Abstract

This approach tries to balance the organizational organization's internal strengths and weaknesses with the external environmental opportunities and threats of existing organizations. The formulation of the problem in the study is what is the factor of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in SMA Plus Al Bashariah Kotabaru and is expected to be obtained an overview of the factors that become strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and the threats. The study used a descriptive qualitative method in which data was obtained from principals, teachers, parents. Interview, documentation and observation data collection techniques, Interactive model data analysis techniques produce strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats emanating from the SMAS Plus Al-Bashariah environment. The results showed the strength factor of the school is: 1) Strategic location. 2) own and adequate infrastructure. 3) High school "Plus". 4) The number & qualifications of educators and non-educators are adequate. 5) Have a clear work program. 6) Teachers have a high commitment to achievement. 7) Have an IPA Laboratory. 8) Free tuition. For identified threats to schools namely: 1). The level of public trust is low. 2) The absence of competing schools both public and private. 3) parents of students from the lower middle class economy. Keywords :SWOT analysis

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the type of meaning (semantics) in the Bugis herbal medicine mantra. (2) To find out the types of healing spells for the Bugis tribe in Pagatan. The benefits of this research consist of theoretical benefits and practical benefits. Qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this research is in the form of a Bugis mantra in Pagatan which is obtained from interviews and literature studies. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself. The data collection technique was carried out by recording and recording the mantras that the informants said. The results of the analysis of the meaning of the Bugis mantra in Pagatan, Kusan Hilir District, that there are types of meaning (semantics) such as: lexical, grammatical, connotative, denotative, referential, non-referential. From the Bugis healing mantra in Pagatan, Kusan Hilir Subdistrict, which consists of twelve healing spells for various types of diseases such as: stomachache, headaches, vomiting, body aches, toothaches, genie disorders, eye pain and cancer as well as spells for all types disease. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Index Card Match strategy can improve the mathematics learning achievement of the Multiplication and Division Counting Operations material in grade III SDN Tanjung Batu District Kelumpang Tengah Kab. Kotabaru consists of 14 students, namely 10 male students and 4 female students. Based on the results of research in cycles I, II, and III, the following data were obtained: The standard of KKM for mathematics is 70, before using Index Card Match there were only 21.4% who completed and 78.5% has not met the KKM standard. After using the Index Card Match Strategy in Mathematics lessons in the first cycle, 64.2% have completed data, and 35.7% have not completed, in the second cycle data obtained 71.4%, and 28.5% had not yet completed it, and in the third cycle data was obtained that 85.7% had completed, and 14.2% had not finished. There was an increase in student learning outcomes from pre-cycle to cycle I of 42.8%, when compared between cycle I and cycle II there was an increase of 7.1% and an increase in cycle II to cycle III was 14.2%. Abstract

This type of research is classified as classroom action research (CAR). Classroom action research is an effort aimed at improving the learning process or solving problems faced in learning. This classroom action research was conducted for 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four activity stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII B for the 2019/2020 school year at SMP Negeri 5 Kotabaru with 28 students. Sources of data used in this study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and tests. The instruments used were teacher and student learning implementation observation sheets, and student learning outcomes tests. The data analysis methods used were quantitative and qualitative. The indicators of the success of this study are the results of the analysis of the observation of the implementation of learning by teachers and students in the learning process can reach an average percentage of ≥ 81%. the minimum completeness of learning outcomes in the cognitive domain is 70 and classically said to be successful. in learning if it can reach ≥80% of the total student score that is complete. Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan siswa untuk menyusun teks procedure, mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran dan model pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien dan menyenangkan, Siswa dapat melibatkan diri secara aktif dalam kegiatan komunikasi dengan mengemukakan gagasan, pendapat dan perasaannya secara sederhana baik lisan maupun tertulis. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi/ pengamatan dan pemberian test performance siswa dengan bentuk test tulis. Dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, hasil pengamatan mengindikasikan bahwa 23 dari 32 siswa (72,72%) terlihat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Nilai siswa hasil dari evaluasi test tulis hanya 1 orang siswa (4,54%) saja yang masih belum mencapai KKM (kriteria ketuntasan minimal). Nilai post test siswa berupa evaluasi individu melalui Lembar Kerja Siswa menunjukan Sebanyak 5 siswa (13,63%) mendapat nilai C ‘good’, 1 siswa (4.54%) mendapat nilai D ‘fair’, 1 siswa (4,54%) mendapat nilai E ‘poor’. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan mengalami keberhasilan. Kata Kunci : Menulis, Teks Procedure, model make a match

Abstract

Islamic religious education becomes a cluster of subject group that is an integral part of the scope of the principles and objectives of evaluation activities. PAI subject are a component of the Islamic education system which is recognized for existence in our national educational system. Therefore, PAI as a subject must be evaluated systematically and planed. Applying proper and coreect evaluation principles and prosedure can improve the performance, productivity, and quality of the teachers and educational institutions in a effort to respond to various challenges facing islamic education to day are so complex and increasingly complicated. For that, reliable and accurate evaluation system based on data and facts is needed. Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation and learning outcomes of students in class VII SMPN 5 Kotabaru after the application of online learning. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. Descriptive research aims to create a systematic, factual and accurate description, description of the facts, properties and relationship between the phenomena be`ing investigated. The results showed that the learning motivation of class VII students at SMPN 5 Kotabaru was categorized as high with an average score of 77% ant the learning outcomes of grade VII students at SMPN 5 Kotabaru after online learning could be categorized as good with an average 69,17. Motivations to learn is not the main factor in determining learning outcomes, but learning motivation is important for increasing optimal learning outcomes. Abstract

Strategy Patterns for the Maintenance of Banjar Language in Sangking Baru Village, Kelumpang Selatan Subdistrict, Kotabaru Regency. This research aims to describe the form of strategic patterns in the maintenance of the Banjar language, the form of internal factors that influence the strategic patterns in Banjar language defense, and the form of factors. External factors that influence the strategy patterns in the Banjar language defense. The method used is descriptive method. The results of this study are that there are 9 forms of strategy patterns in Banjar language defense, 5 forms of internal factors that influence strategic patterns in Banjar language defense, and 2 forms of external factors that influence strategy patterns in Banjar language defense. Abstract

The factors that influence student achievement are generally divided into two parts, namely external factors and internal factors. But the focus of this research is internal factors, especially psychological factors, namely intrapersonal intelligence. This study aims to analyze how much influence intrapersonal intelligence has on students' mathematics learning achievement at SMP Negeri in Kotabaru Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with ex-post facto methods. The population in this study were all students of Class IX of State Junior High Schools in Kotabaru Regency. The sample in this study were 44 students of class IX of SMP Negeri accredited A and B. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was the intrapersonal intelligence scale. Based on the results of research conducted on grade IX students at 14 junior high schools in Kotabaru Regency who have been accredited A and accredited B, it shows that there is a relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and student achievement. Students who get good learning achievement will have high intrapsonal intelligence.

Abstract

The Google Classroom application is one of the alternative media that can be used in distance learning during the current Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the difficulties faced by mathematics education students at STKIP Paris Barantai in online Algebra courses. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were students programming algebra courses. The research subjects were selected based on the snowball sampling technique. added a questionnaire about student difficulties before the protocol analysis was carried out to make it easier to understand the context of the interview and then analyzed the results, it was obtained in general (1) related to the technical difficulties of internet networks and quota that many students complained about, (2) difficulties in using the Google Classroom Application in principle can be used, it just needs to add applications that make it easier to communicate virtually. (3) related to the unpreparedness of the lecturer. Material delivery was not diverse and only relied on PPT or PDF
