Abstract

Traditional marriage is actually a bond between men and women who are united through traditional marriage rituals by going through various stages in the custom, as a legal customary marriage process between husband and wife. Customary marriage is not only a bond between husband and wife, but involves the entire extended family of both parties, relatives and tribes or clans who are part of the members of the couple legalized in the customary marriage. Through traditional marriages, kinship and kinship relations are increasing and increasingly displaying a social relationship that creates a familial bond between the two parties. This kinship and kinship relationship is a sign that customary marriage is not only legalizing husband and wife but more than that, embracing the big family and the relationships in the social life of the community become full of brotherly bonds with each other. With traditional marriages that are structured in an area, it is proof that the community is able to maintain and preserve the value of the traditional marriage in social life and is able to provide education to the community and the younger generation to maintain the elements and values ??contained in the traditional marriage. In the midst of increasingly rapid developments, the role of indigenous peoples has become more active in maintaining the nobility of these customary values. Therefore, the participation of all parties in social groups is important because without the involvement of all parties from within the family, community, tribal/clan members, local government and customary stakeholder institutions as well as society in general in social groups, so that cultural heritage cannot be lost. only belongs to individuals but belongs to all people in social groups, because it is a sign and identity of every community in social life.

Abstract

This research is based on the process of implementing guidance and counseling services in the field of career development, because there are still many students who do not understand and do not have career planning. The purpose of this research is to look at the process of implementing guidance and counseling services in the field of career development, identification of 1) Planning for the implementation of counseling services in the field of career development, 2) Implementation of counseling services in the field of career development, and 3) Evaluation of counseling services in the career field. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Abstract

The problem studied based on the phenomenon that researchers found in the field is the behavior of peer acceptance of the learning motivation of students in the school environment at this time is not in accordance with what it should be. Students also play an important role in the acceptance of peers, especially in motivation. So the researcher raised the research problem about how the influence of peer acceptance on the learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol, Pasaman Regency. This study aims to describe the acceptance of students' peers, students' learning motivation, the influence of peer acceptance on students' learning motivation. The type of research used is simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol. This sample was taken using a random sampling technique. From the calculation results obtained a sample of 105 people. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. To analyze the data, the Pearson Product Moment formula was used in order to see the relationship between the influence of peer acceptance on the learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol, Pasaman Regency

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of students who are confident when taking online lectures rather than face-to-face lectures, there are students who are late in submitting assignments for various reasons. The purpose of this study is to describe the self-efficacy of students facing the transition period of online to offline lectures seen from: 1) Dimensional level (level). 2) Dimensions of strength (Strenght). 3) The general dimension (Generality). This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The research population was 64 students who were selected by total sampling technique with 64 participants. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Meanwhile, for data analysis using interval and percentage scores. Based on the results of research on student self-efficacy in facing the transition period of online to offline lectures, it can be seen from: 1) student self-efficacy as seen from the indicator dimension of the level of difficulty (level) is in the good category. 2 Student self-efficacy seen from the strength dimension indicator is in the good category. 3) students' self-efficacy seen from the general strength dimension indicators are in the fairly good category. This research is recommended for students to increase self-efficacy by discussing with lecturers or or peers so that students are able to deal with problems that arise during the transition from online lectures to offline lectures.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of students who feel irritable, there are students who find it difficult to hold back anger when humiliated or cornered by their friends, there are students who often fight with friends or girlfriends, there are students who cry in class, there are BK teachers who provide information services. but not about managing emotions. The purpose of this study is to describe problems in managing emotions in students, and to design information services in managing students' emotions. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 45 participants who were selected by proportional random sampling technique with 43 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire, data analysis using percentage techniques. provide information services using lecture techniques, question and answer, and discussions on the topic of managing emotions. Recommendations to BK teachers to be able to carry out information services about managing these emotions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students who do not do assignments during the learning process, students who have less than optimal learning outcomes who get scores below the KKM. This study aims to determine: 1) Self-monitoring of students in class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. 2) The learning outcomes of students in class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. 3) Self-monitoring with the learning outcomes of class X students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of this study were students of class X TKJ, X TBSM 2, and class X TITL, totaling 53 students. The sampling technique was carried out by the total sampling technique, namely as many as 53 students who became the research sample. The results of this study indicate: 1) Self-Monitoring of class X students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang is in the good category. 2) The learning outcomes of Class X students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang are in the fairly good category. 3) There is a relationship between Self-Monitoring and the learning outcomes of Class X students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang with a fairly strong cohesiveness with a correlation value of 0.475. For this reason, it is recommended for BK teachers and subject teachers to provide services and motivation in order to improve the Self-Monitoring of students from good to very good categories and it is recommended to BK teachers and subject teachers to be able to motivate students in improving student learning outcomes. into the very good category.

Abstract

Design of Group Guidance Services in Managing Students' Emotions at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Anai, Thesis, Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, PGRI University, West Sumatra, Padang, 2022. The background of this research is that there are students who have unstable emotions and cannot control their anger towards the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study is to 1) describe the problem of managing students' emotions 2) make a group guidance service design This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Batang Anai totaling 256 students. The sampling technique used the Proportional Random Sampling technique as many as 72 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire, data analysis using the percentage technique. The results of this study reveal that the problem of managing the emotions of students in SMP Negeri 1 Batang Anai is in the very low category. 2) The design of group guidance services in managing students' emotions by providing group guidance services using discussion techniques with the topic of managing emotions. Recommendations to BK teachers to be able to carry out the group guidance service, in order to increase the ability to manage students' emotions

Abstract

This research is motivated by members of the juvenile red cross (PMR) who should have assertive nature, but in fact there are still many students who follow the youth red cross who do not have that assertive nature. Students who find it difficult to communicate what will be conveyed. The purpose of this research is 1) students have the ability to be honest and direct. 2) students are open, what they are and able to act in their interests. 3) students are able to take the initiative for their interests. 4) students are willing to ask for information and help from others when needed and help when others need help. 5) students in dealing with conflicts can adjust and find solutions. 6) students have self-satisfaction, self-esteem, and self-confidence.  This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method. The research informants were 2 students as key informants and 4 students as additional informants using observation and interview data collection techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out systematically.  Based on the results of research on the assertive behavior profile of students who follow the Youth Red Cross Organization (PMR) (a qualitative descriptive study of SMA Negeri 16 Padang) it can be concluded: 1) students have the ability to be honest and direct. 2) students are open, what they are and able to act in their interests. 3) students are able to take the initiative for their interests. 4) students are willing to ask for information and help from others. 5) students in dealing with conflicts can adjust and find solutions. 6) students have self-satisfaction, self-esteem, and self-confidence. Abstract

This research is motivated by the influence of online learning on student achievement and a decrease in student learning achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) Knowing online learning in class XI IPS at SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung, 2) Knowing online learning achievement in class XI IPS at SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung, 3) Knowing the effect of online learning on student achievement in class XI IPS SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, namely field research. The approach taken is a quantitative approach by studying research problems based on facts that occur and having close relationships with people to obtain research results. In this study, data collection was carried out using observation, questionnaires and documentation and analysis used is linear regression. The population of this research is all 151 class XI students of SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung. The sampling technique used random sampling technique as many as 62 people. Abstract

This research was motivated by the presence of students who did maladjustment in the daily lives of students at school which was revealed by the BK teacher and strengthened by a virtual expression tool in the form of a questionnaire. In this study using research with the type of R&D (Development, where the population in this study was 889 students at SMP Negeri 13 Padang. The sample in the study was 92 students, namely class VII7, VIII2, and IX3, using the purposive sampling technique. is the right technique used in this study. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire and to be analyzed with the percentage technique. This research will produce an educational biblio media based on the identification of virtual maladjustment self counseling in adolescents at SMP Negeri 13 Padang which is seen based on the identification results maladjustment is on the Many criteria and the educational biblio media is made based on the results of the maladjustment identification given in the form of media that has gone through a validity test with very acceptable criteria. Therefore, students can use the educational biblio media that has been made to reduce and prevent bullying. there is a maladjustment.
