Abstract

Tiket.com is an online startup founded in August 2011. This company operates an online system for ordering and purchasing tickets. Tiket.com offers a wide range of products, including hotels and hostels, plane, train and car rental tickets, as well as event and attraction tickets. Consumer purchasing decisions in online trading activities are influenced by many factors. This includes costs, promotions, sales, and services the company provides.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive research methods with a case study approach. The main aim of this research is to describe what factors influence interest in using mobile banking among management students at Anfalas University, Payakumbuh campus. The data collection process was carried out through literature study techniques and in-depth interviews. Based on the results of interviews that have been conducted, it was revealed that the interest and attraction of Management students at Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus towards Mobile Banking revolves around the ease of carrying out transactions and checking account balances without the need to go to a Branch Office or ATM. Apart from that, interest in using Mobile Banking is also influenced by social factors. Mobile banking is a banking service that allows students to obtain information and carry out banking transactions via the Internet or cell phone with 24 hour access.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the sectors that has an important role in the growth of the regional and national economy so that development is currently being carried out very intensively. TKL Ecopark tourism is one of the tourist attractions that is developing business strategies by rebranding, where it used to have the name Kyai Langgeng Park to become TKL Ecopark. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the new rebranding strategy in increasing revenue. The method used in this research is a quantitative and qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews and observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Boston Consulting Group Matrix (BCG Matrix) and SWOT analysis. The research results show that TKL Ecopark has strengths and opportunities in the market to support present and future prospects, but it also has several weaknesses and threats. In addition, the market growth rate increased drastically after the rebranding and relatively good market share. This means that the new business strategy (rebranding) implemented has been effective and efficient in supporting the TKL Ecopark tourist attraction in achieving its goals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the accounting treatment of revenue recognition at PT "X". The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with research limitations namely the recognition of PT "X"'s income for two months, period January - February 2023. PT "X" has a foreign language course service business which is domiciled in Surabaya and has four foreign language course program packages, namely regular, prime and private focus classes. For the four course programs, the payment system is all done by paying in advance before the course begins and the class ends in two to four months. The research results show that PT "X" records and recognizes all payment receipts as income in the same period or month as the basis for preparing monthly profit and loss reports. This results in the income value contained in the monthly profit/loss report not reflecting its fair value.

Abstract

: Sumber daya manusia adalah investasi terbesar bagi suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja, kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja, kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 75 responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV ABC Mojokerto, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas kerja, Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Simpulan adalah Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, Produktivitas kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Tri Capital Investama Services Cooperative's leadership style, compensation, work environment, employee performance, and work motivation. It also seeks to evaluate and assess the impact of these factors on the motivated employees' performance. serve as a variable in between. Using census methodology, the study's sample consisted of 60 workers of Tri Capital Investama Services Cooperative, while the study's population comprised all 60 employees. Then, partial least squares – structural equation model (PLS-SEM) is used to evaluate the acquired data. The study's findings indicate that Tri Capital Investama Services Cooperative employees have high levels of work motivation, compensation, work environment, and leadership style. However, work motivation at the cooperative does not significantly impact employee performance due to leadership style. In the Tri Capital Investama service cooperative, pay has a big impact on workers' incentive to perform well at work. At the Tri Capital Investama service cooperative, the workplace has a big impact on workers' productivity through work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method in 2021 at Jo Bakery Pringsewu, Lampung. With descriptive qualitative as a method of quantitative data analysis as well as the results of interviews and observations obtained from Jo Bakery. This study aims to find out the comparison between the calculation of the cost of production according to Jo Bakery with the calculation using the full costing method which is in accordance with accounting standards and see how much impact it has on selling prices. The results of the calculation using the full costing method show that the cost of production of Jo Bakery is greater because all the complete costs are calculated to be summarized into the right results without any unpaid expenses so that it gives a real time comparison of production costs, this is very useful for management and business continuity.

Abstract

Employee engagement, also known as employee engagement, is very important for creating a productive work environment and producing high-quality employees. Generation Z employees are looking for opportunities to learn and develop professionally. They also look for opportunities to improve their skills and contribute to their organizations. Technology, flexibility, learning and development, meaning, purpose and purpose are all needs of Gen Z. Generation Z knows how important their work is and the benefits it offers. They also like to work together and work together at work. Employees who are engaged in their work emotionally, cognitively, and physically will be more enthusiastic, committed, and integrated. Two factors that influence employee engagement are self-improvement and self-determination. The research results show that self-determination has a greater influence of 55.2 percent on employee engagement compared to self-improvement (37.4 percent). Apart from that, self-determination and self-improvement have a joint influence of 55.3 percent on employee engagement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the magnitude of the influence of perceived security, ease of transactions, trust and shopping experience on interest in buying products online at Hypermart Gorontalo. The research sample consisted of 90 people using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and using Path Analysis as a data analysis method. The results of the research show that Perception of Security (X1), Ease of Transaction (X2), Trust (X3) and Shopping Experience simultaneously influence online Purchase Interest (Y) at Hypermart Gorontalo by 0.502 (50.2%), which is 0.498 ( 49.8%) influenced by external variables that were not studied. Perception of Security (X1) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on Purchase Intention (Y), Ease of Transaction partially has a negative and insignificant influence on Purchase Intention (Y), Trust (X3) partially has a significant and influence on Purchase Intention (Y) , and Shopping Experience partially and significantly influences buying interest (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of integrity, professional ethics, compliance with audit standards on remote audits and audit quality among auditors at the Surabaya Public Accounting Firm. The sample for this research was 63 auditors. Hypothesis testing in this research uses SmartPLS 3.0 with outer model and inner model tests. The results of this research indicate that Remote Audit does not have a significant effect on audit quality. So further studies are needed with an empirical approach to develop audit quality based on remote audits. Remote audits can occur due to remote audits carried out by auditors from separate locations. Remote audits utilize information and communication technology to collect data, analyze information, and conduct audits without the need to be physically present at the location being audited. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that not all Public Accounting Firms always pay attention to remote audits and the quality of those they audit.
