Abstract

This article discusses the Fajar Nusantara Movement (GAFATAR), a spiritual movement that emerged in Indonesia in 2015. This movement has attracted public and media attention because of the controversies surrounding its activities and beliefs, especially regarding the dogma of teachings which they believe are heretical, so the movement This was dissolved by the Government in this case the Ministry of Home Affairs. The results of this study show that the pros and cons of religious discourse, in this case the Fajar Nusantara Movement, gave birth to orthodoxy-heterodoxy discourse claims. Discourses that are followed by the majority and supported by the authorities or the government or other authorities are claimed as orthodox discourses, whereas discourses that are only followed by a handful of people, not supported by state authorities or scholars are considered as heterodox discourses, in this study the Fajar Nusantara Movement is considered as heterodox because they are a minority who are not supported by the authorities or the majority of the Muslim community, while the Government is considered orthodox because they are the highest authority holders. However, it should be emphasized that orthodox discourse is not always orthodox and heterodox discourse becomes heterodox forever, it all depends on the conditions of those in power.

Abstract

This article discusses the discourse of sunnah tasyri'iyyah and non-tasyri'iyyah sunnah from the perspective of Yusuf al-Qardhawi. Al-Qardhawi is an intellectual who gives full attention to the study of sunnah. In addition to carrying the responsibility as a Messenger, the Prophet Muhammad is a human being who has physical and spiritual needs as humans in general. This highlights some of the prophet's actions that are important to classify according to the prophet's capacity as a messenger of God and the prophet's capacity as an ordinary human being. The understanding of the classification of sunnah tasyri'iyyah and non-tasyri'iyyah becomes a significant thing to be explored further because there are some tendencies in generalizing the sunnah so as to collect all the sunnah of the prophet as sunnah that is bound by sharia. This article is classified as qualitative research and uses literature review as a reference in collecting and analyzing data. It can be concluded that according to Yusuf al-Qardhawi, sunnah tasyri'iyyah is a sunnah with a sharia dimension that comes from the Prophet Muhammad as a Messenger, while non-tasyri'iyyah sunnah is a prophet's sunnah that does not contain demands to be practiced or followed and is conditional and temporary. The criteria for non-tashri'iyyah sunnah are; 1) actions and words of the Prophet based on experiments (worldly aspects), 2) actions and words of the Prophet as head of state and judge, 3) commands and prohibitions of the Prophet that contain recommendations, 4) pure actions of the Prophet, 5) actions of the Prophet as a human being. When addressing the sunnah as sharia two contradictory groups emerged; al-Ghullah and al-Muqashirun. In response to both groups al-Qardhawi moderate.

Abstract

Islamic education is one of the institutions that came into the spotlight when inter-religious and ethnic riots emerged in several places in Indonesia. Education is felt to be extra necessary to provide sufficient provisions to students on how they develop a tolerant attitude towards differences and diversity that exist in society. Awareness of the urgency of pluralism and inclusive (open) education design is expected to be able to play an educational function that is able to form friendly people and empathize with the anxiety of every human being without exception, including those who are non-Muslims. Then what kind of understanding of PAI values should be strengthened in an effort to counteract the flow of radicalism?

Abstract

It is certainly no stranger to hear about the prohibition on getting married in the month of Suro or Muharrom, that Javanese customs have their predecessors' customs or traditions, not only in the month of Shuro, regarding beliefs regarding times, days and months that are standardized. This belief is considered inappropriate for carrying out sacred events such as weddings or circumcisions. This is because many Javanese people still maintain the customs or traditions handed down by their ancestors, even though some of them no longer believe in these things. This kind of tradition is still carried out from generation to generation to this day. However, will Islam justify this tradition if it is linked to the texts of the Qur'an and hadith, researchers will provide a descriptive description and analysis through inductive thinking. This research provides a discourse that it is forbidden to marry in the month of Suro or Muharrom in Javanese society because philosophically this month contains historical events that remind of tragic and emotional stories in it.

Optimal supervision enhances the quality of teaching and learning, leading to successful educational outcomes. Supervision goes beyond creating good outputs; it generates high-quality outcomes. The term "supervision" originates from English, combining "super," meaning above, and "vision," meaning to see. In the educational context, supervision is carried out by supervisors and school principals, positioned above teachers, overseeing their work. Islamic Education Supervision aims to direct the performance of educators to improve Islamic-based learning systems in specific subjects. Educators incorporate Islamic elements to create intellectually and religiously inclined students. In this context, the author develops the meaning of supervision, portraying the supervisor as an individual with the authority to plan, respond to, and control group activities directly. Corrections are given to enhance the future learning process. Supervision in the era of Nabi Muhammad is illustrated through the story of Sahabat Mu'adz, where Nabi provides guidance to adjust teaching to the students' conditions. The era of Khulafaurrosyidin showcases Khalifah Umar as a supervisor reprimanding the arbitrary actions of the son of the Governor of Egypt against the citizens. Supervision during the Umayyad Dynasty was carried out by a sheikh within educational institutions, while the Abbasid Dynasty reached the pinnacle of progress with an organized management approach and special attention from the caliphs to educational supervision. Supervision stages evolved, involving curriculum planning, implementation with subject choices, and evaluation with clear achievement indicators. In the Abbasid Dynasty era, numerous advanced educational institutions were established, enhancing the role of supervision to optimize the teaching and development of education. The stages of supervision development encompassed clear curriculum planning for elementary and secondary education. During this period, besides offering various subject choices, including core and elective subjects, the evaluation process also included clear achievement indicators. Abstract

The sakinah family full of mawaddah and rahmah is everyone's dream. A sakinah family can be built if every element of the family, especially husband and wife, understands the purpose of marriage and works out their respective rights and obligations. They love each other, love, respect, and help each other both outwardly and mentally. They understand each other and appreciate each other's positions and functions. If this all goes well, then a serene happy family, full of love and affection, will automatically form in their family. The problem is, if every element in the family, especially husband and wife, does not understand and implement all of it well, then their family becomes a family that is problematic, full of slander, full of prejudice, not harmonious, and finally the family cannot be maintained. Indeed, there has never been a family without strife and differences. Therefore, the advisory factor becomes very important in order to get the family back on track. New patterns of counseling troubled families that can be developed in Indonesia need to be continuously studied and tested for reliability. While we use and perfect the old pattern, this new pattern needs serious attention, especially from BP4 which is very experienced and known as a leading marriage advisory agency in Indonesia. The essence of the Supreme Court Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2008 concerning Mediation Procedures in Court is what the Minister of Religious Affairs and his staff have wanted since decades ago. The nature of what is desired is that the advisory role performed by professional institutions outside the court – in this case BP4 – can be enlarged, so that the number of broken families can be minimized as much as possible
