Abstract

Failure in learning is faced on average by several students who do not have the encouragement to learn, and it also results in their learning achievements in science subjects becoming less or below the KKM (Minimum Completion Criteria). The type of research that will be done by researchers is Classroom Active Research (CAR). By using theAction Test picture and picture method with comic media, successfully proved the increase in learning achievement of grade 4 students of SDI Miftahul Huda in science learning.

Abstract

Every human being is free to choose a religion according to his religious experience and in accordance with his personal beliefs. Even Human Rights has been mentioned about basic human rights in detail, which one of them is freedom of interest and religion. The detail is also practised in Indonesia according to the 1945 Constitution (UUD) of the Republic of Indonesia, it is said that the state guarantees the freedom for the people to embrace the religion of their choice. Furthermore in Islam, it also regulates freedom of religion as mentioned in the alQuran. This paper will focus on how freedom of choosing a religion based on freedom in the al-Quran. Islam respects freedom in embracing any religion and belief.

Abstract

An Islamic educational institution, especially pondok pesantren must not be separated from the yellow book and its teaching methods, a santri if they want to understand a book they must learn the science of tools (nahwu, shorof and balaghoh) therefore the need for a special learning method for the purpose of learning to succeed, on this occasion we are interested to discuss understanding the science of tools that focus on memorization strategies, of course in increasing the volume of memorization , and a quick trick in memorizing. Memorizing a book or nadhom is an activity that requires special intentions and strategies, especially for students at an early age who need guidance and direction from the teacher, in this context the researchers want to know how the teacher's strategy in guiding and directing his students to be passionate in memorizing the book and nadhom, on this occasion we as researchers had the opportunity to create an article that more or less discussed 1. About understanding teachers, 2. Learning strategies, 3. Methods, principles and factors of memorization.

Abstract

The headmaster is a skipper in an educational institution, whether or not a leader will determine the quality of the institution, a person who becomes the principal must have certain criteria that can bring the institution to achieve the objectives of the vision, mission including planning, developing the organization, empowering resources and carrying out supervision of programs and performance. Abstract

Quality is something that satisfies the needs of customers. quality education is an education that all components have the requirements and conditions that customers want and cause satisfaction, this research aims to describe the planning of quality improvement of graduates in MTs Al-Huda, implementation of quality improvement in MTs Al-Huda, and evaluation of quality improvement of graduates in MTs Al-Huda, Planning in the institution in ways such as strengthening the curriculum, Improving the quality of Educator Resources, and teachers are more creative in delivering materials to children so that the material is delivered properly , Implementation in the institution is teachers provide materials to their students as creatively as possible, teachers often review materials at the end of learning, and teachers provide tutoring to students, especially un subjects, this research uses qualitative approach, data collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation.

Abstract

The economic growth of a country can be seen one of them is from the poverty level indicator. Poverty is the beginning of the damage and instability of the country's economy. Cash waqf is here to help solve this problem. Cash waqf has a general power where everyone can donate assets without certain limits. Cash waqf is also very strategic in creating jobs and reducing unemployment in selective production activities according to the rules of Shari'ah and benefit. Waqf has the potential to empower the real sector and strengthen economic fundamentals. By using cash waqf can help alleviate poverty which can be done by the Government through community empowerment programs. The goal is waqf in Indonesia to provide social welfare for the community, it is necessary to optimize waqf management by Nazirs. Cash waqf has tremendous economic potential to help the poor and alleviate poverty, especially considering that the majority of Indonesians are Muslim so that the amount of waqf funds that can be collected from certain communities is very large.

Abstract

M. Quraysh Shihab is one of the most famous muffasir in Indonesia, he already has many papers such as Tafsir Al Misbah (message, impression and harmony in the Qur'an). He tries to explain about the family that should be known by family members, but if necessary other information that is by the concept of the family sakinah so that the readers understand the purpose of his thoughts. The majority of people want a sick family, but according to M. Quraysh Shihab some of the people do not know about the concept of sakinah family. So he tried to explain through one of his works. Therefore, this study aims to find out about the concept of sakinah family according to M. Quraysh Shihab by islamic teachings. In this literature research, researchers use documentation techniques with philosophical approaches. Through deriftive analytical techniques, researchers discovered the concept of sakinah family presented by M. Quraysh Shihab, first; choosing a life partner, it is emphasized to choose a partner who relies on the one true God. Secondly; households must be based on love, with love carrying out their respective obligations and roles. Third; create a quiet household, to maintain harmony in the family. Keempa; make a good household, to teach good things and can add and preserve what it already has.

Abstract

This research was conducted as an effort to analyze the values contained in the legal profession code of ethics. The issues that will be answered in this research are: First, what and how are the basic values contained in the code of ethics for the Indonesian legal profession. Second, what is the role of the legal profession code of ethics. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation, analysis and assessment of the legal profession code of ethics. The results of this research are expected to provide input for practitioners and policy makers for the enforcement of the legal profession code of ethics. According to the type, this research includes library research because it makes library materials as study material. With qualitative analysis with inductive and deductive thinking methods, this research gets several conclusions. First, the code of ethics for the legal profession in principle contains moral values that underlie a professional personality, namely freedom, justice and honesty. The two codes of ethics for the legal and legal professions are a unity which inherently contains the values of religious teachings so that basically the code of ethics for the legal profession is in line with the values of religious teachings which have a role as a compass pointing the moral direction for the legal profession administrators as well as ensuring the moral quality of the legal profession in society the code of ethics contains values and norms as benchmarks for legal professionals in upholding the authority of the law that is humane and just.

Abstract

Quality education is closely related to leaders. Leaders who have a vision, are creative, innovative will be able to advance education in Indonesia. With the advancement of education, the community will be satisfied with the needs needed. This study aims to determine the principal's policy in achieving the vision, mission, educational goals and to find out the visionary leadership in implementing the vision for the advancement of education To get good findings, researchers used a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants are the school principal and all vice-principals. This research found that visionary leadership was carried out maximally. This can be seen as follows: 1) Formulating the Vision . The formulation of this vision is based on the principal's personal values. The school principal changed the vision of the school to become more focused. Going forward by evaluating activities once a semester. Hold weekly meetings to listen to suggestions or complaints from teachers. The principal also makes short and long term programs. That way the planned activities will go according to plan. 2) Apply the Vision. In applying this vision the school principal does things like giving birth to 5 madrasa principles. a) Faithful, b) Orderly and disciplined, c) Ahlakul Karimah, d) Ukhuwah Islamiyah, e) Competent. In addition, in applying the vision the school principal also has short, medium, and long-term plans.

Abstract

Abstract Professional teachers are people who have special abilities and expertise in the field of teacher training so that they are able to carry out their duties and functions as a teacher to the maximum capacity. Or in other words, professional teachers are people who are well educated and trained and have rich experience in their fields. The ten assets to become a professional teacher are as follows: 1) Collective teacher activities that improve teacher competence and/or professionalism, 2) Education and training, 3) Apprenticeship, 4) Scientific publication of research results or innovative ideas, 5) Innovative work, 6) Presentation at scientific forums, 7) Publication of textbooks that pass the assessment by the national education standards body, 8) Publication of enrichment books and publication of teacher manuals, 9) Publication of field experiences in special education, 10) Award for achievement or dedication as teachers provided by the government / local government.
