The Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format (GRMILF) is the first innovative journal in the world that collects and resumes prior research / recent studies. The Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format (GRMILF) aims to make it easier for global readers to get and read resumes from various summaries of research results concisely and clearly. Therefore, the Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format is expected to make it easier for scholars to find research gaps and target the SOTA (State-of-the-art) and novelty in their development. The scope of the article in the Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format (GRMILF) is multidisciplinary and (or) interdisciplinary expertise. The Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format (GRMILF) accepts various approaches in literature reviews (e.g., mapping literature, bibliometric, systematic literature review, etc.).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and the owner's personal branding on customers' decision to use training services, through customer trust, at PT Kemilau Cahaya Inspirasi, Sidoarjo. The study used primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to training participants who had attended training more than once during the period from January 2023 to September 2025, with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique was non-probability purposive sampling. The data were analyzed quantitatively using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that service quality and the owner's personal branding have a positive and significant effect on customer trust; however, they do not directly affect the decision to use training services. Customer trust significantly affects the decision to use training services and serves as a mediating variable. The main finding of this study shows that customer trust is a key factor that bridges the influence of service quality and personal branding on customers' decisions to use training services. Accordingly, trust plays a strategic role in strengthening the decision to use training services.

Abstract

The transformation of tourism patterns in the post-pandemic era, following the global COVID-19 crisis, has encouraged the emergence of innovative sectors that integrate lifestyle, entrepreneurship, and tourism development. One emerging concept is sportpreneurship, which combines sports activities with entrepreneurial initiatives and tourism-based economic opportunities. This study aims to analyze the role of sportpreneurship in supporting sports tourism development, stimulating local investment, and contributing to regional economic growth in the new world era. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the relationship between sportpreneurship, sports tourism development, and tourism-related investment. Data were collected through literature review, observation of sports tourism activities, and examination of investment developments in sports-based enterprises. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and interpretative methods to understand the dynamics between sports entrepreneurship and tourism development. The findings indicate that sportpreneurship has become an important driver of tourism development by transforming sports activities into attractive tourism experiences. Sports events, recreational sports activities, and the development of sports facilities attract both domestic and international tourists while generating economic benefits for local communities. Furthermore, integrating sports and tourism creates new investment opportunities, particularly in sports infrastructure, tourism services, and recreational facilities. Overall, sportpreneurship contributes to tourism diversification, enhances destination attractiveness, and strengthens regional competitiveness. The study highlights that sportpreneurship can function as a catalyst for tourism investment and sustainable regional economic development. These findings provide insights for policymakers and tourism stakeholders on integrating sports-based entrepreneurship into tourism development strategies to support long-term economic growth and sustainable tourism.

Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology has driven significant transformations in digital payment systems, particularly through e-wallets. Generation Z, as digital natives and active e-wallet users, faces challenges related to digital financial literacy that could potentially impact their satisfaction levels. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing e-wallet user satisfaction among Generation Z, with a focus on the role of digital financial literacy, ease of use, and trust as key determinants, thus providing guidance for digital financial service providers in designing strategies to improve user satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through a questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. The population of this study is Generation Z in Jepara Regency who use e-wallets. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The criteria used by researchers to select the sample in this study are Generation Z born between 1997 and 2012, domiciled in Jepara, and have experience in using e-wallets (e.g., Dana, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS through outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that digital financial literacy, ease of use, and trust have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction. Thus, a good understanding of digital financial products, ease of use, and trust are key factors in determining user satisfaction. Operating an e-wallet and trusting the security of the service are the main keys to increasing Generation Z user satisfaction with e-wallets amidst increasingly fierce competition in the digital economic ecosystem.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of digital marketing on marketing performance and examines the mediating role of big data analytics in Indonesian logistics firms. The study is grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Technology Organization Environment (TOE) frameworks, which emphasize the strategic importance of digital capabilities in enhancing organizational competitiveness. A quantitative explanatory approach with a cross-sectional design was employed. Data were collected from 350 respondents working in logistics companies in Indonesia using purposive sampling combined with company-size stratification. The questionnaire instruments were developed based on previous studies and validated through expert review and pilot testing. Reliability and validity assessments indicated satisfactory results, with Cronbach’s alpha and Composite Reliability values exceeding 0.70 and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values above 0.50 for all constructs. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings revealed that digital marketing positively and significantly affects marketing performance (β = 0.32, p < 0.001) and big data analytics (β = 0.76, p < 0.001). Furthermore, big data analytics significantly influences marketing performance (β = 0.41, p < 0.001) and partially mediates the relationship between digital marketing and marketing performance (β = 0.31, p < 0.001). The model demonstrated substantial explanatory power with an R² value of 0.64 for marketing performance. These findings indicate that integrating digital marketing with big data analytics capability can enhance marketing effectiveness and strengthen competitive advantage in the logistics industry.

Abstract

The effect of bad loans on working capital at the Rahmat Sejahtera Palopo savings and loan cooperative. The purpose is to find out and analyze the influence of bad loans on working capital in the Rahmat Sejahtera Palopo savings and loan cooperative. This study uses  a proportional random sampling method, the data used in this study is primary data in the form of secondary data.  The results of this study show that bad loans do not have a significant effect on working capital in the Rahmat Sejahtera Palopo savings and loan cooperative, this is evidenced by the results of data analysis explaining that  the bad loan variable (X) has no effect on the working capital in the Rahmat Sejahtera Palopo savings and loan cooperative, the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 54.5%, this shows that the relationship between the free variable, namely bad loans and working capital in the Rahmat Sejahtera Palopo savings and loan cooperative,  has a weak relationship because it is close to 0 (zero) but still has a positive correlation, meaning that if the company tightens its collection of receivables to customers, it will increase working capital, the result of the determination coefficient value (R2) of 29.7% showed that the influence or contribution of the non-bad loan variable (x) on working capital (Y) in the Rahmat Sejahtera Palopo savings and loan cooperative was 29.7% and the remaining 70.3% was influenced by other factors or variables that were not studied in this study, The results of the t-test were conducted to see and partially measure the influence of the free variable (X) on the bound variable (Y).
