Klungkung Health Center 1, Klungkung Regency.

Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is a Land Registration activity for the first time which is carried out simultaneously for all Land Registration objects throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in one village/kelurahan area. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Sukorejo, Tunjungan District and to find out the factors that became obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program. The method in this research is a juridical method. The normative juridical method is based on the main legal materials to conduct research on relevant theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations. The specification in this research is descriptive analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study The implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program has been going well in terms of standards and targets. PTSL officers have followed the instructions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and have been understood by the parties involved in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Tunjungan District, Blora Regency. Factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program at the Blora District Land Office are internal factors.

Abstract

Financial ratios become an illustration in consideration materials to explain between the values in the financial statements. All aspects of the business sector are very important in paying attention to financial management both in banking, industry, manufacturing, and retail. This is because the financial sector applies financial principles in an institution with the aim of creating optimal value to make decisions and manage resources owned by the company appropriately. The method in this study uses data analysis based on financial statements by measuring, knowing, illustrating, and comparing charts in financial statements, especially the balance sheet and profit and loss. Ratio analysis uses a method of financial statement analysis that looks at a certain period of years, then compares with financial statements with different years through sections of the financial statements. From the results of the research conducted, the Company's Performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk based on the Profitability Ratio in 2021 and 2022 decreased and the Financial Performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk based on the Liquidity Ratio also decreased in 2021 and 2022.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the economic sector has challenged legal and regulatory capabilities. The euphoria of the Indonesian people over the presence of the Non-Fungible Token (NFT), especially on the OpenSea platform, has caused a violation of privacy. Therefore, this research examines the basis for processing the personal data of OpenSea and their accountability for efforts to protect personal data in a descriptive-analytical specification with a normative juridical approach originating from library materials or secondary data. The results of the research show that the basis for processing data is not in line with Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning the Protection of Personal Data, and OpenSea may be subject to administrative sanctions for the distribution of NFTs that are contented with personal data violations in its electronic system. Meanwhile, this research aims to contribute ideas and references for legal knowledge development; input to the government to reinforce preventive and repressive efforts on internet security; referral of personal data controllers in improving the quality of electronic systems; and information for the public to wisely utilize technology.

Abstract

Educational psychology as a science that examines the problems of the soul and psychological activity of a person in relation to education as an interaction is a discipline that is quite important in examining the problems that interfere with or support the psyche of learners in the learning process, so that through understanding the mental state of students then the teacher can set and try to find a solution to the problem, so for this matter, it is fitting for a teacher to need to have comprehensive knowledge about the psychology of education so that learning can take place effectively and directed. With the existence of educational psychology, an educator will understand the differences in each student in learning activities and how an educator deals with student personality differences. Therefore, the role of educators in this case is very influential on the success of the learning process in schools. Competent educators in the perspective of educational psychology are educators who are able to carry out their profession in a responsible manner, so as to be able to apply psychological principles and all related to educational psychology.

Abstract

This study discusses the figure of today's student idol teachers and how students perceive, assess, and describe the figure of their idol teachers. This research was conducted using a qualitative method of case study approach with the aim of getting a more detailed and in-depth picture of the characteristics of the figure of the idol teacher that is considered important by students, as well as their contribution in motivating students to learn and develop. Behavioristic theory is used to understand the importance of input that stimulates or stimulates a person to behave by diagnosing positive things in the individual. This research is expected to provide input for the development of education in today's digital era.

Abstract

This study explains the importance of exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) for babies because it provides the necessary nutrients and antibodies to protect them from various diseases. Low EBF can increase infant mortality. Although there has been an increase in EBF globally, it is still below the 50% target set by the World Health Organization (WHO) for the period 2015-2020. In Indonesia, the percentage of EBF for infants aged 0-5 months has increased to 71.58% in 2021 from 69.62% in the previous year, but some provinces still have percentages below the national average. Lack of education, socialization, advocacy, and campaigning towards successful breastfeeding is a problem in achieving EBF. The method used in this study is counseling and demonstration methods about improper breast care can lead to insufficient milk supply, and mothers need support and information to prepare for breastfeeding. Proper breast care can help mothers produce enough milk, prevent breast infections, and detect breast abnormalities. Health education about breast care is most effective when given to pregnant women during the third trimester. The study concluded that providing health education about proper breast care during pregnancy is critical to encouraging EBF and improving infant health.

Abstract

Gianyar got the position of fifth rank from all regencys in Bali Province as the highest number of schools, it has 382 schools. The highest number of schools in one region can make traffic density so it will cause congestion or crowded, because road capacity is inadequate. To overcome this problem, the Gianyar District Transportation Office held a free school transport program in the form of the Trans Harmoni Bus which has been operating since 2016 and Trans Gianyar transportation which was inaugurated on October 19, 2018. This research aims to evaluate the performance of school transport that is currently running, to analyze route changes, and to calculate the BOK (Vehicle Operating Costs) needed for the 2019 school year. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data uses the form of interviews, questionnaires from students' routes, headway surveys and load factors. Secondary data uses the form of fleets, routes and existing routes, and route lengths. The method which is used is the analysis method based on the data obtained. The method is analyzing the performance of Gianyar Regency school transport according to the provisions of the Department of Transportation, arranging transportation routes, and calculating the vehicle operational costs. The results of Gianyar Regency school transport performance evaluation currently show the number of passengers, travel distance and transportation waiting time because they did not meet the standards of Department of Transportation, the level of fuel consumption with 12 routes that meet the standards, load factors only 10 routes that meet the standards, travel time only 1 route that meets the standards, travel speeds of all routes meet the standard, and headways with 5 routes that meet the standards. The results of the need analysis to change the route for 2019 are planned to be come 29 routes for Trans Gianyar transportation and 12 routes for the Trans Harmoni Bus. The highest BOK (Vehicle Operating Costs) per year and per kilometer based on the route plan for public passenger car vehicles is Rp. 67,218,681 per year and Rp. 14,142 per KM, for small bus vehicles Rp. 66,366,399 per year and Rp. 14,417 per km, and for bus vehicles medium amounting to Rp. 208,254,660 per year and Rp. 26,885 per KM.
