Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan masyarakat dalam mengeolah limbah organik. Diketahui bahwa Desa Randuwatang baru memiliki bank sampah TPS 3R, tetapi tim pengelolah dan masyarakat belum terampil mengelolah limbah menjadi produk yang lebih bermanfaat. Disisi lain budidaya tanaman karangkitri yang memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan di sekitar rumah sudah mulai ditinggalkan oleh masyarakat. Pembuatan pupuk organik dengan menggunakan metode ember tumpuk merupakan proses komposter yang sangat cocok diterapkan dalam mengelolah limbah organik skala rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini berupa edukasi pengelolahan limbah dan budidaya karangkitri, serta demonstrasi praktik pembuatan pupuk organik dengan metode ember tumpuk. Hasil pengabdian ini berupa keikutsertaan peserta mencapai 100%, keaktifan dan pemahaman peserta terhadap materi mencapai 88%, serta sebanyak 85% peserta terampil dalam membuat pupuk organik dengan metode ember tumpuk. Sebagai tindak lanjut kegiatan ini adalah adanya pendampingan dari tim pengabdi baik secara langsung maupun melalui mahasiswa KDLK untuk memonitor proses pengomposan.

Abstract

The lack of knowledge and digital skills of teachers in searching for references for teaching materials has resulted in the Merdeka Mengajar Application provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture not being used optimally. Teachers have difficulty learning and using the Merdeka Mengajar application due to the lack of socialization and tutorials. Apart from that, when conducting online learning, partners only use Zoom and WhatsApp media, they are not yet familiar with using the Learning Management System. Apart from teachers and students, the school does not yet have a profile website so digital culture has not been implemented properly. The solutions offered to solve this problem are digital literacy socialization, Merdeka Mengajar application training, and news writing workshops for website content. The aim is to increase teachers' knowledge and skills in using digital technology in learning and provide teachers with experience in managing digital content. The results of this service activity were an increase in the ICT infrastructure aspect by 100%, knowledge by 80% and digital skills by 80%.

Abstract

Tegallega Village is one of the villages in Ciampel Sub-district, Karawang Regency. Tegallega Village has several potentials and problems, especially in the economic sector. In the economic sector, Tegallega Village has the potential to develop MSMEs from KWT. The flagship products of Tegallega Village are gadung chips and banana chips. Unfortunately, these MSMEs in Tegallega Village still have several problems, such as not yet having a legal entity and still lacking product development and marketing strategies. Currently, product marketing is still limited to the surrounding area and still does not have optimal supply chain management to keep production running throughout the year. The method used in this activity consists of the preparation and implementation stages of socialisation. This activity provides understanding and knowledge for MSMEs about sustainable supply chain management and Tegallega Village MSME players can map their business supply chain management to determine operational strategies in reducing supply chain futility from upstream to downstream.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk membangun kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat dan membantu masyarakat menyelesaikan permasalahan nyata yang dihadapi. PKM ini berisikan penyelesaian permasalahan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Objek dalam pengabdian ini yaitu UKM Desa Tegallega Kecamatan Ciampel Kabupaten Karawang. Desa Tegallega berpotensi pengembangan UKM dengan produknya seperti keripik gadung dan keripik pisang. Permasalahan yang dimiliki yaitu pengelolaan atau manajemen usaha terutama kinerja kualitas. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan UKM Desa Tegallega membutuhkan pemahaman ilmu proses produksi dan manajemen usaha secara umum. Metode pelaksanaan program PKM ini yaitu berupa transfer keilmuan berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Program PKM yang mempunyai kaitan dengan penelitian dan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini diharapkan memberikan penambahan literasi dan dokumentasi manajemen usaha yang lebih baik untuk UKM Desa Tegallega. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah telah tersampaikannya literasi Tata Kelola Operasional UKM dan tersusunnya dokumen output berupa mapping alur proses dari UKM yang ada di Tegallega, sehingga dapat menjadi pedoman dalam setiap proses produksi dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja kualitas.

Abstract

Generation Z dominates the population in Indonesia at present. According to data, the investors currently dominating the capital market in Indonesia are the young generation. In fact, knowledge about finance and investment is still uneven among the young generation. This community service aims to investigate the level of financial knowledge and literacy of Generation Z in the context of investment and identify their interest in future investment activities. The research methodology involves the use of questionnaires distributed to a sample of Generation Z, with the collection of primary data as the basis for analysis. The results indicate that, overall, the financial knowledge of Generation Z regarding investment and financial literacy is still lacking, with the majority of respondents showing limited understanding. Nevertheless, the findings also reveal a sufficiently high interest from Generation Z to engage in investments in the future. These findings indicate the potential to enhance financial literacy among Generation Z while leveraging their interest in developing skills and financial understanding to achieve better investment goals in the future.

Abstract

Buol sejak menjadi kabupaten pada tahun 2000 memperlihatkan terjadinya perubahan-perubahan yang mendasar dalam transformasi sosial masyarakat, terutama dalam penggunaan irigasi, teknologi dan partisipasi media, dan partisipasi politik. Tujuan pengabdian untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan lokal siswa, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 sampai 4 Agustus 2023, kegiatan FGD bertempat di aula hotel Sri Utami Buol dan dimulai pukul 08.00 s.d selesai. Anggota tim terdiri dari Dr. Nuraedah, S.Pd., M.Pd sebagai ketua, Drs. Charles Kapile, M.Hum, Nurvita, S.Pd., M.Pd, Fajar Nugroho, S.Pd., M.Pd, dan Ketut Ardhana. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan FGD berlangsung dengan lancar, menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya perbaikan terhadap kedalaman materi tentang adat Monuni dan sejarah kerajaan tradisional Buol. Bentuk tindak lanjut lainnya dari kegiatan ini yakni Pemerintah Daerah melalui BRIN dan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Buol perlu membentuk TIM Pengkajian Sejarah Kerajaan Buol disertai dengan Penelitian langsung ke Perpustakaan KITLV di Netherland (Belanda), ANRI, Manado serta Ternate.

Abstract

The advancement of ICT is currently having a positive impact on education. This can be seen from the growing development of computer technology used by the educational unit level. Implementation of Daily Deuteronomy, Mid-Semester Examination, and Final Semester Examination at MI Raudlatul Ulum so far uses paper-based exams. The solution offered to overcome the problem is to provide assistance and training in Making Computer-Based Examination Questions with the TCExam Application. The method used in this service is the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). The activities carried out in this service consist of two steps, namely the preparation step and the implementation step. The final result of the community service activities in the form of assistance in the implementation of the End of Semester Examination at MI Raudlatul Ulum has so far used paper-based exams to turn into an online exam system based on the TCExam Application. This community service activity must be continued to the stage of continuous assistance to maintain the quality of HOTS questions made by partners and to analyze the level of difficulty of the items.

Abstract

The prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls is 48.9%, which means that 3-4 out of 10 adolescent girls in Indonesia suffer from anemia. The purpose of this nutrition education program is to educate adolescent girls about the importance of consuming foods rich in iron minerals as an effort to prevent anemia by using learning media in the form of animated videos and lecture methods. The implementation location is at the Minhajushshoobiriin Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur, East Jakarta. The target of this education is 20 respondents of female santri of the Minhajushshoobiriin Islamic Boarding School at the ulya level, aged between 15-18 years. The results of the statistical difference test showed that there was a significant difference with a p-value = 0.001 (<0.05) between the scores of the knowledge questionnaire before and after the program, indicating that there was a significant effect between the provision of nutrition education through the PASTI CERIA program conducted on the knowledge of adolescent girls about anemia.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), contribute to GDP by 61%, or worth IDR 9,580 trillion, in fact the contribution of MSMEs to labor absorption reaches 97% of the total workforce. Bibik Kuweh is one of MSMEs to develop in the packaged and ready-to-eat culinary business which has been managed in Bandar Lampung since 2017. Currently, partners' biggest challenges are packaging issues and digital marketing optimization. While the package is used just as it is, the marketing strategy depends on word-of-mouth. The team that made the proposal suggested using packaging and training in digital marketing to address this issue. As a consequence of completing this community service project, partners will be able to use digital marketing, which starts with social media content and ends with social media advertising, to market their company products. In regards to packaging concerns, partner products now feature visually appealing packaging together with labels that provide information about the product.

Abstract

Legal issues in business are a troubling issue for business people. This is due to several reasons, including ignorance regarding legal entity forms, lack of knowledge in the field of contract law, problems in the field of business digitalization, lack of knowledge regarding consumer protection, lack of knowledge regarding resolving business disputes through negotiation and mediation. This activity has never been held in pekanbaru kota district. The aim of this activity is so small business owner can learn about business law and alternative dispute resolution that can be applied in running a business. The method of this activity consists of the material creation phase, direct lectures and presentation, counseling with legal experts, and evaluation. The results of this activity are in the form of increased insight and knowledge of small business owners regarding legal issues. Another benefit of this activity is that small business owners also get relationships and access to consultations with legal experts.
