Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between students' learning motivation and their academic achievement at SMAN 2 Banjit. A quantitative methodology was adopted, specifically a correlational design. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling involving 60 students in grade XI. Data collection tools included a learning motivation measurement questionnaire and documentation of semester reports for the second semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The findings revealed a strong positive correlation between learning motivation and academic achievement (r = 0.628, p <0.01). This indicates that as students' learning motivation increases, their academic success also increases.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21 (4C: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication) mahasiswa melalui pendekatan Project-Based Edupreneurship berbasis Matematika. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan mahasiswa secara aktif dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi proyek. Mitra kegiatan adalah pelaku UMKM di Kota Metro. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan 4C mahasiswa, terciptanya produk-produk kewirausahaan berbasis matematika, serta terbangunnya kolaborasi antara kampus dan masyarakat. Program ini juga menghasilkan modul pelatihan, jurnal reflektif, dan draft artikel ilmiah. Model pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat diadopsi secara luas dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to look at the emotional development of teenagers and the impact of Islamic religious education because many teenagers today cannot control their emotions when they speak and behave. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is a type of literature study. Sources of information about data collection techniques can be found in relevant literature, such as journals, books, documents and online literature. The results of this research show that emotional development during late adolescence is a process of emotional maturity, which causes teenagers to behave more realistically and not be reckless when making decisions. The emotional patterns of late adolescents are not much different from the emotional patterns of children; however, what differentiates them is the stimulus that causes their emotions to increase. Islamic education has a significant impact on the emotional development of young adolescents. Keywords: Emotional Development, Development of Late Adolescents, Emotional Development
