Abstract

Keuangan merupakan salah satu bidang yang memiliki peran sangat penting dalam industri kreatif. Salah satu alasan mengapa manajemen keuangan penting dalam industri kreatif adalah karena sifat yang seringkali tidak terprediksi dari proyek kreatif. Salah satu UMKM di Jawa Timur yang masih exsist adalah wisata Destinasi Dalan Tegalan (DDT). Wisata DDT berada di Dusun Pasinan Desa Karangbendo Kecamatan Lumajang. Wisata ini menggerakkan sebagian besar UMKM sektor kuliner yang berada disekitar wilayah DDT untuk menjawab dilema pasca pandemi Covid 19. Permasalahan DDT saat ini adalah manajemen keuangan yang kurang optimal. Tahapan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi 3 tahapan besar yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pelatihan terkait manajemen keuangan UMKM dilakukan di Pendopo Kantor Desa yang diikuti sebanyak 25 orang yaitu POKDARWIS DDT dan pedagang di DDT. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan memunculkan interaksi yang baik dari peserta pelathian. Pelatihan berhasil dilakukan dengan baik, hal ini ditunjukkan dari peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dimana hasil pretest dan postetst mengalami kenaikan. Peserta pelatihan juga antusias selama proses pelatihan, ditunjukkan dari saat sesi tanya banyak peserta yang mengajukan pertanyaan dan mulai tertarik untuk menyusun laporan keuangan untuk bisnis peserta.

Abstract

Hypertension in pregnancy is still one of the causes of increased morbidity and mortality rates in pregnant women. Meanwhile, there are still many pregnant women who do not fully understand hypertension in pregnancy. RSUD dr. Soeratno Gemolong is one of the Sragen regional government hospitals which has almost the same problem. The solution that can be taken is by carrying out promotive and preventive actions for pregnant women. One way is by conducting health education, which aims to increase pregnant women's knowledge about hypertension during pregnancy. The method used is through health education. There were 24 participants involved in the pre-test, and 27 people in the post-test. As a result of this community service, it was found that there was an increase in knowledge about hypertension in pregnant women from 70.83% to 85.16% after health education was carried out. Thus, it can be concluded that health education has an important role to increase pregnant women's knowledge about hypertension in pregnancy.

Abstract

Minimnya pengetahuan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) terhadap bagaimana cara pemasaran produk mereka pada era digital berpotensi menghambat produk mereka untuk dikenal lebih luas baik secara lokal maupun internasional. Dengan memberikan mereka informasi dan pendampingan tentang bagaimana cara memasarakan produk yang efektif dan efisien. Dari fakta yang muncul dilapangan, dapat di simpulkan bahwa banyak UMKM yang merasa kesulitan untuk memasarkan produk mereka dipasaran. Dari permasalahan ini, mendorong tim pengabdian masyarkat untuk menyampaikan sosialisasi tentang bagaimana cara mengembangkan produk mereka supaya dikenal secara luas. Metode yang diberikan adalah berupa pemberian informasi (Coaching) dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab dan kemudian memberikan pendampingan untuk pembuatan perijinan. Partisipan dari sosialisai ini berjumlah 25 UMKM khusus produk tradisional warisan budaya Indonesia. Dari kegiatan pengabdian tersebut menimbulkan dampak positif bagi bertambahnya pengetahuan serta motivasi agar pelaku UMKM bersemangat dalam menjalankan usahanya. Disamping itu, produk tradisional Indonesia akan lebih dikenal di kalangan internasional.

Abstract

Sustainable agriculture always utilises natural materials and avoids the use of synthetic materials in an effort to increase agricultural production, without damaging the environment. Understanding the meaning of sustainable agriculture to farmers is still not much done. Farmers of Cinanjung village, Tanjungsari sub-district, Sumedang Regency, are conventional horticultural farmers who mostly do not understand the concept of sustainable agriculture so that there are still many farmers who use synthetic fertilisers and synthetic pesticides in an effort to increase their production, without realising that it can harm the environment. The SITH ITB Community Service Team tried to provide an understanding of the importance of sustainable agriculture and training in the identification of plant pest organisms (OPT) and the production of biopesticides from surrounding plants, so that they could support the programme. The results of the Community Service Activities show that the existence of this community service programme is able to increase knowledge and understanding of sustainable agriculture and the skills of identification of plant pest organisms and biopesticide production skills from microbial resources and surrounding plants

Abstract

Recording financial statements is a crucial aspect of managing finances for any business to maintain overall financial health. However, business owners face numerous challenges in financial management, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs are essential pillars of the Indonesian economy. Nevertheless, many MSMEs still encounter difficulties in financial management, especially in preparing financial statements. This can hinder their growth and competitiveness. Community service activities in assisting financial statement recording are expected to aid Food and Beverage MSMEs in Surabaya to improve its financial management practices. The community service method employed is participatory and educational. The results of this activity have proven to have a positive impact on Food and Beverage MSME. With effective mentoring on financial statements, MSMEs can enhance their self-reliance and competitiveness, thus making a greater contribution to the national economy. Furthermore, MSMEs can strengthen their position in the market and optimize their business growth potential.

Abstract

Intake of foods rich in nutritional content, such as buni fruit, can be a solution to overcome vitamin C deficiency. However, the use of buni fruit is still limited due to the lack of public knowledge in processing buni fruit. Therefore, training is needed to process buni fruit into products with added value, such as wet noodles and gummy candy. This training aimed to provide insight into public knowledge regarding the benefits and processing of buni fruit into wet noodle products and gummy candy. The method for implementing this activity was training (delivery of material and demonstration). As many as 100% of participants strongly agreed that this training was beneficial and provided insight into the nutritional benefits and processing of buni fruit. Participants succeeded in making wet noodles and gummy candy independently. Continuous assistance is needed for participants who want to become entrepreneurs with processed wet noodle products and gummy candy based on buni fruit.

Abstract

RT area. 36 is located in North Balikpapan with some of its residents working as vegetable farmers on plantations. One of the problems faced in RT. 36 is a hard and dry soil condition. This has an impact on hampering planting in the form of decreased crop yields and even crop failure. The water level in the soil during the dry season tends to be so low that plants cannot survive. This problem gave rise to a solution in the form of designing an automatic watering machine to improve the quality and water content of the soil for planting as well as innovating automated technology to control agricultural land conditions using a timer. Previous soil conditions experienced drought and poor soil with a water content of 10%-20%, 50% microorganisms which could hinder agriculture by increasing the risk of crop failure. After using an automatic watering device, it can increase soil water content by 30%-50%, microorganisms by 20%-30%, so that it can increase crop yields by 20% in various seasons and improve the quality of the harvest.

Abstract

Bacterial infection is a problem often faced by farmers in Noekele. Treatment of fish infected with bacteria so far has mostly used antibiotics, which can lead to resistance in fish. An alternative is to use natural ingredients, one of which is Euphorbia hirta or patikan kerbau. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training related to the use of E. hirta as a fish treatment for farmers in Noekele. The purpose of the training is to improve the skills of Noekele farmers regarding the use of E. hirta for the treatment of fish infected with bacteria through the training provided, so that it will have an impact on the process of fish farming. The methods used in this training activity were lectures, demonstrations, and discussions. The implementation of the activity went smoothly from start to finish. This training provides additional knowledge and skills related to how to make E. hirta boiled extract and its simple application, very efficient to be done by farmers.

Abstract

This pempek-making training was organised as an effort to improve skills and encourage community-based economic growth in Palembang City. The problems faced are the limited knowledge and skills of the community in producing quality pempek and the lack of opportunities to develop micro businesses in the culinary field. The purpose of this training is to provide training and support to women in Palembang City who are interested in starting various pempek making business, so as to open new business opportunities, create jobs, and increase income and economic welfare. The training involved collaboration with the Palembang City Trade Office. The results of the training showed that participants were satisfied with the training materials, instructors, facilities, training process and training outcomes. However, there was dissatisfaction with the economic impact that has not been felt by the participants. This training requires further evaluation and improvement strategies to have a more significant impact

Abstract

Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is the primary healthcare facility in a city. In its daily operations, Puskesmas must frequently interact with the community, healthcare facilities, and local health departments. Currently, at Puskesmas Tamangapa, there is no information system application that effectively mediates communication among them. Therefore, as community-engaged educators, we endeavored to develop a web-based application to address this issue. The method employed in this community engagement project involves creating an application using PHP and Bootstrap programming and promoting the application's usage at Puskesmas Tamangapa. The outcome is an application named 'Laporkes,' accessible at www.laporkes.com. Our conclusion is that this application is quite effective and well-received by all participants in the awareness campaign, with an anticipated launch in the near future.
