Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Mudharabah, Murabahah and Ijarah variables on the Return on Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Islamic General Banking based on business units carried out in the period January 2019 to December 2023. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression including the classical assumption test. Based on the results of the partial test (T-Test) the Mudharabah variable does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) because the significance value is 0.402 more than 0.05 with a positive direction of influence or coefficient value. The Murabahah variable has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) because the significance value is 0.00 less than 0.05 with a positive direction of influence or coefficient value. The Ijarah variable has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) because the significance value is 0.02 less than 0.05 with a positive direction of influence or coefficient value. The results of the simultaneous test (F Test) of all independent variables (Mudharabah, Murabahah, Ijarah) significantly influence the dependent variable (Return on Asset) with a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05. The influence of independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable is 27.9% and 72.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study or outside the regression model.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a green chemistry-based Student Worksheet (LKM) that can be used in practical activities for making home industry products, specifically environmentally friendly dishwashing soap. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model, which includes the Define, Design, and Develop stages. Validation was carried out by three experts on aspects of content, language, green chemistry principles, and presentation. A limited trial was conducted on 35 students from various study programs. The validation results showed that the LKM was highly valid, with an overall average score of 4.55 on a scale of 5. The practicality of the LKM was also rated very well by students, with an average score of 4.64. This LKM not only helps students understand the principles of green chemistry and carry out contextual practices, but also fosters an entrepreneurial spirit through the creation of environmentally friendly products. The results of the study indicate that the development of a green chemistry-based LKM is effective in improving students' chemical literacy, environmental awareness, and 21st-century skills. Therefore, this LKM is recommended for use in chemistry learning oriented towards sustainability and soft skills development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions of students at the Sunan Doe Islamic Studies Institute on the Shopee platform. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The research sample of 82 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula from a population of 431 students. The results show that partially, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 12.1%, while product quality has a positive and significant effect by 53.3%. Simultaneously, price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by contributing 57.6%, while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. These findings indicate that improving product quality and offering competitive prices can encourage purchasing decisions in e-commerce, especially among students. Research recommendations emphasize the importance of quality- and price-based marketing strategies that are in line with consumer perceptions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Role Playing learning model on students' communication skills in Indonesian language learning at SD Negeri 091273 Karang Bangun. Communication skills are a crucial aspect in language learning, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. The study used a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects were 25 fourth-grade students selected through a total sampling technique. The research instruments were a written test and a validated observation rubric. The results showed an increase in the average score from 49.8 (pretest) to 79.6 (posttest), with an n-gain value of 0.59 which is classified as moderate. In addition to the increase in scores, observations showed an increase in students' active involvement and self-confidence in the learning process. These findings indicate that the Role Playing model is effective in developing students' communication skills through contextual and meaningful role simulations. Thus, this model can be used as an innovative alternative strategy in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on students' critical thinking skills using an experimental method (pre-experimental design). Data analysis was quantitative/statistical, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The research population was in class V of UPTD SD Negeri 122379 Pematangsiantar located on Jl. Sentosa. The sample in this study was taken from one class used as a One Group class so that the sample of this study was all students of class V of UPTD SD Negeri 122379 Pematangsiantar. The data analysis technique used in this study was 27 students. The results of the study showed an increase in students' critical thinking skills, namely with an average posttest of 81.48 while the pretest was 57.22. The effect of the Problem Based Learning model on students' critical thinking skills using the Hake factor with the N-Gain test obtained a value of 0.58 with a moderate category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of educational human resource management in the era of technological disruption through a systematic literature review of nine scientific articles published between 2018 and 2023. The review identifies trends, strategies, and challenges faced by educational institutions in implementing digital-based human resource management. The findings reveal that digital transformation not only affects administrative systems but also reshapes leadership paradigms and organizational culture within education. Educational leaders play a strategic role in fostering innovation and collaboration through visionary and adaptive digital leadership. Moreover, the application of human resource analytics (HRA) has emerged as a new approach for data-driven decision-making in teacher development and performance evaluation. This study concludes that the success of educational human resource transformation depends on the synergy between technology, leadership, and a continuous learning culture aimed at improving human quality and institutional effectiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how leadership functions in decision-making. This study uses a literature-based method with a qualitative approach. Information was collected from a number of relevant journals. After the data collection process, content analysis techniques were used to analyze the data through a text analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that leadership plays a significant role in the decision-making process. Some leadership roles in this context include as a person (personal), educator (educator), manager (manager), administrator, supervisor, leader, creator of a conducive work climate, innovator, and motivator. It can be concluded that a leader acts as a problem solver, negotiator, and resource allocation manager in their capacity as a decision-maker. This role requires leaders to be able to consider various strategic aspects in every policy taken, especially in the field of education. These considerations emphasize that leaders have a moral and professional responsibility to act in the best interests of the educational organization, by upholding continuity, integrity, and accountability in every decision made.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Civics teachers in strengthening the character of tolerance in grade XI students of Asuhan Daya High School, the character of tolerance is one of the important aspects in the formation of student personality amidst the diversity of cultures, religions, and ethnicities in Indonesia. Civics teachers have a great responsibility in instilling the values ??of tolerance through classroom learning. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The results of this study in strengthening the character of tolerance, the teacher is the one who then bridges in instilling the value of tolerance to students, it is stated that there are five steps in implementing tolerance attitude education in the classroom, namely the first, analyzing basic competencies by identifying character values ????in the subject matter. Then the second, planning a learning implementation plan that focuses on the content of tolerance, the third following the learning according to what has been planned, the fourth carrying out the assessment process, and the last evaluating learning outcomes to determine the extent to which students understand what the teacher teaches.

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to identify the type of errors that occurred in the spoken language of eighth-grade students at SMP Islam Pancor Kopong. The present study employs a qualitative research design. The objective of this study was to analyze the errors made by eighth-grade students at SMP Islam Pancor Kopong when using the simple present tense. The data were collected through a spoken test. The researcher poses questions to the student regarding their daily activities. This evaluation is designed to identify errors in spoken language production. The findings of this study are as follows. The researcher identified various types of errors, including omission, addition, mis-formation, and mis-ordering. The most prevalent error type was omission, with 29 errors, accounting for 39.19% of the total. This was followed by mis-formation, with 20 errors, constituting 27.03% of the total. Additional errors included addition, with 14 errors, amounting to 18.92%, and mis-ordering, with 11 errors, making up 14.86% of the total.

Abstract

The use of semiotics and multimodal approaches in advertising has gained significant traction in recent years. Semiotic multimodality allows individuals to connect with five key systems: linguistic, visual, audio, gestural, and spatial. This study aims to describe the five semiotic modes regarding their purposes and the relationships between verbal and visual texts and messages present in advertisements. The analysis is based on the multimodal semiotic framework proposed by Michèle Anstey and Geoff Bull (2018), which emphasizes these five systems. For this research, three advertisements from Zenius Education's YouTube channel were examined: "Bikin Cerdas Beneran #MulaiDariManaAja," "Pahlawan masa depan - #ZeniusUntukSemua," and "Mentok Ngerjai Latihan Soal? Tanya Zenbot Aja! #CekrekLangsungNgerti." A descriptive qualitative research method, following Miles and Huberman's approach, was employed to gather data. This involved browsing, selecting, downloading, printing, and identifying elements to analyze the five multimodal semiotics within the advertisements. The findings indicated that Zenius Education effectively utilized multimodal semiotic systems, incorporating linguistic, visual, audio, gestural, and spatial elements. These five systems were integrated to convey meanings and messages within the Zenius advertisements, aiming to capture the attention of potential customers and encourage the use of their tutoring platform services
