Abstract

Brand image and product attributes are elements that reflect the overall product and service. Brand has an influence on consumer psychology, which means an image can influence consumers in buying products. Consumers tend to be attracted to products with a good image and product attributes that meet consumer expectations. This shows that Brand Image and Product Attributes affect purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Product Attributes on Purchase Decisions at Honda Sekawan Motor Jember. The type of research used is quantitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 90 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and R2 test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that there is a significant influence between brand image on purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.007 (p <0.05) and for the second hypothesis (H2) shows that there is a significant influence between product attributes on purchasing decisions. with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05). Thus it can be concluded that the variable brand image (X1) and product attributes (X2) together have an effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Sekawan Motor Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions of MS Glow skincare products in Jember Regency. The population used in this study are consumers in the Jember Regency area who make purchases and use MS Glow skincare products. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is distributed online to buyers and users of MS Glow skincare products. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tools. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on gender, it is known that male respondents are 17 respondents with a percentage of 21.3% while respondents with female sex are 63 with a percentage of 78.8%. It can be concluded that there are more female respondents. Because most of those who use MS Glow skincare products for facial care tend to be used by women. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on age, it is known that respondents aged 17-22 years amounted to 51 respondents with a percentage of 63.8%. Age 23-28 years jumalh 23 respondents with a percentage of 28.8%. There are 3 respondents aged 29-34 years with a percentage of 3.8%. While the age> 35 years amounted to 3 respondents with a percentage of 3.8%. It can be concluded that the majority of respondents are aged 17-22 years because the average user of MS Glow skincare products in Jember Regency is dominated by young people and students. The results of statistical testing of respondents based on work, it is known that the respondents as students amounted to 48 respondents with a percentage of 60.0%. Respondents who were still students amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Respondents who worked as employees amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Self-employed amounted to 8 respondents with a percentage of 10.0%. Meanwhile, there are 8 households with a percentage of 10.0%. It can be concluded that the majority of respondents by occupation are dominated by students. The test results show that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.680 or 100%. So it can be said that 68% of purchasing decisions are influenced by brand ambassadors, brand image, and product quality, and 32% are influenced by other factors. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that the hypothesis in this study is accepted. This research has implications for companies in making policies and preparing strategies. Several strategies that can be developed by the company are using brand ambassadors as a promotional tool to promote their products, form and create a good brand image, attractive, easily recognizable, and easy to remember by consumers, and continue to innovate to improve product quality and quality.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine and analyze the effect of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, and partial responsiveness to customer satisfaction. The theories used in this research are marketing management theory, service quality theory, and customer satisfaction theory. The research was conducted on customers of the Wooden Craft House. This type of descriptive quantitative research using purposive sampling method with a sample of 82 respondents. The nature of the research is explanatory. The test tool used is multiple linear regression, with SPSS software version 20.00. The t test results show that efficiency (0.003), fulfillment (0.006), system availability (0.001), privacy (0.000), and responsiveness (0.002) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction partially. The regression test shows that efficiency (0.155), fulfillment (0.195), system availability (0.189), privacy (0.220), and responsiveness (0.210) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the coefficient of determination test is 93.7%, customer satisfaction is influenced by efficiency. , fulfillment, system availability, privacy, and responsiveness while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other variables outside of research.

Abstract

An understanding of business processes cannot be separated from understanding all production processes in an organizational unit. Harrington (1995) defines a business process as a service process that supports the production process, such as the order process (order), payment process (payrool) and manufacturing design process. So that in the business process activities are grouped using the resources owned by the organization as support in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to see an overview of the business process in the Koperasi Karya Mulya which is engaged in savings and loans activities. The absence of the use of information technology that supports business processes is the basis for this study, so that by looking at the problems that occur, recommendations can be given using the Business Process Improvement (BPI) approach. The design of the information system that is the result of this research is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes so as to improve the quality and satisfaction of the community with the services of the Koperasi Karya Mulya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the health of BUMDes based on aspects of capital, liquidity, independence and growth (case study of BUMDes Usaha Sejahtera, Karangsono Village, Bangsalsari District, Jember Regency). The type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses external secondary data sources obtained through literature studies which are arranged in the form of documents in the form of reports, books and other written sources related to the object of research and primary data sources, namely financial report data in the form of Balance Sheet reports and Profit and Loss reports for BUMDes Business. Prosperous period 2018-2020. The analytical tool used in this research is the analysis of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The results of this study indicate that the health of BUMDes based on aspects of capital, liquidity, independence and growth in terms of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios is quite healthy. The factors that affect the soundness of BUMDes Usaha Sejahtera in 2018-2020 are having a high liquidity ratio to pay obligations that are soon due by using assets or assets owned by the company, successfully reducing asset financing by debt and fully using own capital in operational activities. company, is able to manage receivables with a fast receivables turnover ratio so that it is profitable for BUMDes Usaha Sejahtera, and is able to maintain the company's profit level and even increase the profit percentage

Abstract

His study aims (1) To determine the partial effect of product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y). (2) To determine the simultaneous influence of product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y). (3) To find out among the product quality variables (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) that have a dominant influence on customer satisfaction (Y). Data collection techniques used Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, and Literature Study. Data Analysis Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, Dominant Test and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of the study are the equation of multiple linear regression Y = 3,716E-17 + 0,683X1 + 0,226X2 + 0,003X3 + e. Partially, product quality has a significant positive effect with tcount greater than t table 10.035> t table 1.986 or sig 0.000 <0.050, the price indicates a value of 3.319> t table 1.986 or sig 0.001 <0.050 location indicates a value of 0.053 <t table 1.986 or sing 0.958> 0.050. F test is known to know that Fcount 49.070> Ftable 2.70 and a significant value of F 0.000 <0.050, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The dominant influential variable is product quality received.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting, karena SOP merupakan salah satu pedoman pokok mengenai tahapan aktivitas kerja di sebuah perusahaan tertentu dan memiliki bersifat mengikat serta membatasi bagaimana karyawan nantinya bekerja. Pengamatan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pada kualitas pembangunan unit rumah di PT.RPPN Kota Probolinggo. Pengamatan ini menggunakan metode field research, serta melakukan studi kelayakan data teknik triangulasi dengan teknik wawancara tidak struktur dengan minimal tiga sumber informan namun dengan pertanyaan yang realif sama. Uji kredibilitas data dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta ditarik kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik mengambil sampel yang menerapkan metode snowball sampling. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa PT RPPN sudah memiliki SOP yang baik di setiap pembangunan unit rumah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan disetiap hasil kerja yang dilakukan, perusahaan dapat memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan kualitas yang dihasilkan tanpa menghilangkan peran SOP di setiap prosesnya untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan bersama.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tougher causing companies to be required to be able to increase competitiveness to maintain the survival of the company. Human resources are the biggest capital for the company, therefore in developing human resources the most important factor is improving the performance of its employees first, an employee who has high and good performance can support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. In this study the authors raised the dynamics of employee performance contained in the CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi is engaged in the field of general suppliers, suppliers of materials & safety equipment, suppliers of environmental management materials & equipment, and printing. At present there are still many employees whose performance is not optional in terms of discipline so that there is poor employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment, compensation and work discipline on employee performance at CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. The population in this study were 36 respondents from CV employees. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that the work environment, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Majesta Nusantara Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important assets for the company. The role of human resources for companies is not only seen in the results of work productivity but also seen in the quality of work produced. Employee performance is something that deserves important attention for the company. Employee performance is the main measure of organizational success, organizational goals are always trying to improve employee performance so that the company can achieve its vision and mission. One of the qualities of work that can improve employee performance is from improving self-efficacy and employee engagement. That way the performance of employees at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali can increase. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of self-efficacy and employee engagement on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali. This research technique uses causal analysis techniques with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees working at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali. The sample used was PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali employees were taken as many as 85 employees using the cluster random sampling method. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics, instrument test (validity test and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t test), and coefficient of determination test ( R2) using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.047 <0.05. And employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.015 <0.05. These two variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport-Bali.

Abstract

The rapid development of today's business is increasingly dynamic, causing companies to be faced with conditions of intense competition, one of which is a company engaged in the sale of basic commodities, namely rice. The more businesses that have sprung up from time to time, the higher the number of similar businesses has been. This can tighten competition. So that at UD. Putra Sultan Besuki must create an attractive strategy for consumers. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of product quality, price and packaging on purchasing decisions at UD. Putra Sultan Besuki. This research uses a quantitative type with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is UD. Putra Sultan Besuki’s consumers who made purchases more than twice. 70 respondents were used as sample, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that product quality, price, and packaging have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Rantau Rice at UD. Putra Sultan Besuki.
