Abstract

This research aims to describtion how the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) teaching model can improve the learning outcomes of first-grade students in mathematics at an elementary school. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The average mathematics learning scores of the students were observed, starting from the pre-cycle exam where the average score was 58.6%, with 43.47% or 10 students scoring below the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). After the first cycle, it was observed that the average score of the students increased to 66.8%, with 73.9% of the students achieving the KKM and 26.09% or 6 students scoring below the KKM or not yet achieving it. After the second cycle, the average score of the students further increased to 78.73%, with 91.29% or 21 students achieving the KKM, and 8.70% or 2 students scoring below the KKM or not yet achieving it in mathematics. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) teaching model can improve the learning outcomes of first-grade students at SDN Lowokwaru 3 Malang.

Abstract

Islam is one of the religions embraced by the majority of Indonesia's population, which has given color to every aspect of its adherents' lives. Starting in terms of religion, politics, social and economics. The conventional economic view places worldliness alone, not yet looking at its spiritual needs. So employees are only the object of the company and are not subject to the company. With the application of Islamic Human Resource Management, employees will submit to the company so that they can actively participate for the company's progress. Manpower or Human Resources, is a factor of production that has a big meaning. Because all natural wealth is useless if it is not exploited by humans. Therefore every company should pay attention to HR as one of the factors of production. The Qur'an has given more attention to humans, this can be seen from the passage in the verse in the letter An Najm. (Afzalur Rahman, 1995), which means: "And that a human being has nothing but what he has tried" (An Najm: 39). It is reported in the verse that one way to get something out of the mini style is through hard work. The more earnest he works, the more wealth he will get. The principle is explained again in the letter An Nisaa., Through the word of Allah SWT, which means as follows: "For men there is a part of the business they do and for women there is also a part of the business they do." (An Nisaa: 32). The Islamic economic system in Indonesia implements human resource management, based on harmony or balancing the need for material and human ethics. The Islamic Economic System does not forget the main features of human progress, which is dependent on the extent of seamless and harmonious coordination between the moral and material aspects of human life.

Abstract

The Classical Method is a program of SMP Ulul Albab which aims to improve the ability to learn PAI with a good and correct level of understanding. This study aims to determine how the implementation of classical methods in improving PAI learning ability in Ulul Albab Junior High School students. Researchers conducted research at SMP Ulul Albab because of the environment that is full day school and prioritizes religious understanding accompanied by direct practice. Researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach in this study. The results of this study include several things: 1) The implementation of classical methods in improving the learning ability of Islamic religious education (PAI) in students of SMP Ulul Albab can be carried out comprehensively, especially in fiqh-based learning. 2) The application of the classical method is the act of using material, theory, or method simultaneously. 3) Evaluation of learning in the implementation of classical methods can be carried out by practice-based assessment and direct observation in a non-test manner by the teacher.

Abstract

One of the biggest threats that can divide a nation is religious conflict, let alone using violent means. However, for everyone who is excessively fanatical about religion, it is understood as something holy, noble, sacred and sacred. Even if in reality Religion comes to earth and brings Benefit to humanity, but he will be able to show a different face when manifested with a fanatical mind and full of emotion. Instead of doing good, followers of religious fanatics can get caught up in bad attitudes offending the spirit of religion itself. To avoid this conflict, it is necessary to build religious tolerance in Indonesia, which is very important to do to prevent and reduce the phenomenon of intolerance that occurs. In building tolerance to overcome various conflicts that occur, religious moderation is something that must be done. Religious moderation means teaching religion not only to form pious individuals personally, but also to be able to make their religious understanding an instrument to respect people of other religions. Islam in seeing diversity is something that is necessary and a reality of human life. This article is a library research so that in its discussion it uses books, books, journals and articles related to the discussion of religious moderation. The procedure for collecting information is a search for documents from relevant up-to-date sources as well as a bibliography. Methods of analysis of information analysis activities in this model include: information reduction, information presentation, and drawing/validating conclusions. The information obtained is tested by analyzing the contents of the theme to produce appropriate answers (solutions). The concept of Islamic law "rahmatan lil alamin" is a very important and relevant concept in the context of religious moderation in Indonesia. The concepts offered by Islam are: Wasathiyah (taking the middle way), Tawazun (balanced), I'tidal (straight and firm), Musawah (equality), Syuro (deliberation), Ishlah (reform), Awlawiyah (prioritizing priority) , Tathawur Wa Ibtikar (dynamic and innovative), Tahadhdhur (Civilized). This concept encourages Indonesian people to respect and accept differences, as well as promote peace and tolerance among religious communities. In this case, the Indonesian government and people must continue to strengthen and apply this concept to ensure the realization of a just, peaceful and civilized society.

Abstract

The Qur'an Hadith is part of the subject of Islamic religious education given to understand and practice the Qur'an so that it is able to read eloquently, translate, conclude the content of the content, copy and memorize selected verses and understand and practice selected hadiths as a deepening and expansion of the study of the study of the Qur'an Hadith from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and as a provision to follow the next level of education, however, in learning, there must be obstacles and obstacles in learning, therefore researchers carry out BTQ learning assistance which aims to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of efforts to improve the achievement of the Qur'an Hadith through learning BTQ (Read Write the Qur'an), then to help improve the achievement of learning the Qur'an Hadith and to find out the results or responses of students to the achievements of class V students at MI Miftahul Huda. From the results of research, learning to read and write the Qur'an can help students in learning islamic religious education subjects, especially in the subjects of the Qur'an Hadith.

Abstract

Some contemporary Islamic religionists argue that the concept of nusyuz in Article 84 of the compilation of Islamic law (KHI) is discriminatory against women. In that clause, many obligations are delegated to women. If the wife cannot perform her obligations, then the nusyuz law applies, but not to the husband. In this context there is ambivalence, ambiguity and legal injustice. Therefore, this paper discusses the meaning of nusyuz in KHI from a gender perspective and its relevance in the development of Islamic law in Indonesia. This literature research with historical approach and gender analysis shows: first, the relevance of the concept of nusyuz in fiqh and KHI lies in its ruling implicit implications of understanding the substance of textuality; second, the redefinition of the nusyuz concept through Jasser Auda's maqashid al-syariah system approach to protect and develop women's human rights is to complement the concept of nusyuz husbands in Article 84 KHI. Thus, the principle of equality and justice is an important aspect in the reinterpretation of the concept of nusyuz, which can be carried out by both the wife and the husband.

Abstract

Educational institutions are grown and developed through initiatives, and to guide the community, so that the existence of public relations management in the development of educational institutions is important. This article aims to provide the concept of public relations management techniques in the development of educational institutes in Indonesia, as well as how to apply them, the problems encountered, and how to solve these problems. It is hoped that the results of this research can broaden the horizons of educational institution managers so that this program can run effectively and efficiently, and realize the development of educational institutions in a broad sense. Community relations planning in an effort to improve the image of school institutions at state madrasah aliyah 4 Kediri by involving all school managers, scheduling all good and detailed community relations and planning activities through an annual meeting program. the implementation of public relations at state madrasah aliyah 4 Kediri is carried out in accordance with the plan in which the tasks of public relations 9 all activities in the madrasa are publicly known and the implementation of human management at educational institutions is a communication link or an extension of information to be conveyed to the community. This research was conducted at MAN 4 Kediri. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach, and in collecting data researchers used interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. Abstract

Human social life is always changing along with the change in geography, culture, ideology, and new discoveries in the life sciences community. Of course, it will force the lawyers to respond, because these changes will have implications for the difference and even contrary to the legal texts that have been established. In the Shari’ah for example, The most obvious topic is jarimah hudud, where there is a punishment in the form of hand amputation for thieves and qisas for the killer or about women that must be accompanied by a mahram when traveling. In accordance with the development of the current situation, this punishment is considered to be irrelevant, it has been proven unable to reduce the quantity of the killers as being contrary to the concept of human rights. Regarding the second issue, it is found in the lives of individual freedom to move alone, including women. Thus, it was necessary to be a change in the law to follow social change. Thus, this change also has implications for the field of usul fiqh which has been considered established. Especially in reading of the texts of the nash (Qur’an and Hadith), especially on term qat’iy and zanniy. For this reason, in this paper will be discussed about the shifting of the term qat’iy and zanniy according to the Salaf, Midle, and Contemporary.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the importance of integrating science and Islamic education in building a harmonious relationship between science and religion. The background lies in the differences in perspectives and conflicts that often arise between science and religion, leading to gaps in understanding the world and differing values. The objective of this study is to analyze the concept of integrating science and Islamic education and explore strategies to bridge these gaps. The research method employed is library research, which involves collecting and analyzing data from relevant literature sources. The findings of this study reveal that the integration of science and Islamic education plays a crucial role in creating a comprehensive and sustainable understanding of the world. The identified strategies to achieve this goal include interdisciplinary approaches, the development of integrated curricula, contextual learning, interdisciplinary dialogues, research and development, teacher training, and the utilization of relevant educational resources. It is expected that the integration of science and Islamic education will bring benefits in building holistic understanding, fostering spiritual awareness, and preparing individuals for open and comprehensive thinking.

Abstract

Theconcept of Islamic religious education is sourced from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, it has a very important role, it is also a determinant in shaping human characteristics, PAI does not only discuss worship but there is also the issue of muamalah, therefore it is the responsibility of religious teachers/PAI teachers it is very hard, it is not easy, PAI teachers must prepare the material to be delivered to their students so that they can be skilled both vertically and horizontally. The right strategic step in recent times is to take advantage of the technology that is around us, because technological tools are very helpful in facilitating the teaching and learning process in elementary, secondary and even tertiary educational institutions, especially Islamic-based educational institutions that contain Islamic religious subjects, in the process of implementing Islamic learning, good technology is needed so that it can support a better and more effective learning process.
