Abstract

Melinjo tree is a tree that is commonly found in Cilayang Village, Cikeusal District. Melinjo has many benefits, the wood can be used as a simple board and household appliance, the young leaves are referred to as so in Javanese used as vegetable ingredients, for example in the vegetable asem flowers and seeds that are still small or that have been cooked are also used as vegetables, melinjo seeds are also used as raw materials for emping, and the skin can be used as a vegetable. To improve the economy of the people of Cilayang Village, especially for housewives, it is necessary to have innovation from this melinjo. The implementation of this community service activity is in the form of assistance for EMPING MSMEs in Cilayang Village. The innovation carried out from emping is by creating a press machine to facilitate the production process, variations in emping flavors with four flavors, namely original, salty, pedaas, and original. As well as the packaging of empings that are packaged to be more modern.  As a result of this activity, the people of Cilayang Village are able to produce light food from melinjo fruit

Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very crucial, because it is able to support the needs of family life and to strengthen the national economy. However, it is very unfortunate that after the passing of the Covid-19 pandemic, partner income has decreased quite significantly. Partner problems will try to be overcome through an approach with intensive counseling (mentoring) that is able to train partner soft skills and hard skills through science and technology transfers consisting of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training, food safety counseling, strengthening Business management, improving product packaging and providing supporting production facilities, partners have benefited in these activities. The team consisting of Field Assistant Lecturers (DPL) and students who carry out KKM have carried out this activity well, with the outputs that have been achieved are the publication of activities in the form of videos (youtube), publications in online mass media, improvement of partner production facilities, implementation of bimtek, for partners and scientific articles community service activities and the need for continuous partner assistance

Abstract

Kadudampit Village is a village that needs attention, especially in improving human resources both from the educational, economic and social aspects. This is due to the low level of human resources in the village. The method of community service through student work lecture activities, namely community education and training is carried out in cyclical stages through seven stages: the preparation stage, the assessment stage, the alternative planning stage for activities, the action plan formulation stage, the activity implementation stage, the evaluation stage, and the termination stage. The results of community service activities consist of increasing public awareness of the importance of digitalization in early childhood education as seen from the increased attention of parents to improve children's education in Kadudampit Village through the synergy of teachers, parents and the community. The realization of a society that is aware of the law on sexual harassment and the community understands and understands the sanctions for violations caused by sexual harassment and what forms of sexual harassment are. Increased marketing of oyster mushrooms by way of counseling on how to package and market production as well as to provide understanding in the management of agricultural products in Kadudampit Village so that they can be used properly and improve the welfare of the community in the economic field. Then increase public understanding and participation in vaccinating and immunizing children without coercion, anxiety and fear in the context of preventing the transmission of Covid-19. The realization of a clean and healthy community environment, as well as increasing the interest and motivation of adolescents, youth and children in religion

Abstract

The Tirtayasa Village Government has a plan to develop a tourist village. The idea of developing a tourist village came from the association of village officials who are members of the Tirtayasa village rose which has a mission of environmental conservation and economic development of tirtayasa villagers. Awareness to preserve the natural potential of the village as a tourist attraction is carried out by means of 1) Hygiene awareness movement 2) Cooperation with the Environmental Agency (DLH) of Serang Regency 3) Cooperation with the Digital Waste Bank 4) Citizen education about the 3R movement (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) 5) Management of the economic potential of domestic waste in community service programs. The Student Work Lecture Program (KKM) related to community service in Tirtayasa village can help overcome environmental problems related to accumulated domestic waste, increase awareness of clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) and provide citizen engagement related to environmental awareness through the economic value of waste in improving family welfare. Abstract

Efforts to introduce and develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have an important role and strategy in national economic development. In addition to playing a role in economic growth, it also plays a role in the absorption of labor on a large scale. Cimaung village has a very wide agricultural land. So that the community can take advantage of the results of their village to raise village MSME. This Community Service Activity (MSME) is carried out with outreach activities and implementation methods such as observation and interviews, lectures and discussions, as well as demonstrations and practices. Based on the phenomenon of existing thinking, efforts are needed to increase public interest in MSME and provide motivation to the community to continue to run a business or take advantage of existing opportunities to open a business. This outreach also explained the importance of marketing on social media and also utilizing technology for business development

Abstract

One of the verified fishery products that can be developed and has the opportunity to add added value is fish balls. The development of various processed fishery products can be used as an alternative to fostering the habit of consuming fish for the people of Indonesia, as well as an effort to increase the nutritional value of the community. One form of processed fish products is fish balls. Meatballs are processed products from meat that are quite popular with the public. In general, meatballs are made from beef but lately many are found in the market meatballs made from fish meat. Almost all types of fish can be used as ingredients for making meatballs including payus fish with proper processing. Payus fish (Elops hawaiensis) is a pest for whitefish in traditional ponds. This fish is famous as a predator of whitefish fry with a characteristic slimmer body shape compared to whitefish, usually called male milkfish. Payus fish is a very important freshwater fishery commodity in the northern waters of Banten Province

Abstract

Food security is one of the determining factors for the welfare of the community, especially in rural areas. Efforts to achieve this condition require cooperation between various elements, one of which is the role of universities through community service activities. The PKm Group and the KKM 63 Group of Bina Bangsa University as change agents try to develop leumeng products by providing a variety of unique and delicious flavors so that they are easily recognized by the people in Indonesia. The method used is a method of cutting down the making of flavor variations for leumeng products in Cijakan Village.m The result is achieved by creating a variety of flavors made from soybean ingredients that are processed into soybean powder to be eaten together with Leumeung. The variety of flavors in the leumeung of Cijakan village is expected to be one of the people's interest in buying Leumeung from cijakan village so that it can increase MSMEs in the area to continue to work and be able to produce leumeng products that are global

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in national economic growth. MSMEs are actually nothing new. However, there are still many rural communities who do not know what MSMEs are and what kinds of businesses are categorized as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Besides that. Village communities who have become MSME actors experience several problems in developing MSMEs. This lack of knowledge about MSME development strategies is one of the factors causing MSMEs to be difficult to develop in rural areas. Cimaung Village has one MSME in the form of processed tempe. Where this tempeh is processed into various flavored tempeh chips. This is quite good because there has been innovation in the tempe processing. However, the marketing process is still limited, traditionally done in the physical market. Based on this, it is necessary to disseminate information regarding the introduction and strategies regarding the development of this MSME. This socialization aims to provide a brief introduction to MSMEs to people who are not perpetrators of MSMEs, and also provide information on what strategies can make MSMEs grow

Abstract

The knowledge and skills of women farmers in Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency in terms of vegetable cultivation, as well as the use of agricultural facilities and infrastructure (saprodi) in general are still limited. The purpose of the economic empowerment activity for the poor is to increase the knowledge and skills of partner groups regarding vegetable cultivation, business management and the provision of production facilities and infrastructure to increase production and income. The main obstacle in increasing income is the limited working capital in carrying out vegetable cultivation in the yard. Overcoming these problems, three lecturers from Syiah University facilitated the Community Empowerment of Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District through Optimizing the Management of Yard Land. This activity will be carried out in Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency from July to October 2021. The implementation of this activity includes training and procurement of production inputs. The targets and outcomes of this activity are to increase knowledge and skills in correct vegetable cultivation using environmentally friendly planting media, as well as business management training for women farmers to provide understanding and knowledge in running a business, measured and well planned. Another benefit is that the target audience gets facilities and infrastructure for vegetable cultivation. Besides the output of this research, it will produce publications through electronic media and scientific journal publications. Based on the results of the Community Empowerment of Cucum Village, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency through Optimization of Yard Land Management, it can be concluded that partners have increased knowledge and skills in using environmentally friendly planting media that have economic value that can be used for vegetable cultivation. The availability of facilities and infrastructure (saprodi) for vegetable farmers is expected to increase production yields while at the same time increasing their economy and welfare. In addition, the result of this activity is that women farmers really have a direction in running a business, measured, and well planned.
