The Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format (GRMILF) is the first innovative journal in the world that collects and resumes prior research / recent studies. The Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format (GRMILF) aims to make it easier for global readers to get and read resumes from various summaries of research results concisely and clearly. Therefore, the Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format is expected to make it easier for scholars to find research gaps and target the SOTA (State-of-the-art) and novelty in their development. The scope of the article in the Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format (GRMILF) is multidisciplinary and (or) interdisciplinary expertise. The Golden Ratio of Mapping Idea and Literature Format (GRMILF) accepts various approaches in literature reviews (e.g., mapping literature, bibliometric, systematic literature review, etc.).

Abstract

This study aims to gain a profound understanding of the motivations and experiences of depositors at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Diponegoro Sub-Branch Office (KCP), Semarang. The research is driven by fluctuations in customer deposits that quantitative data alone cannot fully explain, necessitating a qualitative approach to explore the subjective meanings and considerations behind saving activities. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study focuses on individual analysis. Data were collected via in-depth interviews with four purposively selected participants. While this sample size is small relative to the total population of KCP Diponegoro customers, it provides deep, contextual insights into the lived experiences of diverse customer segments that a broad statistical survey might overlook. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal a dualistic saving motivation: intrinsic factors (self-control, emergency funds, future orientation) and extrinsic factors (family influence, administrative requirements). BRI's primary appeal lies in accessibility, specifically ATM reach and the BRImo digital platform. Experience-wise, digital services offer efficiency, though face-to-face interactions are hampered by long queues and security concerns. Furthermore, customers expect products more adaptive to economic shifts. These findings provide practical implications for BRI KCP Diponegoro to improve offline service efficiency and strengthen system security. Theoretically, this research enriches the study of saving behavior within financial management through a more contextual, qualitative lens.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of income and trust in zakat collection institutions on ZIS payment interest among Muslim communities in Palopo City, Indonesia. Zakat, infaq, and sedekah (ZIS) play a crucial role in promoting social welfare and economic redistribution, yet public participation in formal ZIS payments remains below its potential. Understanding behavioural factors influencing payment interest is therefore essential to improving institutional effectiveness. This research employs a quantitative approach using survey data collected from Muslim residents in Palopo City. Data were analysed using statistical techniques to examine the relationships between income, trust, and interest in paying ZIS through formal institutions. The findings indicate that trust in zakat management institutions plays a significant role in shaping individuals’ interest in paying ZIS, reflecting the importance of transparency, accountability, and institutional credibility. Income represents financial capacity and also contributes to payment interest, although its influence may vary depending on individual awareness and motivation. These results highlight that both economic and psychological factors are important in explaining ZIS payment behaviour. This study provides practical implications for zakat institutions to strengthen public trust through improved governance, service quality, and transparency. Enhancing these institutional aspects is expected to increase community participation and optimise ZIS collection for social welfare improvement.

Abstract

Regional autonomy requires local governments to possess adequate financial capacity to support sustainable development. Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) serves as a key indicator in assessing financial performance and the level of fiscal independence. This study aims to analyze the performance of PAD in Kabupaten Morowali during the 2020–2024 period and examine its impact on regional development, particularly in infrastructure, public services, and community welfare. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and analysis of the Regional Budget Realization Reports (LRA). The findings indicate that PAD performance shows an increasing trend, especially in 2023 and 2024, reflected in high effectiveness and growth ratios. However, the level of fiscal independence remains fluctuating and, in certain years, demonstrates dependence on intergovernmental transfer funds. The improvement in PAD has contributed positively to regional development, particularly in financing infrastructure and enhancing the quality of public services, although the impact has not been evenly distributed. Supporting factors for PAD optimization include strong regional economic potential, industrial sector growth, and local government commitment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited human resources, low taxpayer compliance, and reliance on transfer revenues. In conclusion, PAD plays a strategic role in supporting regional development; however, improvements in management quality and revenue collection efficiency are necessary to strengthen fiscal independence.

Abstract

This study analyzes Indonesia’s international trade policy through the implementation of the Domestic Component Level (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri/TKDN) requirement in the import licensing of the iPhone 16. The TKDN policy represents a form of protectionism aimed at strengthening domestic industries, reducing dependence on imported products, and encouraging foreign investment to contribute to local value creation. However, the enforcement of this policy has generated significant challenges, particularly for multinational corporations such as Apple, as reflected in the delay of iPhone 16 distribution in Indonesia in October 2024 due to non-compliance with TKDN standards. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data, including government regulations, policy documents, official reports, and relevant literature, supported by institutional perspectives from the Ministry of Industry and regional trade authorities. The analysis focuses on regulatory frameworks, implementation mechanisms, and the economic implications of TKDN enforcement in the smartphone sector. The findings indicate that while the TKDN policy has contributed to promoting local production, technology transfer, and workforce involvement, it also poses administrative, regulatory, and market challenges that may affect investment attractiveness and supply chain efficiency. The study highlights the need for regulatory refinement, improved certification processes, and enhanced policy coordination to ensure that TKDN effectively balances domestic industrial protection with openness to international trade and innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of social media usage and product quality on the marketing performance of culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as food businesses in Pangururan. Using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis on 60 sampled food businesses, the study found that both social media usage and product quality, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant positive impact on marketing performance. The regression model achieved an R2 value of 0.621, indicating these variables explain 62.1% of performance variance. Theoretically, these results highlight the critical synergy between digital interaction and physical product standards in resource constrained environments. Practically, the findings imply that culinary MSMEs must prioritize high quality visual content alongside strict hygiene and taste consistency to sustain competitiveness and drive repeat purchases in tourism hubs.
