Abstract

Kantor Operasional PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan. Fokus penelitian ini ada pada peranan humasnya yang di mana peneliti melihat bahwa humas Kantor Operasional PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) kerap melakukan publikasi berita perusahaan melalui media jurnalistik & media sosial. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori peranan humas menurut Dozier dan Broom yang terdiri dari 4 dimensi yaitu sebagai penasehat ahli, fasilitator komunikasi, fasilitator pemecah masalah, dan teknisi komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, cara pengumpulan datanya sendiri yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian peneliti melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Informan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari dua orang yaitu Kasubbag Humas dan Asisten Humas Kantor Operasional PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu humas Kantor Operasional PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) menjalankan perananya sebagai humas dengan baik dan tidak mengalami hambatan saat menangani permasalahan ketika berperan sebagai humas.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze Interpersonal Communication in Creating Sakinah Families. Study of Couples in Early Marriage in Teramang Jaya District, Muko Muko Regency. empathy), support (supportiveness), positiveness (positiveness), equality (equality), the results of this study show Interpersonal Communication in Creating Sakinah Families Study of Early Marriage Couples in Teramang Jaya District, Muko Muko Regency. This can be seen from the way they convey family problems openly. A sense of empathy, husband and wife couples have high empathy for husband and wife seen from the way they understand problems in the family as well as some couples in Early Age Marriage in Teramang Jaya Subdistrict provide support to husband and wife for the problems they are experiencing. Support, husband and wife give each other support in communicating, seen from the couple as communicants receive information and provide suggestions that are supportive of information from the wife. Positive feelings, positive feelings in interpersonal communication for early age couples are still not well established. However, this couple tries to convey information clearly and accommodates suggestions and criticisms from partners positively. Equality, husband and wife as communicators respect all opinions of both regardless of the problems faced, so that there is equality in communicating without prioritizing personal ego.

Abstract

The research is entitled "Judge's Decision Regarding the Crime of Theft of 2 (two) Green Metal Plates (Case Study Decision Number 1357/Pid.B/2023/PN Mdn)". The crime of theft is increasing and developing rapidly, causing the security of a country to be disrupted. This is a negative impact of the progress that has been achieved by a country. The crime of theft committed by many people is caused by economic factors which are getting worse due to low income and also The high unemployment rate is because it is difficult to find work. Other factors that support someone committing the crime of theft include environmental influences, the opportunity to commit theft, lack of awareness of the law by the perpetrator and can be caused by other social factors. This research is descriptive analytical in nature with the aim of describing a research object or data as thoroughly as possible which contains explanations about humans, conditions or various kinds of symptoms to emphasize several types of hypotheses to make it easier to strengthen theories with the ultimate aim of making a comprehensive conclusion. the results of the research are that the defendant Wawan M. Nur has been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing the crime of "theft under aggravating circumstances"; as in the public prosecutor's single indictment; namely the Defendant together with Mr. SUKMA (DPO) in taking 2 (two) pieces of green iron plate 5 (five) millimeters thick with a size of 150cm x 40cm without the knowledge and/or permission of Witness ROBERT H as Tembekang Belawan Pusbekangad TNI AD's attorney as the owner, which caused the TNI AD Tembekang Belawan Pusbekangad suffered a loss of approximately Rp. 5,000,000 (five million rupiah). The judge's decision is a decision that has been reviewed as carefully as possible and thoroughly, therefore a prison sentence of 3 (three) years and 6 (six) months for the defendant is a fair decision for the defendant and also the victim. Thus, it is hoped that from this case no one else will commit acts of theft which could be detrimental to the perpetrator and victim if discovered, and from this case it can also have a deterrent effect on the defendant so that they do not commit other criminal acts and from this case it can give fear to the accused. readers not to commit acts that can be punished.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Public Relations Strategy of PT Sari Melati Kencana in strengthening the Brand Image of Pizza Hut Bengkulu. This research uses PR Strategy theory which includes operational strategy, educational persuasive approach, social responsibility approach to public relations and PR, cooperative approach, and coordinative or integrative approach. And the type of research used is qualitative research. The results of this research show that PT Sari Melati Kencana's public relations in strengthening the brand image of Pizza Hut Bengkulu depicts a holistic and integrated effort. An operational strategy that prioritizes a social approach, a persuasive and educational approach that creates educational and persuasive communication, a public relations social responsibility approach that responds quickly to complaints and maintains product quality, a cooperative approach that fosters internal and external harmonious relationships, and a coordinative or integrative approach which makes a positive contribution to increasing community support, customer loyalty and strengthening a positive image. Overall, a PR strategy that includes these aspects has succeeded in having a positive impact on the image and popularity of Pizza Hut Bengkulu, creating positive relationships with customers and strengthening their position in the culinary industry.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication has an important role in creating good relationships between individuals. Interpersonal communication is used in the medical situation so that someone can talk openly about the conditions and problems they are experiencing. The aim of this research is to find out how interpersonal communication is between midwives and pregnant women at the Biak City Health Center, Papua Province. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher conducted observations at the Biak City Community Health Center when pregnant women underwent pregnancy checks which was handled by midwives and interviews were conducted with 5 informants to complete the data. The 5 informants in this study consisted of 3 pregnant women and 2 midwives. The results of this study show that effective interpersonal communication between midwives and pregnant women is showed by the attitudes such as: (1) openness which makes the information conveyed well absorbed, (2) empathy which makes the midwife better understand the condition of pregnant women, (3) ) positiveness in which midwives always greet pregnant women in a friendly manner to create a comfortable atmosphere, (4) support is given to pregnant women by maintaining the emotional stability of pregnant women, and (5) equality where midwives always prioritize the rights of pregnant women as their patients

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of interpersonal communication between coaches and athletes in Senuro village on the training of iks Pi Kera Sakti students in the pencak silat sport. The aim of this research is interpersonal communication between coaches and athletes in Senuro village. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation techniques. This research took place in West Senuro Village, South Ogan Ilir Indralaya Regency. The results of this research indicate that interpersonal communication between Coaches and Athletes in increasing team solidarity and performance is going well. Athletes can also respond directly to the content of the message by carrying out and implementing the content of the message, and the athlete feels encouraged, motivated and confident to carry out the movements taught by the coach during training. This is done in the form of communication between the coach and the athlete, such as the goals given for reinforcement or feedback received by the athlete and vice versa, messages conveyed by the coach, both verbal and non-verbal, channels, distractions and obstacles.

Abstract

This paper describes the background of the foreign policy used by Indonesia during the Soekarno era as a new country in the international world. Where this matter is also a factor that affects how the implementation of Indonesia's foreign policy in the future. As for the matter in this case, namely, when Sukarno and Hatta were proclaimed Indonesian independence on 17 August 1945, which was considered to be the beginning of the Indonesian revolution. After independence, various kinds of implementation of Indonesia's foreign policy were welcomed and fully supported by its people. However, in the course of history, due to the elitism of the Soeharto era, Indonesia's foreign policy has also been elitism. Almost all policies were carried out and centralized by Suharto, so that Indonesia's foreign policy was unstructured and not well distributed among related institutions. Changes in the political system in the reform era since the fall of President Soeharto created opportunities to reform Indonesia's foreign policy. Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) planning for the independent curriculum in economics subjects at SMAN 1 Bengkulu (2) implementation of the independent curriculum for economics subjects at SMAN 1 Bengkulu (3) evaluation of the independent curriculum for economics subjects at SMAN 1 Bengkulu. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Bengkulu using a qualitative descriptive research approach and type. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis used in this research includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of research conducted at SMAN 1 Bengkulu are: (1) in planning learning, the teaching tools used by the teacher are appropriate and refer to the teaching tools provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture (2) the learning carried out by the teacher tries to refer to the learning principles in the independent and existing curriculum. at the developing stage with the consideration that the learning carried out is centered on students and the accuracy of the learning methods used (3) evaluation is carried out by referring to the assessment principles launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what critical thinking skills are part of the learning process in class in social science subjects at SMP 13 Bengkulu city. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by researchers without any intermediaries. Data obtained through direct observation of students and teachers at SMP 13 Bengkulu City. The secondary data used are written sources such as the problem studied, namely the application of the problem based learning model in strengthening students' critical thinking skills at SMP N 13, Bengkulu City. . Data collection uses observation, documentation. Data analysis consists of data collection, drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research at SMP N 13 Bengkulu City, learning was carried out in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis efek dari pesan dakwah Habib Husein Ja’far Al Hadar di program #LogIndiCloseTheDoor dalam Kanal YouTube Deddy Corbuzier terhadap penonton beserta mengetahui respon-responnya (netizen). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori analisis isi (content analysis) Holsti untuk menemukan karakteristik pesan dakwah Habib Husein Ja’far Al Hadar serta menarik kesimpulan secara objektif dengan memanfaatkan penggunaan sebuah software bernama Netlytic.org. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan respon atau komentar para penonton (netizen) terhadap pesan dakwah Habib Husein Ja’far Al Hadar di program dakwah #LogIndiCloseTheDoor mengarah pada komentar yang positif, mencerminkan efek kognitif, afektif, dan konatif dalam komunikasi. Berkat adanya program ini dapat membantu mengurangi ketidakpercayaan terhadap sentimen keagamaan melalui pendidikan di media sosial. Masyarakat dapat berkenalan dan menghindari pandangan negatif terhadap umat agama lain. Walaupun perhatian utamanya tertuju pada narasumber, Peran Habib Husein Ja'far Al Hadar sebagai pembawa acara juga penting dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah yang bermakna.
