KALBISOCIO Jurnal Bisnis dan Komunikasi adalah jurnal akses terbuka akademik yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan integrasi bisnis dan komunikasi. Fokusnya adalah menerbitkan makalah tentang bisnis dan komunikasi. Makalah yang dikirimkan akan ditinjau oleh komite teknis jurnal. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus merupakan artikel asli, hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dipublikasikan, eksperimental atau teoritis, dan akan ditinjau oleh reviewer. Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal harus memenuhi kriteria ini dan tidak boleh sedang dipertimbangkan untuk publikasi di tempat lain. Naskah harus mengikuti gaya jurnal dan dapat ditelaah dan diedit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komunikasi internal dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses perubahan organisasi. Perubahan organisasi yang efektif memerlukan strategi komunikasi yang jelas dan tepat untuk mengelola ketidakpastian, resistensi, serta memastikan keterlibatan seluruh anggota organisasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan studi kasus pada Universitas Kalbis yang sedang menjalani perubahan struktural dan kepimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi internal yang terbuka, transparan, dan dua arah sangat penting dalam mengurangi ketegangan serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi karyawan terhadap perubahan yang sedang berlangsung. Peran pemimpin organisasi sangat menentukan dalam menyampaikan visi dan tujuan perubahan, di mana komunikasi dari pimpinan yang konsisten dan empatik dapat memotivasi karyawan untuk mendukung perubahan. Selain itu, penggunaan media komunikasi yang bervariasi, seperti rapat daring, email dan platform komunikasi internal, berperan penting dalam menjangkau seluruh lapisan karyawan dengan cara yang efektif. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa masih terdapat tantangan dalam mengelola komunikasi selama perubahan, seperti ketidakjelasan pesan atau perbedaan persepsi antara manajer dan karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan memperkuat saluran komunikasi dua arah, meningkatkan pelatihan komunikasi untuk pemimpin dan karyawan, serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi internal dalam menghadapi perubahan organisasi.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the challenges faced by Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and recommend solutions to ensure the sustainability of this oldest educational institution. This research employs a descriptive approach through qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The sample consists of 210 respondents, including 66 students, 101 parents, and 43 teachers and administrators from the Baitul Hikmah Foundation in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis with an empathy map. The results indicate that the main challenges are related to high education costs, lack of extracurricular activities, service quality, curriculum and teaching systems, and the overall quality of the pesantren. To address these issues, the pesantren requires strategic solutions, such as establishing business units to support stronger and more independent funding, offering more varied extracurricular activities, improving service quality, reviewing the curriculum and teaching systems, and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of the pesantren.This study has limitations, as it only sampled 210 internal respondents from one pesantren. Future research should expand the sample size across multiple pesantren and include other stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial report quality and information transparency on regional financial performance, considering fiscal capacity as a control variable. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, this study involves data from 10 major provinces in Indonesia during the 2020-2024 period. The results show that financial report quality, public information transparency, and fiscal capacity significantly affect regional financial performance. The regression model explains 92.4% of the variation in regional financial performance (R² = 0.924), making this model very strong statistically and empirically. These findings strengthen the importance of transparent and accountable regional financial governance and consider fiscal capacity as a strategic factor in improving performance.

Abstract

Indomaret's business strategy in entering the global market must rely on a holistic approach that includes market analysis, product adaptation, strategic partnerships, digital innovation, brand development, and adherence to sustainability principles. The purpose of this study is to identify the internal and external factors that influence Indomaret’s readiness to expand into the global market, determine the business strategies that can be applied for competition and adaptation in international markets, and understand the role of innovation, partnerships, and local cultural adaptation in supporting Indomaret’s global expansion success. The method used is literature study. The results of this study indicate that Indomaret's success in expanding into global markets is largely determined by the synergy between innovation, strategic partnerships, and adaptation to local cultures. Innovation enables Indomaret to remain relevant and competitive amid changing trends and international consumer needs, particularly through the use of technology, appropriate product development, and digitalized services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan implementasi strategi customer relationship management Credit Union Likku Aba dalam meningkatkan loyalitas anggota. Pengetahuan pelanggan terhadap manfaat produk dan layanan dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pelanggan loyal terhadap perusahaan. Dalam konteks credit union, loyalitas anggota dapat diamati melalui partisipasi aktif dalam credit dan dalam komunikasi organisasi. Pendidikan dasar merupakan sumber informasi akurat bagi anggota untuk memahami organisasi dan pengelolaan credit union. Anggota yang sudah mendapatkan pendidikan dasar sekitar 12.24%. Di dalam pendidikan dasar terjadi penyampaian informasi tentang prinsip, nilai dan operasional credit union. Pelaksanaan pendidikan dasar disesuaikan dengan kesediaan waktu anggota juga. Agar menghindari terjadinya misinformasi tentang credit union, CU Likku Aba melakukan program pemberdayaan melalui kelompok-kelompok basis. CU Likku Aba juga melakukan hubungan jangka panjang dengan anggota dalam kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pihak staf diklat dan pemberdayaan dan dokumentasi terkait topik obyek penelitian. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CU Likku Aba melakukan tahapan-tahapan dalam penerapan strategi CRM berupa identifikasi, segmentasi, interaksi dengan anggota, dan penyesuasian layanan. Penyesuaian tidak hanya terjadi pada layanan CU tetapi juga pada usaha pengembangan SDM anggota CU Likku Aba melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and social influence on the continuance intention to use the Smart running application (Case Study: Strava App Users in Jakarta). A survey of 110 respondents (54.55% male, 45.45% female) was conducted, with the dominant age range being 31-40 years (35.45%) and professions primarily private employees (28.18%) and entrepreneurs (24.55%). Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0, including validity, reliability, determination, and significance tests. The results show that perceived ease of use and social influence significantly influence continuance intention, while perceived usefulness does not significantly influence it. The independent variables explain 41% of the variance in continuance intention. Future research is advised to expand the number of respondents, geographical area, and examine other variables such as word-of-mouth marketing or brand awareness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) yang menganalisis perkembangan akuntansi keberlanjutan dari tahun 2020 hingga pertengahan 2025. Fokus utamanya adalah integrasi aspek lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola (ESG) ke dalam pelaporan dan pengukuran kinerja organisasi. Akuntansi keberlanjutan telah menjadi kebutuhan strategis untuk transparansi dan akuntabilitas, tidak lagi sekadar inisiatif sukarela. Temuan SLR menyoroti pentingnya standardisasi pelaporan dan regulasi yang kuat untuk mengurangi risiko greenwashing dan meningkatkan kredibilitas data keberlanjutan. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan blockchain teridentifikasi sebagai tren yang berkembang pesat, meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan auditabilitas pelaporan. Namun, tantangan utama masih terletak pada metodologi pengukuran dampak sosial dan lingkungan yang valid serta keterbatasan dalam konteks lokal dan budaya yang beragam. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan metodologi baru, studi longitudinal, eksplorasi teknologi, dan analisis konteks lokal, serta kolaborasi erat antara akademisi, praktisi, regulator, dan masyarakat sipil untuk kemajuan bidang ini

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy and its dimensions - technical, cognitive, and social-emotional - on cybercrime awareness among university students, with a comparison between Generation Y and Generation Z. Adopting a quantitative approach, data were collected from 108 respondents through an online questionnaire using purposive sampling. Regression analysis revealed that all dimensions of digital literacy significantly affect cybercrime awareness, with the technical dimension having the most substantial impact. The generational comparison revealed that digital literacy had a significant influence on Generation Z, but no significant effect on Generation Y. These findings underscore the importance of adopting a multidimensional and generation-responsive approach to developing digital literacy and enhancing cybersecurity awareness.

Abstract

This research aims to provide education in the analysis process to understand the effectiveness of package classification in the implementation of retail business interior project, namely, Star Department Store. By making a short conctact approach through the Nominated Subcontractor (NSC) and Supply by Owner (SBO) contract. Both contracting methods cane have a very significant impact on project completion, which can result in time efficiency, leading to quality outcomes. The NSC method can provide appropriate directions from subcontractors to complete specific tasks according to established requirement. The SBO method can give project owners the opportunity to manage the procurement of materials or equipment directly in implementing the retail business interior project. This research can provide comprehensive information on the structutured work package classification that can enhance project effectiveness throught both the contracts. The research approach used is a case study with qualitative analysis on several retail business interior projects that use NSC and SBO contracts. The results of this study can show the role of conducting a clear classification of interior design management project work packages carried out with proper management based on NSC or SBO contracts can improve cost efficiency, quality, and time for completing the STAR Department Store retail business interior renovation project.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the portrayal of Eastern Indonesians in the film Kaka Boss using Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic approach. The research addresses the urgency of understanding how popular media constructs ethnic identity and influences public perception. A qualitative content analysis was conducted, focusing on visual, verbal, and symbolic signs representing Eastern Indonesian cultural values and social characteristics. The findings reveal five main representations: dominant figure, upholder of family values, proactive and creative individual, courageous conflict resolver, and symbol of resilience amid legal challenges. These portrayals shift outdated stereotypes toward a modern yet culturally rooted image. The study underscores the strategic role of film in shaping an inclusive and empowering social reality.
