Abstract

Hypertension is a public health problem whose prevalence continues to increase worldwide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2023), more than 1.28 billion adults are living with hypertension, with the majority residing in developing countries. In Boneoge Village, the community still tends to consume foods high in salt and fat, while the potential of local food sources such as skipjack tuna has not been fully utilized. In fact, skipjack tuna is rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and various micronutrients that play an important role in maintaining cardiovascular health. This community service activity aimed to increase residents’ knowledge about hypertension, train their skills in processing skipjack tuna into nuggets as a healthy snack alternative, and support hypertension prevention efforts through the use of local food resources. The program was carried out through health education and a live cooking demonstration, involving 15 participants from RT 10 Boneoge on August 19, 2025. The results showed an improvement in knowledge regarding healthy eating patterns as well as practical skills in processing tuna nuggets. Thus, this program proved effective in raising awareness, developing community skills, and encouraging the optimization of local food in preventing hypertension.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, including in West Java. However, many MSME actors still face challenges in understanding their tax obligations. This article analyzes the impact of the socialization of tax regulation changes, specifically the transition from Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018 to Government Regulation No. 55 of 2022, as well as the implementation of the Coretax application for digital tax reporting in Bojongsoang Village, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency. The socialization program was conducted on October 23, 2025, involving 50 local MSME actors. The results of the socialization showed an improvement in understanding the 0.5% final income tax rate for MSMEs with revenue below IDR 4.8 billion, as well as the procedure for digital tax reporting. Although some participants expressed concerns regarding the use of Coretax, the workshop successfully provided practical understanding of how to use the application. Through this activity, it is expected that MSME actors in Bojongsoang Village will be able to manage their tax obligations more efficiently and reduce difficulties in tax administration. This community service program has the potential to enhance MSME tax compliance and support the sustainability of the MSME sector in the region.

Abstract

The problem of anemia among adolescent girls in Indonesia remains a significant challenge due to its high prevalence, primarily due to unbalanced nutritional intake, low consumption of iron-fortified tablets (TTD), and menstrual patterns that increase the risk of iron loss. Currently, in island regions, particularly at the Healthy Teenagers Integrated Health Post (Posyandu), anemia screening is not yet digitally based, so examinations, recording, and reporting of anemia status are still carried out manually without the use of digital technology. This process usually relies on simple examination tools, recording in a register, and reporting using conventional methods, making it prone to delays, errors, and data loss. Therefore, this community service program, which includes outreach on the importance of early anemia detection and the development of guidelines for using the anemia screening website for adolescents, and mentoring cadres and adolescents in website usage, can reduce the incidence of anemia in adolescents. Thus, this program is expected to increase the independence of Posyandu in monitoring adolescent health while strengthening sustainable anemia prevention efforts.

Abstract

This report presents the results of internship activities conducted by the author at PT Cibatu Perkasa Abadi with the title Analysis of the Difference in Operational Costs to Cost of Production in the Free Nutritious Food (MBG) Program at PT Cibatu Perkasa Abadi. Observations during the internship activity showed that the management of operational costs in the MBG Cibatu, Ciaul, and Cibadak kitchens still faced differences between the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and the actual cost. The difference in costs is caused by fluctuations in the price of raw materials, changes in the number of beneficiaries, and different transportation costs at each kitchen location. This condition has a direct impact on changes in the Cost of Production (HPP) of the food produced. During the internship program, the author was directly involved in recording daily operational costs, preparing RAB, calculating HPP, and analyzing the cost difference between budget and realization. This experience provides a real understanding of the importance of cost control, thorough financial recording, and regular budget evaluation to maintain cost efficiency. It is recommended that companies regularly update their budgets, strengthen supervision of cost recording, and improve coordination between operational and financial departments to minimize cost differences and maintain the stability of the MBG Program's HPP.

Abstract

The increasing number of internship participants in public institutions requires an efficient attendance monitoring system. The Sukabumi City Statistics Office previously relied on manual attendance records, which limited monitoring accuracy and efficiency. This community engagement activity aimed to develop and implement a web-based attendance system to support digital monitoring of internship participants. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and Tailwind CSS through stages of needs analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment. Key features include user authentication, daily attendance submission, activity reporting, location verification, and attendance recapitulation. The results indicate improved efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in attendance management. Administrators can monitor attendance in real time, while participants benefit from a more structured digital process. This activity supports digital transformation in public-sector internship management.

Abstract

The partner of this community service activity is PT Sari Alam Sukabumi which still implements a daily financial recording system manually using Microsoft Excel. The main problems faced by partners include the high risk of transaction recording errors, reliance on individual accuracy, potential errors in the calculation formula, and the daily cash recapitulation process which is less efficient and takes a relatively long time. This service activity aims to improve the quality and order of daily financial recording through assistance and evaluation of the recording system used by partners. The implementation method includes observation of the flow of recording cash in and cash out, assistance in the process of recording daily transactions, and analysis of the format and effectiveness of daily cash flow reports. The results of the activity show that the manual daily financial recording system is not optimal in supporting the accuracy, consistency, and speed of financial information presentation. Based on these findings, this activity recommends the implementation of a digital-based financial recording system or the use of more structured and integrated accounting software to improve work efficiency, minimize recording errors, and support more appropriate managerial decision-making. Overall, this mentoring activity makes a positive contribution in increasing partners' understanding of the importance of an accurate, systematic, and technology-based daily financial recording system.

Abstract

In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face significant pressure to adapt to digital transformation. However, a major problem persists: many business owners lack the technical skills to build websites and perceive the process as costly and complex, leaving them reliant solely on social media algorithms. To address this gap, a community service program titled "Build Your Business Website Without Coding Experience" was implemented to assist SMEs in establishing a professional digital presence. The solution offered was a comprehensive training program combining a webinar on the urgency of frontend design with a technical workshop on template-based website management using Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and Vercel. This method allowed participants to modify and deploy websites without extensive programming knowledge. The outcomes were significant; participants showed a marked improvement in digital literacy, with average understanding scores increasing from 82.95 in the pre-test to 92.4 in the post-test. Furthermore, participants successfully deployed their own business websites, proving that this practical approach effectively lowers technical barriers and enhances SME competitiveness in the digital ecosystem.
