Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with principals and teachers at UPT SDN 10 Rembon, Lembang Palesan, Rembon Sub-district conducted in August 2022, several problems were obtained in the learning process in the classroom, including: low interest and motivation in learning students in participating in Calistung learning. This causes there are still about 30 students from the total of grades 1-3 who are not fluent in reading, writing, and arithmetic. In addition, another factor is the lack of teacher awareness in the use and use of learning media, teachers lack skills and experience in creating, utilizing, and using learning media, especially in teaching students to read, write, and count. In addition, so far there has been no special socialization for teachers related to the use and use of learning media. The use and use of learning media is very important to achieve learning objectives, and is able to make the learning environment conducive and fun for students. One of the appropriate learning media that can be applied based on problem analysis at partner locations is Pop Up Book-based learning media. The purpose of this training is to support teacher skills in creating, utilizing, and using Pop Up Books as learning media that can be used in Calistung learning. The methods used in this PKM activity include: 1) Preparation; 2) Manufacturing Training; 3) Evaluation and Monitoring. The mandatory output target to be achieved in this training is in the form of articles that will be published in a national journal with ISSN (Comserva journal) in 2023.

(2019) so that the data that could be collected was 231 people. The data was processed using the Lisrel Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the existing models in this study. The results of data processing show that perceived benefits have no influence on online purchase intention and actual purchase. Perceived risk has an influence on online purchase intention. Perceived risk has no effect on trust and actual purchases. Perceived ease of use has no effect on trust and online purchase intention. Trust has no influence on the actual purchase. The phenomenon in the field, found that the professional ability of teachers is still very concerning, teachers find it difficult to develop varied learning methods in the classroom. One of these efforts is to conduct School Action Research which aims to improve the ability of teachers to teach their students in Mathematics subjects through the Problem Centered Learning (PCL) Learning Model. The implementation was carried out at SDN 23 Mato Aia, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency. This study aims to find out whether through intensive coaching at KKG can overcome teacher problems in using the Problem Centered Learning (PCL) Learning Model in Mathematics subjects. Action hypothesis that intensive coaching in KKG can improve teachers' ability to use the Problem Centered Learning (PCL) Learning Model in Mathematics subjects in target schools. This research was conducted from July to December 2022 specifically for teachers at SDN 23 Mato Aia, Sungai Pagu District, Kabuapten, South Solok with 10 teachers. The instruments used are: (1) Observation of the teacher's ability to design lesson plans; (2) observation of the teacher's ability to carry out learning; (3) observation sheet of teacher creativity in the use of the Problem Centered Learning (PCL) Learning Model. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Articulation Learning Method can improve teachers' professional abilities in designing and implementing learning, where in the first cycle only 30% of teachers understand the Problem Centered Learning (PCL) Learning Model, in the second cycle it increases to 60% and in the third cycle it increases to 90%, with an increase in teacher understanding of the use of the Problem Centered Learning (PCL) Learning Model in learning In the end, an effective, active, and creative and fun learning atmosphere will present itself, so that student learning outcomes can improve.

Abstract

Dutch eggplant fruit (Solanum Betaceum Cav) has chemical contents including alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins and triterpenoids which are known to have antibacterial activities (Rahmadina and Sudiono 2019). Based on the compounds that are owned Dutch eggplant fruit can be used as a hand antiseptic. This study aims to formulate Dutch eggplant fruit extract (Solanum betaceum Cav) in the form of hand sanitizer preparations. Gel Hand sanitizer extract Dutch eggplant fruit is formulated with different concentrations. The method used is the Disc Diffusion Method (Kirby Bauer Method). Gel Hand sanitizer is tested for its physical properties, including Organoleptis test, homogeneity test, PH test, stability test, irritation test and antibacterial test. Hand sanitizer gel preparations that have antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus bacteria are at a concentration of 15%, which is 4.51 mm.

Abstract

Synthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using reducing agents and serine reservoirs has been carried out. The effect of pH has been studied to determine the optimum conditions for the formation of AuNPs. Characterization was performed using a UV/Vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that serine can act as a reducer and reservoir in the synthesis of AuNPs characterized by a change in color from colorless to burgundy. The highest absorbance intensity in the UV/Vis spectra indicates the optimum pH value in the formation of AuNPs. In this study, the maximum wavelength was in the 550 nm region and the highest absorbance intensity was obtained at pH 6.

Proximate analysis results, sho ing the best water content at 45 minutes with a value (61.35%), the best ash content at 15 minutes with a value (1.36%), the best fat content at 45 minutes with a value (3.01%), the best protein content at 15 minutes with a value (18.69%), the best crude fiber found at 15 minutes with a value (4.41%), and the best carbohydrate content at 30 minutes with a value of (9.58%). The organoleptic results that the analyst likes the most on appearance are in the 15-minute treatment with an average value of at least 7 (the spatial product is very strong), the taste that the analyst likes the most is in the treatment 30 minutes with an average value of at least 7, the most preferred odor by the analyst is in the 30-minute treatment with a minimum average value of 7 (the spatial product is less strong), and for the most preferred texture by the analyst is in the 30-minute treatment with a average of at least 7 (dense and compact).
