Abstract

This article discusses assessment and psychological evaluation in Islamic education as a holistic process oriented toward the comprehensive development of students’ personalities. Islamic education emphasizes not only the mastery of knowledge but also the development of affective, spiritual, and character dimensions. Therefore, evaluation systems need to integrate Islamic values such as justice, honesty, balance, and moral responsibility with modern educational psychology approaches. The discussion covers principles of evaluation in Islam; cognitive, affective, and spiritual assessment; the implementation of authentic assessment; the use of observational instruments to monitor character development; as well as the importance of validity and reliability in the construction of assessment tools. Authentic assessment is employed to evaluate students’ abilities through real-life practices that reflect the internalization of Islamic values in daily life. The validity and reliability of evaluation instruments are essential to ensure that assessment results are objective and can be scientifically and morally justified. This study is based on issues related to assessment and psychological evaluation in Islamic education, with a focus on five key considerations: principles of evaluation in Islam; cognitive, affective, and spiritual assessment; authentic assessment; observational instruments for character development; and validity and reliability within the Islamic framework. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative method in the form of a literature study, aiming to present findings derived from a review of selected

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of using the Kahoot application as an interactive learning medium in improving the digital literacy skills of elementary school students, particularly in the dimensions of critical thinking, digital collaboration, and digital ethics. The main problem behind this study is the passive participation of students and the lack of variety of digital learning media at SDN 76, Bengkulu City. The method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design involving 39 third-grade students who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, while data collection used test instruments (pre-test and post-test), observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of Kahoot significantly improved students' digital literacy, where the average score increased drastically from 30% in the initial stage to 75% after the intervention. Statistical analysis through a t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), which proved a very significant difference in ability due to the use of interactive media. The research instrument was also proven to be very reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.974. In conclusion, Kahoot is effective not only in increasing active engagement and motivation to learn through gamification elements, but also as a powerful tool for developing basic operational skills, information navigation, and digital ethics awareness in elementary school students.

Abstract

The social work profession in Indonesia is often viewed as a job that can be done by anyone, without understanding that this job contains high psychological pressure and can lead to work stress. This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and social support on the level of work stress in social workers in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 social workers who have at least one year of work experience. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instruments used include the Work Stress Scale by Parker and DeCotiis (1983) to measure work stress, a religiosity scale adapted from Amir (2021), and a social support scale developed by Laksmita et al. (2020). All instruments use a 5-point Likert scale and have been proven to have high reliability (α > 0.85). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the effect of religiosity and social support on work stress. The results of the analysis showed that religiosity had a significant effect on work stress (p = 0.044), and social support also had a significant effect on work stress (p = 0.000). These findings underscore the importance of internal and external factors in reducing work stress in social workers.
