Abstract

This study aims to (1) to determine the effect of Human resource information system, Competence and Work discipline partially to performance of ASN (2) to determine the effect of Human resource information system, Competence and Work discipline simultaneously to Performance of ASN (3) to find out which one the variables of Human resource information system, Competence and Performance of ASN. The research method used in this thesis is a quantitative method. The result of research in multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 6.787 + 0.754X1 - 0.243X2 + 0.359 X3 + e. Partially Human resource information system has significant postive effect with a tcount value of 7,915 ttable of 2.001, Competence has not significant positive effect with a tcount of -1,636 ttable of 2.001 and Work discipline has significant positive effect with a tcount of 2,103 ttable of 2.001. Simultaneously the Human resource information system, Competence and Work discipline affect the performance of ASN with an Fcount of 63,522 Ftable of 2.76. The dominant variable in this study is the Human resource information system with a value of 7,915.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are effects simultaneously or partially between Supermarket and Grocery Stores Pantene Shampoo on sales volume, as well as the dominant variable effect between Self and Grocery Stores Pantene Shampoo on sales volume. The variables studied were, channel distribution (Supermarket and Grocery Stores), as independent variable (predictor) and dependent variable (dependent = response) is volume sales Pantene Shampoo at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Sub Branch Situbondo. Primary data obtained through interviews with the leaders (Supervisor) PT. Borwita Citra Prima Sub Branch Situbondo, while secondary data obtained through the study of literature, data from the number of agents and sales data furnished by other literature sources. Based on the analysis that has been done can be concluded that the first, simultaneously (together) note that the value of Fcount > Fmeans that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means no simultaneous effect between Supermarket and Grocery Stores Pantene Shampoo on sales volume. Second, note that the partial Supermarket and Grocery Stores equally possess tcount > ttable and probability of < 0,05, which means there is a partial effect on sales volume Pantene Shampoo. And third, the dominant variable Grocery Stores in influencing sales volume Pantene Shampoo. This is evident from the number of multiple linear regression coefficients for the Self (X1) of 1,385 and Grocery Stores (X2) of 2,219.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the financial performance of the "Amirah Mandiri" Women's Cooperative in Situbondo Regency, 2014-2018 Period. Data used in the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. The results of the study are (1) Capital Ratio from 2014-2018 namely Unhealthy from the time series and the requested Operational Standards increased. (2) Productive Asset Quality Ratio Healthy Productive Active Quality Ratio from the time series and from the Cooperative Operational Standards is quite healthy. (3) The management ratios considered discuss General Management, Institutional, Capital Management, Management, Liquidity Management, ie Healthy from the time series and from the Operational Standards Assessment is quite healthy. (4) Unhealthy Efficiency Ratios from the time series and from Operational Standards tend to decrease. (5) Liquidity Ratios from 2014-2018 namely healthy from the time series and Cooperative Operational Standards increased. (6) Independence and questionable ratio of Unhealthy from the time series and from the increased Operational Standards. (7) Identity ratios from 2014-2018, namely the healthy time series and fairly sound Operational Standards.

Abstract

Trash is part of something that is unused, slurred or something, and it's not useful. The consciousness of the individual to determine the real behavior and behavior that may be the case that's called attitude. The waste problem in Indonesia is a complicated issue, because of behavior-behavior communities that still less care to the environment itself. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of attitude and behavior towards the existence of trash in the coastal community of village Kilensari Panarukan Situbondo. Population data collected in the study are all the coastal communities South of the village Kilensari Panarukan totaling 210 inhabitants. The sample used totaled 68 inhabitants. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling techniques with the determination of the total sample of respondents using the formula slovin. External research achieved i.e. contribute to the increase of progress of life economy in coastal communities. Provide knowledge and development the importance of attitude and approach in managing the associated behavior and create superior human resources. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi ekuitas merek (kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek) terhadap minat beli konsumen Travelokadi pada akun Twitter Traveloka. Setelah mengetahui pengaruh dari keempat variabel bebas tersebut maka akan disimpulkan pengaruhnya secara parsial dan simultan, serta menentukan variabel mana yang mempengaruhi variabel terikat (minat beli) secara dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data didapat dari kuisioner yang disebarkan pada akun Twitter konsumen yang aktif di akun Twitter Traveloka. Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan uji parsial (t test), kesimpulannya adalah bahwa kesadaran merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat beli (t hitung > t tabel, Ho ditolak). Uji F menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa keempat variabel bebas tersebut berpengaruh secara serentak kepada variabel terikat. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,586 menunjukkan bahwa dimensi ekuitas yang diteliti pada penelitian ini berpengaruh sebesar 58,6% terhadap minat beli, sedangkan sisanya 41,45% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and remuneration on employee performance during the covid-19 pandemic at CV Multazam Situbondo in 2021. This study uses Ex Post Facto research. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Multazam Pecaron, totaling 39 people. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. From the results of data analysis obtained using the multiple regression analysis formula, the R-count value is compared to the R-table, and the results of the comparison of the R-table with a significance level of 5% with a sample of 39 people obtained R-table = 0.329 while the major hypothesis Ry(1 ,2) = 0.736. using the significance test. The calculation of the analysis of variance of the regression line obtained a Freg of 21.387. And when consulted with the F table for db = 2 and db = 36 with a significance level of 5%, it was obtained 3.26. the effectiveness of the regression line is obtained by 54.31% %. This means that the effective contribution of the overall predictors of student learning outcomes contributed 54.31% and the variables (other factors) that were not examined were 100% 54.31% = 45.69%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut yaitu, hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda Y =-1,184E-16 + 0,153X1 + ,157X2+ 0,618X3. Secara parsial (Uji t), Produk (X1) ini berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) karena hasil thit ung sebesar 2,091 dan signifikan karena thit ung 2,091 > tt abel 1,985 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,039 < 0,05. Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) karena hasil thit ung sebesar 2,051 dan signifikan karena thit ung 2,051 > tt abel 1,985 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,043 < 0,05. Promosi (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) karena hasil thit ung sebesar 8,120 dan signifikan karena thit ung 8,120 > tt abel 1,985 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F), diketahui bahwa Produk (X1),Harga (X2), dan Promosi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) karena nilai dari Fhit ung sebesar 59,332 dan signifikan karena Fhit ung 59,332 > Ft abel 2,70 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan, faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) adalah variabel Promosi (X3). Abstract

The high business competition is currently pushing many industries of Micro and Small Medium Enterprises to continue to innovate both the attributes of products and marketing, currently pushed UMKM to enter the online business through e-commerce into a promising opportunity in the chain selanjuanua network. This study aims to describe the ease, security, responsiveness, price, reputation, trust and decision of Danbo handicraft sales at Trebungan Handicraft House, Situbondo Regency, beside that this research is also explanatory research which analyze each exogenous variable to variable Endogenous This research was conducted in Situbondo Regency precisely through Trebungan Home Industry, with 634 people and technique of sampling using proportional random sampling "based on time division, with the number of samples selected as 270 respondents from various regions in Indonesia namely Java, Sulawesi , Kalimantan, Sumatra, Maluku, Papua and Nusa Tenggara. Analysis of model data using structural equation model (SEM), the results showed for the first test. Normality test does not occur. Normality, Outlier and Multicoliner. The fit fitness model (GOF) also has good model conformity and for hypothesis test results. Hypothesis 1 received where the variable Ease (X1), Security (X2), Response (X3) Price (X4) and Reputation (X5) has a significant effect on Trust (Y1). Hypothesis 6 is rejected, it can be concluded that the Ease (X1) variable has no significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable (Y2). Hypothesis 7 is accepted. Namely Security variables have a significant negative effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). Hypothesis 8 rejected, concluded that the variable Response (X3) has no significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). Hypothesis 9 is rejected, namely that Price variable (X4) has no significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2). Hypothesis 10 is accepted. It is concluded that the Reputation variable (X5) has a significant negative effect on Purchase Decision (Y2), Hypothesis 11 accepted, namely variable of Trust (Y1) have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y2).

Abstract

The research objective is to see the financial performance of PT. Bukopin Bank which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the CAMEL method in 2016-2018. The method used is Capital (Capital), Asset (Asset), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The result of this research is the CAMEL ratio of the capital, namely the health level at PT. Bank Bukopin in the CAR ratio achieved by PT. Bank Bukopin for 2016 to 2018 amounted to 36.90%, 35.03%, 36.72%. The health predicate of the CAR ratio must be maintained at a safe limit (8%) while the CAR ratio is 36.90%, 35.03%, 36.72% (KPMM ≥ 12%) then PT. Bank Bukopin received a healthy predicate in terms of capital. CAMEL Asset ratio, namely the level of health at PT. Bank Bukopin for 2016 to 2018 amounted to 1.12%, 0.67%, 3.71%. The health predicate of the KAP ratio must be maintained at a safe limit (KAP ≤ 2% while the KAP ratio obtained by PT. Bank Bukopin is 1.12%, 0.67%, 3.71%. KAP ≤ 2%, so PT. Bank Bukopin gets the title healthy in terms of asset quality aspects.The CAMEL Management ratio, namely the 2016 NPM ratio, the NPM value decreased by 72.86%, in 2017 the NPM value increased by 73.68% and for 2018 the NPM value decreased by 51.10%. NPM health must be maintained at a safe limit (100%) while the NPM ratio obtained by PT. Bank Bukopin is 72.86%, 73.68%, 51.10% <100%, so PT. Bank Bukopin gets the title of being healthy in terms of The CAMEL Earning Ratio, namely in 2016 the ROA value increased by 1.24%, in 2017 the ROA value increased by 1.48% and for 2018 the ROA value decreased by 0.16%. In 2016 the ROA ratio was 1.25% < ROA ≤ 1.5% is in the good category, for 2017 an ROA ratio of> 1.5% is in the very category good, while for 2018 the ROA ratio of 0% <ROA ≤ 0.5% is in the very poor category. The CAMEL Liquidity Ratio, namely the LDR Ratio obtained by PT. In 2016, the LDR value increased by 97.51%, in 2017 the LDR value decreased by 86.35% and for 2018 the LDR value increased by 88.98%. Evaluation of the level of health in 2016 to 2018, the LDR ratio of 85% <LDR ≤ 100% is in the fairly good category

Abstract

Produk kopi susu instan adalah salah satu produk minuman cepat saji yang semakin lama semakin banyak digemari masyarakat karena kemudahan dalam hal penyajiannya. Demikian juga bagi kalangan mahasiswa yang sebagian besar berdomisili jauh dari orang tua, produk ini merupakan minuman cepat saji yang biasa dikonsumsi karena harganya yang terjangkau, mudah didapatkan dan sifatnya yang tahan lama. Dengan semakin banyaknya kopi susu instan yang ada di pasaran berarti memberikan keleluasaan bagi konsumen untuk memilih merk yang sesuai dengan keinginannya. Oleh karena itu perlu bagi perusahaan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen kopi susu instan untuk mengetahui pola pembeliannya. Dengan banyaknya merk kopi susu instan yang ada di pasaran akan mendorong perusahaan bersaing mendapatkan calon konsumen melalui berbagai strategi yang tepat, misalnya mengubah kemasan, warna, aroma, promosi dan harga. Lebih jauh lagi produsen dalam mendistribusikan produknya ke pasar konsumen berusaha agar produknya dapat diterima sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan konsumen. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis terhadap keputusan untuk membeli produk Kopi Susu instan merek Torabika. 2. Untuk mengetahui diantara faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologi yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa untuk membeli produk Kopi Susu instan merek Torabika. Hasil yang diperoleh: 1. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa variabel faktor budaya, sosial, pribadi dan psikologis secara simultan/bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh signifikan (bermakna) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kopi susu instant merek Torabika. 2. variabel psikologis mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi susu instant merek Torabika.
