Abstract

Kreo Cave is one of Macaca fascicularis habitats in Central Java Province. Kreo Cave has been used as a natural tourist spot in the city of Semarang since 2014. One of the attractions for visitors is the presence of monkeys in the area, especially around the cave. Macaca fascicularis is a type of non-human primate whose distribution is very wide. Macaca fascicularis have an important role for an area, one of which is as a eater of fruits and seeds found in the area, thus helping in the distribution of seeds in order to maintain the balance of nature. The purpose of this research is to describe the types of food eaten and can be used as medicine for Macaca fascicularis. The results showed that Macaca fascicularis in the Kreo Cave Tourism Area ate several plants in the area such as Tamarindus indica, Musa paradisiaca, Psidium guajava, Mangifera indica, Nephelium lappaceum, Leucaena leucocephala, and Morinda citrifolia. When visitors brought bananas, several monkeys came closer and then the visitors threw them at the monkeys. The faster monkey will get the bananas. After the banana is in his hand, Macaca fascicularis takes him to a quiet place or away from their friends.

Abstract

The ease of the android operating system based on open source, android becomes easy and free to develop. One of them is the use of applications on android-based smartphones related to the fulfillment of obligations on special assets, namely the calculation of zakat. Android-based zakat calculation application is an application that is applied to android smartphones which can help Muslims in calculating zakat that must be issued according to the rules of Allah and His Rosul which can be used anytime, anywhere, and by anyone, besides that this application is also equipped with a zakat alarm feature that can be a reference reminder time in paying zakat on time. The system development method used in making this application is the prototype method. This zakat calculation application is made using java as a programming language with Android Studio as an Integrated Development Environment (IDE). This application uses the calculation formula for property zakat and professional zakat which is applied to the program coding that will calculate the amount of property zakat and professional zakat that must be paid by Muslims. This zakat calculation application can help Muslims in calculating property zakat and professional zakat that must be issued and with the zakat alarm feature can be used as a reminder time reference in paying zakat on time.

Abstract

Regarding the zakat calculator application using a programming language that can be used for smartphones/mobile phones with a simple program appearance according to the type of zakat you want to calculate so that it can be used by students. This application makes it easier for people, especially students, to carry out zakat calculation activities according to their types. From the system that has been implemented, the results of calculating zakat according to its type will be easier because the system used is a practical system in the form of a smartphone/cell phone application that can be easily accessed and the results can be accepted by the community, especially students. The zakat calculator application is an application that is applied to an Android smartphone which can help Muslims in calculating zakat that must be issued according to the regulations of Allah and His Messenger which can be used anytime, anywhere, and by anyone, besides that this application is also equipped with a menu feature in which there is an explanation of the history of zakat, zakat law, types of zakat, and mustahik zakat. This application uses the formula for calculating zakat assets and professional zakat which is applied to a coding program that will calculate the amount of zakat assets and professional zakat that must be issued by Muslims. This zakat calculation application can help Muslims in calculating zakat assets and professional zakat that must be issued and with the zakat alarm feature it can be used as a reference for reminders in paying zakat in a timely manner.

Abstract

The limited number of fuel filling stations (SPBU), the distance traveled and the time needed to get to the gas station, emergencies requiring fuel, plus wishes. Some people who prioritize time effectiveness and practicality are the reasons some people are reluctant to queue at gas stations. This then becomes a lucrative business opportunity and becomes additional income for some people to sell retail fuel using used plastic bottles which are sold on the side of the road. The types of retail fuel that are traded include Premium, Solar, Pertalite, to Pertamax. Basically, retail oil business activities, if you do not have a business license, can be punished according to the provisions of Article 53 of Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas Earth. This type of legal research is normative legal research. The nature of the research in this study is analytical descriptive in nature. The type of data used in this research is library research. Judging from the legal factor, Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas and its implementing regulations have correctly stipulated the rules for the legal distribution of fuel; law enforcement factors, namely the police are not running optimally because until now there has been no report regarding the illegality of retail fuel sales; the factor of facilities or facilities that support law enforcement is not running as it should because the law enforcement process that was initiated by complaints and reports related to the illegality of Retail BBM has not occurred; and community factors that prioritize the practicality of obtaining fuel oil (BBM) including corrupt cultural factors between consumers, Pertamini entrepreneurs, and unscrupulous staff at Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) which also support the existence of illegal Pertamini. The effort to overcome the legality obstacle is the issuance of regulations that open opportunities for the sale of gasoline on a small scale to the general public through Regulation of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency Number 6 of 2015 concerning Distribution of Certain Types of Fuel Oil and Types of Fuel Specially Assigned to Areas where there are no distributors . Efforts to overcome legal awareness are repressive efforts through criminal liability and the application of criminal sanctions that violate the provisions of Article 23 of the Oil and Gas Law.

Abstract

One of the efforts that can be made to reduce traffic congestion in Jakarta is by maximizing the public transportation system, including both mass transportation and individual transportation. The land transportation modes in Jakarta consist of City Buses, City Transport (angkot), Electric Railways (KRL), and Mass Rapid Transit (MRT).In this digital era, there has been the emergence of individual public transportation, where individuals with private vehicles can act as public transport providers through a private company's application platform as the booking medium. Therefore, it is very interesting to examine the issues of public transportation using private vehicles in Jakarta through normative juridical research, which is a study based on literature review using primary materials such as laws and regulations, references, and legal documents related to the issue. In this case, the implementation of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic is applicable. Through this scholarly journal, the author aims to elaborate on the legal gaps in the world of transportation using online applications for booking, commonly known as Online Transportation.

Abstract

Children are part of the younger generation as one of the human resources that hasa strategic role and has special characteristics and traits. The Law on Juvenile Courts is considered no longer appropriate to protect children's rights before the law. The writing of this study aims to determine the application of legal sanctions for children as perpetrators of the crime of theft with violence and analyze the Judge's Decision for Children as Perpetrators of Violent Theft (Case Study of Decision Number: 25/Pid.Sus-Anak/2021/PN Bks). The method used in this research uses the Normative Research Method, namely research whose object of study includes norms or basic rules, legal principles, laws and regulations, comparative law, doctrine, and jurisprudence. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data obtained from literature (library research). This research is descriptive Analytical. In this case the defendant was 17 years old, Child in Conflict with the Law ANDIKA PRATAMA Alias DIKA Bin M. SURON, had committed. Theft with violence against persons as regulated and punishable in the indictment by Noting, Article 365 paragraph (2) 1st and 2nd of the Criminal Code and Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System for Children Against the Law and Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure Law and other relevant laws and regulations violating Article 365 paragraph (2) 1st and 2nd of the Criminal Code.

Abstract

Some time ago, 22-year-old Angelina Natania, a University of Surabaya (Ubaya) student, became the victim of a murder. He was allegedly killed by Rochmat Bagus Apriyatna, who was his music tutor. However, there are other allegations that the perpetrator tried to control the victim's property. The victim's parents, Mr Bambang, said that the perpetrator deliberately approached his daughter to control his property. This allegation is based on the case of the loss of the vehicle registration certificate (STNK) for the victim's Xpander car. The formulation of the problem is as follows: How to study Article 338 of the Criminal Code and Article 340 regarding the determination of the offense of Murder in the Criminal Code? How can the judge decide on Article 340 of the Criminal Code regarding the offense of premeditated murder in the murder case of a University of Surabaya student? The type of research used in this study is normative legal research, which is a type of legal research obtained from literature studies, by analyzing a legal issue through laws and regulations, literature and other reference materials related to the Crime of Premeditated Murder.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 09 Kaur, to determine the interest in independent learning of students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 09 Kaur and to determine the effect of critical thinking skills on the interest in independent learning of students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 09 Kaur. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 09 Kaur. The sample in this study was 30 students of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 09 Kaur. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression, determining simple linear regression equations by calculating the average and testing the regression linearity using the ANOVA table. Based on the results of the analysis of research data and the discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of critical thinking skills on the interest in independent learning of class XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 09. It can be concluded that the ability to think scores reach 38.8, the number lies between 38-46 in the criteria table assessment with a very good category, this shows the ability to think critically is very good. Interest in learning scores reached 34.7 based on the assessment criteria table. This figure is between 29-37, with a fairly good category. This means that interest in independent learning is quite good. Based on the results of statistical data analysis carried out using the simple linear regression formula, the value of the simple linear regression equation is Y = 0.957 + 0.870X. Based on these results, we get Fcount of 77.88 and Ftable at a significant level of 5% of 4.20. If Fcount is greater than Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (77.88> 4.20), so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on critical thinking skills and interest in independent learning. Furthermore, testing the determinant coefficient r2 = 0.735 or 73.5% critical thinking ability is influenced by interest in independent learning, while the rest is influenced by other variables of 26.5%.

Abstract

This study discusses the teacher's role in instilling polite behavior in early childhood. The purpose of this research is to describe the teacher's role in instilling polite behavior in early childhood at Amarta Tani Kindergarten. This research is a study using qualitative research data sources. Obtained from primary data and secondary data. Researchers obtained primary data from interviews with Class B teachers at Amarta Tani Kindergarten and observations of children's behavior related to polite behavior. Secondary data was obtained from the results of documentation, in the form of photos. The data obtained was then collected, reduced, described, tested for the validity of the data and concluded. the teacher makes a habit of greeting children every time they meet the teacher, the role of the teacher in teaching the teacher gives an example of respecting older people, the role of the teacher in planning the teacher exemplifies learning that accepts everything with the right hand, the role of the teacher in parenting the teacher gives directions so that children do not it is permissible to say harsh, dirty and arrogant words the role of the teacher in dealing with problems the teacher gives directions so that the child says thank you, sorry and please.
