ITB STIKOM Bali annually conducts a selection of new student admissions according to the registra-tion calendar, on the registration calendar there is a registration wave where each wave has its own provisions. Currently, ITB STIKOM Bali's new student admissions are held online and it is possible that they will return offline, which will be adjusted to government policy. In addition to the selection of new student admissions, ITB STIKOM Bali also conducts a selection of scholarships for prospective students who cannot afford it. The scholarships given are KIP Lectures or Indonesian Smart Cards (KIP) for Lectures, where the KIP Lecture program is the Government's effort to help students who have economic limitations but have a great desire to study but excel, to continue their studies at public and private universities. . So that the KIP Lecture Scholarship Recipients are right on target and not misdirected, researchers will conduct research on the selection of KIP Lecture scholarship recipients at ITB STIKOM Bali using the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method. Providing KIP scholarships for Studying at ITB STIKOM Bali, a decision support system is needed to provide recommendations to student leaders who are entitled to get scholarships according to catego-ries or conditions. Researchers will use the WASPAS method, where Waspas is a method that can re-duce errors or optimize interpretation for the selection of the highest and lowest values. Based on the explanation above, this research will use the WASPAS method with the research title Selection of Scholarship Recipients at ITB STIKOM Bali with the WASPAS method.

The core problem in this study is the difficulty of determining classes for mentally retarded children. Mentally retarded children are children with special needs that must be considered in terms of education, to assist in the teaching and learning process for mentally retarded children, a very good class grouping is needed to support the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to build a decision system that can determine and classify classes for mentally retarded children. The method used in this study is the Wight Product method by determining a criterion that exists in this study. The results of this study are a system that can determine classes for special needs that can assist in the learning process with mental retardation needs.

Selection of prospective new employees is one of the methods used to obtain qualified employees and in accordance with the competence of expertise. The selection process to get suitable candidates has several criteria from the company. to assess the ability of prospective new employees objectively not subjectively and based on hunch. Assessment criteria are based on aspects of health, educational history, completeness of job application documents and also interviews. The method used in this research is Profile Matching. The concept of this method is to compare the individual abilities of prospective new employees to the ideal value of several aspects and factors. Implementation of the use of this method using the PHP programming language, MySQL database and website-based. The results of these recommendations can be used to assist in terms of decision making which are presented in the form of ratings or rankings. As well as being able to simplify the selection process and speed up the assessment process of candidate applicants who have already carried out a series of tests and interviews. It is hoped that the company can get candidates who are close to the value of the provisions that have been set. So that the decision support system using the profile matching method is considered appropriate to be used in assisting decision making.

Micro, Small-Medium Enterprises Teh Poci Mutiara is one of the businesses that processes tea and other drinks. The Small-Medium Enterprises of Teh Poci Mutiara process tea according to the amount of demand, but the number of requests that is uncertain every week makes it difficult for business actors to determine how much to produce. This study aims to predict the amount of teapot production in order to meet consumer demand. by using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method. The results of the research with the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method obtained an accuracy of the production amount of 119 cups, this prediction aims to help businesses reduce losses and production costs.

Hewan ternak merupakan salah satu potensi besar bagi Indonesia. Di berbagai daerah terutama pedesaan banyak masyarakat yang memiliki hewan ternak, salah satunya adalah sapi. Sapi banyak dipilih karena pakan yang mudah untuk didapatkan, pemanfaatan daging dan kotoran, susu, serta harga jual yang relatif tinggi. Namun demikian, meskipun banyak keuntungan yang akan didapatkan, para peternak sapi juga harus memastikan kesehatan sapi dengan lebih baik. Hal ini karena saat ini banyak kasus penyakit pada hewan ternak, baik yang dapat menular maupun tidak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti ingin membangun sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit sapi berdasarkan pemilihan gejala guna mengetahui penanganan untuk penyakit tersebut. Sistem pakar yang akan dibangun menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR) yang diimplementasikan pada sebuah website. Case Based Reasoning mengambil keputusan untuk kasus baru berdasarkan solusi kasus-kasus lampau yang pernah terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil confusion matrix terhadap hasil Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Sapi Menggunakan Metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR) dapat ditentukan accuracy sebesar 92,11% dan misclassification (Error) rate sebesar 7,89%. Hasil akurasi dan error rate dari perhitungan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR) dapat digunakan untuk Diagnosa Penyakit Sapi dengan kualitas akurasi yang sangat baik.

This study discusses the potential prediction of the possibility of developing a waste power plant in Jepara Regency. The demand forecasting model is determined based on input population data, waste volume and electricity demand in Jepara Regency in 2012-2021. Regression analysis is an analysis that aims to determine the most appropriate model for data pairs and investigate the relationship between two or more variables. The results of the study show that Multiple Linear Regression is capable of analyzing the potential of a Waste Power Plant (PLTSa). Based on its significance value, the population variable affects electricity consumption, but the waste volume variable does not significantly affect electricity consumption. MAPE forecasting a population of 0.15%. Forecasting the volume of waste is 15.37%, and electricity consumption is 0%. Utilization of organic waste using direct combustion or incineration technology is capable of producing output power from generators within 25 years (2022-2048) which can only support 45% of electricity consumption in Jepara Regency.

Banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan mahasiswa dalam pencarian tempat kos sesuai dengan keinginan sehingga menjadikan pencarian kos sesuai dengan keinginan menjadi hal yang sulit. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih tempat kos diantaranya harga sewa dari tempat kos itu sendiri untuk per bulan atau per tahun, jarak dari rumah kos dan luas kamar sehingga dibutuhkan sistem informasi geografis menggunakan metode haversine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat membuat sistem informasi geografis berbasis web yang dapat menyediakan informasi lokasi dan jarak kos disekitar Unisbank Semarang.Hasil perhitungan pada SIG pencarian kos dengan metode haversine dengan perhitungan manual menggunakan metode Harversine didapatkan hasil yang sama.

This study aims to develop a digital image analysis system that can determine the quality and maturity level of roasted coffee beans, in terms of detecting roasted coffee beans that are suitable and unfit for consumption and sold as specialty coffee as contained in the standard coffee bean classification. provided by SNI No. 01-2907-1999. This study focuses on the physical changes of coffee beans after the roasting process, changes that affect in terms of quality, namely shape. Shape extraction uses Metric because the shape to be searched for is a circle shape, and texture extraction uses Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matric (GLCM). This research began by collecting data in the form of 2D digital images of roasted coffee beans. The system developed in this study consisted of two main stages, namely training and testing. The number of coffee bean image data used is 90 images. In analyzing the quality of coffee beans, the data used is an image of coffee beans which consists of two levels, that is good and bad beans. Classification using Naive Bayes algorithm. Based on the results of research on coffee bean quality analysis, the highest training accuracy was 88% and the highest test accuracy was 90%.

In handling Covid-19, health resources are one of the factors that play a very important role in reducing the death rate. For this reason, we offer a study on the topic of ranking the availability of health resources in handling the Covid-19 pandemic in provinces in Indonesia using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) hybrid methods. The use of the pairwise comparison matrix as a method for testing the validity of the weights for each criterion produces a weight value of 0.363760164 for the criteria for the number of doctors per population and the criteria for the number of nurses per population, a weight value of 0.1588353 for beds per 1000 people, a weight value of 0, 075333696 for the number of hospitals per population, and a weight value of 0.038310676 when going to the hospital. This ranking system places DKI Jakarta first with a utility value of 100%, while the second rank is the Special Region of Yogyakarta with a utility value of 63.59. There is a considerable gap compared to other provinces in terms of the availability of health resources in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. The availability of health facilities in DKI Jakarta is quite far when compared to other provinces in terms of the availability of health resources in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. DKI Jakarta remains the area with the most excellent health facilities.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life. This development had an impact especially in terms of public complaints. Researchers want to develop a public complaint system for the continuous improvement of public facilities and infrastructure in the East Besusu sub-district environment and to find out the situation and conditions that occur in the East Besusu sub-district. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, the design uses UML and MySQL database. The result of the research is a web-based information system that facilitates the community in reporting and complaints about public facilities and infrastructure in the East Besusu sub-district.
