Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine public awareness of the conservation and rehabilitation of birds on bird traders in Pasundan Market, Sukabumi. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and field notes. The results found in this study is the level of public awareness of bird conservation and rehabilitation on the bird traders is very important to maintain the sustainability of birds that exist in their natural habitat. But in reality there are still many bird traders who sell protected birds obtained from consumers who entrust directly to the traders for resale. The occurrence of such phenomena is due to less supervision by the government. The lack of public awareness of bird conservation and rehabilitation is largely due to the lack of awareness of traders on the understanding of conservation and rehabilitation rules, and the lack of supervision to traders by the government. In addition, the role of the general public to assist oversight also needs to be improved to assist government oversight.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran masyarakat terhadap konservasi dan rehabilitasi burung pada pedagang burung di Pasar Pasundan, Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kesadaran masyarakat terhadap konservasi dan rehabilitasi burung pada para pedagang burung sangat penting untuk menjaga kelestarian burung yang ada di habitat aslinya. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak pedagang burung yang menjual burung yang dilindungi yang didapatkan dari para konsumen yang menitipkan langsung kepada para pedagang untuk dijual kembali. Terjadinya fenomena tersebut disebabkan karena pengawasan yang kurang oleh pemerintah. Kurangnya tingkat kesadaran masyarakat terhadap konservasi dan rehabilitasi burung sangat disebabkan karena kurangnya kesadaran para pedagang terhadap pemahaman peraturan konservasi dan rehabilitasi, serta kurangnya pengawasan kepada para pedagang yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Selain itu, peran masyarakat umum untuk membantu pengawasan juga perlu ditingkatkan untuk membantu pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah.  Pengutipan: Arsyad, Ardi Muhamad. (2017). Abstract

Pancasila as an integral (comprehensively) is a solid supporting to the state established in Indonesia. Pancasila is maintained and developed with the aim to protect and develop the dignity and rights of all citizens of the nation to democracy in Indonesia. Posts in this article aims to explain how the urgency of re-actualization of Pancasila. As a method of this paper is literature study. The writer was conducting Pancasila in the context of political education in Indonesia emphasis on understanding the unity and integrity of the nation and the values listed in UUD 1945 with its main foundation of Pancasila. Abstract

AbstractAdvances in technology and information are very influential on the sharing of sectors of life that causes a wider spread of globalization, causing various positive and negative impacts. Given this condition, students must have the ability to be more careful in sorting out, searching for data collection information from the internet which is commonly called digital literacy. The ability of digital literacy is closely related to social studies learning regarding social issues in the form of events in the community. The research objective analyzes the application of digital literacy in social studies learning. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects in this study were teachers and students of Al-Azhar 46 Islamic Middle School Pati 2019/2020. Data collection techniques using interviews and supported by the results of previous research Data analysis methods in this study are interactive analysis. The results of research in the form of the implications of the application of digital literacy in the learning process of social studies through Google Classroom, Kahoot, and Quizzleet under the supervision of teachers and parents.Keywords: Aplication, Digital Literacy, Sosial Studies Learning.

Abstract

This article aims to examine on a wealth of local wisdom in Indonesia that plays a role in shaping the character education. Local wisdom will only be lasting if local knowledge implemented in concrete everyday life so that they can respond and answer the current times have changed. Local wisdom should also be implemented in state policy, for example by applying economic policy based on mutual cooperation and kinship as one manifestation of our local wisdom. To achieve that, state ideology (Pancasila) should be implemented in a variety of state policy. Thus, local knowledge will effectively function as a weapon-not just heritage-that equip people to respond and answer the current era. Preserving various elements of local wisdom, traditions and local institutions, including the norms and customs that are beneficial, can function effectively in character education, while doing study and enrichment with new wisdoms.

Abstract

The occurrence of floods in the Hiilir Ciliwung watershed that hit the area of DKI and surrounding areas was triggered by the higher rate of erosion that occurred in one of the Upper Sub Hulu Ciliwung, namely Sub Ciliwung Hulu. Flood control can be done by using the approach of erosion scale, in Ciliwung Hulu Basin. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique that is observation and sampling of soil based on the researcher's consideration of soil condition (K), length and slope (LS) and land use and conservation technique (CP) Then the data is processed using the Soil Loss Equation (USLE) equation The rate of erosion and grade is found in the following plots: one plot of 520.10 ton / ha / yr (very high), plot two 1005.84 ton / ha / yr (very high ), plot three 7.18 ton / ha / yr (very low), plot four 11.39 ton / ha / yr (very low), and plot five 198,13 ton / ha / yr (high) For Erosion Hazard Index (IBE ) are in plot one 21.67 (very high), plot two 45.75 (very high), plot three 0.29 (low), plot four 0.49 (low), and plot five 7.74 (high)

Abstract

Abstract This researchobjectiveis to identify social study based on geoliteracy that have been applied to build student’s eco-friendly characterat junior high school in Bandung. The method that used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach. The results showed that the factual condition of social studies learning at junior high school in Bandunghas not been developed to cultivate eco-friendly character. The objective condition of social studies learning is related to buildingstudent’s eco-friendly character, the teacher understands substantially that the social studies material is related to building student’s eco-friendly character. But in reality, the teacher has never done a special development of social studies learning based on geoliteracy to build eco-friendly character, for reasons not yet know how or technical to develop thelearning model. Thissituation, shows the learning process of social studies that have been done by teachers have not been able to build student’s eco-friendly character.   Abstraks Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pembelajaran IPS berbasis literasi geografi yang diterapkan selama ini untuk menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan peserta didik di tingkat SMPN di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi faktual pembelajaran IPS di SMPN Kota Bandung belum dikembangkan untuk menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan. Kondisi objektif pembelajaran IPS berkaitan dengan menumbuhkan peduli lingkungan peserta didik di SMPN Kota Bandung yaitu guru memahami secara substansi bahwa materi IPS berkaitan dengan menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan. Namun secara kenyataannya, guru belum pernah melakukan pengembangan khusus pembelajaran IPS yang berbasis literasi geografi untuk menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan, dengan alasan belum mengetahui cara atau teknis untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran tersebut. Keadaan ini, memperlihatkan proses pembelajaran IPS yang selama ini dilakukan oleh guru belum dapat menumbuhkan karakter peduli lingkungan peserta didik.  Pengutipan: Nisa, Jakiatin, dkk. (2017). Abstract

Kearifan lokal smong merupakan tradisi lisan masyarakat Kabupaten Simeulue yang digunakan dalam mengantisipasi apabila terjadi bencana tsunami (smong). Kearifan lokal smong perlu dijaga dan disosialisasikan kepada generasi muda salah satu caranya melaluilembaga pendidikan. Pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue mengadakan sebuah upaya kebijakan dalam mengimplementasi materi kearifan lokal smong pada jenjang SMP-SMA untuk menerapkan dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya kearifan lokal smong dalam pembelajaran. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kearifan lokal smong dalam pembelajaran jenjang SMP-SMA di Kabupaten Simeulue. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 sekolah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan penanggung jawab program di dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Simeulue. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan tahapan analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kearifan lokal smong dalam pembelajaran yang diterapkan di sekolah jenjang SMP-SMA di Kabupaten Simeulue belum terlaksana dengan baik karena bersifat pengintegrasian materi juga tidak terdapat kegiatan yang tidak dilakukan dalam budaya sekolah terkait kearifan lokal smong dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

                                                     AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of family on student achievement in social studies subjects. The study was conducted using qualitative methods through interview techniques as data collection instruments. The study was conducted at State Junior High School 1 Mejobo, Kudus Regency. This case study research was conducted at State Junior High School 1 Mejobo Kudus with a research method using qualitative research methods. The research method used is the naturalistic method, which is research that originates from the aspect of phenomenology and seeks to understand the meaning of events or problems and their relationship to the object of research. Data collection techniques aside from using observation were also carried out through deep interviews. The results showed that the family is the main place for the formation of student character. The process of forming good character requires good communication between children and other family members. The attitude of parents in caring for and educating children greatly influences the increase in children's intelligence and creativity. Children's intelligence and creativity affect student achievement in social studies subjects.Keywords: Social Studies Subjects, Achievement, Family                                                    AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran keluarga terhadap prestasi siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Mejobo, Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian studi kasus ini dilakukan di SMPN 1 Mejobo Kudus dengan metode penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode naturalistik, yaitu penelitian yang bersumber pada aspek fenomenologi dan berusaha memahami arti peristiwa atau permasalahan dan hubungannya terhadap obyek penelitian.  Teknik pengumpulan data di samping dengan menggunakan  observasi juga dilakukan melalui deep interview. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga merupakan tempat utama untuk pembentukan karakter siswa. Proses pembentukan karakter yang baik memerlukan komunikasi yang baik antara anak dengan anggota keluarga lainnya. Sikap orangtua dalam mengasuh dan mendidik anak sangat memengaruhi peningkatan kecerdasan dan kreativitas anak. Kecerdasan dan kreativitas anak berperan terhadap prestasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.Kata Kunci: Mata pelajaran IPS, Prestasi, Keluarga.

Abstract

This article aims differ to solve student problems in tax material economic subjects using the problem posing method. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Ciwidey, Bandung Regency. The subjects of this study were students of class XI majoring in Social Science. The method to be used is quasi-experimental to find out the treatment effect. The results of the data show the influence of the ability to solve issues by using problem solving methods on tax material. Based on these results, it is recommended that using the method of problem posing to improve students' problem solving abilities.Keywords: problem posing, problem solving ability, economic subjects.

Abstract

This article was written to provide an overview of the opportunities of education and inter-ethnic relations in the perspective of critical education. The author conducted in-depth study of literature, especia lly in relation to critical education perspective on inter-ethnic relations and educational opportunities. Thoughts on the critical education of modernism to the postmodernism marks optimism into the role of education as cultural tr ansformation and production area, not as reproduction of culture. Meanwhile, inter-ethnic relations deepens national integration, among other things: (1) promote community life in harmony, (2) realizing cultural relatio nship model, (3) appreciating the differences, (4) repairing the emergence of social prejudices, (5) valuing diversity and foster democracy. In this context, the school holds a very important role as a venue for the empowerment and liberation of individuals and groups in a just society by promoting individual and collective autonomy in participatory democratic system that respects the diversity and plurality of social and cultural groups. Democracy as a celebration of difference and diversity, not to serve the agenda of the elite minority and the majority of the ruling ideology.
