Abstract

The small and Medium Industry is one of the important foundations of the economy of Magetan Regency, so it needs attention for the development of SMEs. One of them is the construction of the Magetan Promotion House which is intended for SMEs to sell and promote their products. This business feasibility analysis training will be guided by modules and speakers, SMIs are taught training in calculating profits, Payback Period, Gross B/C, and NPV based on all costs incurred and revenues obtained in the last 1 month guided by the implementing team. SMEs gain knowledge and skills in analyzing business feasibility as well as knowing the condition of the business from the results of the analysis, which is useful for improving management in future developments

Abstract

The ability to speak English is a mandatory thing for all students, including students from the teacher study program. In addition, students from the teacher training study program are also required to know about business, this is to answer market needs and the development of increasingly strong globalization currents. Abstract

The purpose of implementing community service activities (PkM) is to educate on the complexity of insurance, then evaluate and analyze insurance problems. This PkM implementation method uses lecture and discussion techniques, which are generally known as the focus group discussion (FGD) method. Activity partners are determined by purposive sampling technique (deliberately) based on the organizational structure consisting of the insurance assignment area. Based on this, the participants are determined by quota sampling technique, namely, the PkM activity participants are the direct leaders of the organization with the highest rank/position/class, ± 7 Heads or Organizational Directors. In addition, this FGD involved customers from each insurance industry with a quota of ± 1 person. Thus the participants who took part in this PkM activity were ± 21 people. The urgency of implementing this PkM is to educate participants regarding the complexities of insurance and provide new experiences to participants regarding techniques for evaluating and analyzing insurance problems. The final result of this FGD reconstructed a strategy to overcome the complexity and problems of the insurance industry, namely the need to create a Policy Guarantee Institution (LPP).

Abstract

Business feasibility studies have an important role in the success of business actors in carrying out their business activities. The insights of this business feasibility study are expected to provide a change in the concept of thinking of entrepreneurs in achieving measurable success. The purpose of this community service is to provide insight for business actors regarding business feasibility studies to improve the quality and competitiveness of SMEs through BMC. Business planning and business feasibility tests through the BMC approach are considered very easy and complete so that they can accommodate a business plan with nine elements in the BMC dialog box. This community service activity was carried out on October 29, 2022 in Malang City with 25 participants. The result of service activities is that MSMEs managed by young entrepreneurs can understand the importance of business feasibility studies and apply business with a BMC approach. This community service activity does not only take place offline, but is continued with assistance to business actors in order to improve the quality and competitiveness of businesses so as to be able to build the economic welfare of the Indonesian people

Abstract

Cikadu Village is located in Tanjungjaya Village, Pandeglang, Banten–about eight kilometers from Tanjung Lesung beach. This Ciakdu Tourism Village is a relocation from several villages including Kalica, Cadasngampar, Cisadang, and Bodur villages. This village has natural and cultural beauty. Cikadu Village is one of the villages in the National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN), which was directly appointed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo to serve as a Tourism Village. One of the products produced by this village is batik. The majority of batik activities in Cikadu village are carried out by mothers who still use manual or traditional methods, which require patience and high accuracy. The implementation process is also very long, it can take 1 week or even 1 month depending on the motifs and colors used. One of the community service activities (PKM) sponsored by IDRI (Republic of Indonesia Lecturers Association) is a batik cultural tourism, namely knowing and learning the process of making batik manually. The method of activity carried out is by listening to the methods and techniques of batik which then immediately tries to practice how the batik process is. The expected result is that batik culture can continue to be preserved by wearing batik clothes or products and encourage batik activities which are a tourism attraction as one of Indonesia's cultural heritage

Abstract

Pencak silat is a martial arts system inherited by ancestors as the culture of the Indonesian nation so that it needs to be preserved, fostered, and developed. Martial arts is a martial arts movement that aims to protect yourself from things that are harmful and can threaten safety. Pencak silat also serves as a performing art, as a sport for physical freshness, matches and achievements and self-control, that is, the formation of personality, morals, character, faith and piety to God Almighty. The sport of martial arts is also included in the curriculum for learning physical education and health in schools. Pencak silat is a sports sport that is competed at the national and international levels. One of the categories competed in the pencak championship is the singles technique category. A single move is a martial arts match that features a martial artist demonstrating proficiency in a single standard move correctly, precisely and steadily and soulfully with his bare hands and armed. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase understanding of the movement of single moves in the working group of sports teachers in the west rengat district of Indra Giru Hulu Regency. Abstract

Community Service conducted on Penjas teachers in Rengat Barat sub-district is a partner in community service, aims to increase teacher competence and be able to prepare a good test instrument after analyzing the level of difficulty ,differentiating power of the problem, and the functioning of the distractor or Spieler problem and make the results of the analysis will make the selected set of questions and become a question bank that is ready to be tested on students when needed in the evaluation process. From the results of service activities by mentoring partner teachers, in general, have a positive impact and partner teachers in the group of Penjas teachers in West Rengat District are able to analyze the questions, hopefully in the future they can set a good instrument after the analysis and get a good quality evaluation

Abstract

Farmer empowerment activities by students and lecturers of Sintuwu Maroso Poso University in the form of livestock health services aimed at increasing the empowerment of farmers in Maleali Village, Parigi Moutong Regency. This community service specifically aims to carry out the injection of vitamin B complex in cattle. Based on the observations of the service team from Sintuwu Maroso Poso University, most of the people in Maleali Village make a living as rancher farmers. The obstacle is the lack of knowledge of breeders about applied technologies in the field of animal husbandry, especially in the injection of B-complex vitamins in livestock. For this reason, the service team is trying to be a motivator and facilitator to optimize community empowerment in Maleali Village. With the knowledge possessed by the service team, it can be used to solve problems that have been faced by breeders. The implementation method is in the form of observation, counseling and evaluation. The results of this service show that the empowerment activity has a very positive impact, where breeders experience an increase in satisfaction with all stages of community service activities that have been carried out. The increase in farmer satisfaction is evidenced by the percentage of satisfaction survey results, namely 75% are very satisfied with the implementation of community service activities, 88% are very satisfied with the service of injecting vitamin B complex in cows, 94% are very satisfied with the answers given by the service team above the farmer's questions. The follow-up to this service is the need for facilities from the local village government and the Livestock and Animal Health Office of Parigi Moutong Regency.

Abstract

In the developing applications that utilize Augmented Reality (AR) technology, one of the most commonly used methods is to utilize special markers. The marker serves as a reference point to determine the position of digital objects in the real world. Augmented Reality is a term for an environment that combines the real world and a virtual world created by a computer so that the boundary between the two becomes very thin. The partner in this community service activity is SD Negeri Nogotirto which is an educational unit with an elementary level in Sleman, Yogyakarta. From the results of the interviews it was found that in Natural Sciences (IPA) lessons learning activities still use torso media (mannequins), also use learning videos such as YouTube and so on, therefore we need interactive media that can be used at school or at home in teaching and learning activities that can improve students' understanding of the human body anatomy introduction material used by the teacher to convey learning material to students. With the existence of an interactive learning media that can be used as an innovative example of science material which is then seen and felt by students, so that they better understand the learning material. The result of this community service is an Android mobile Augmented Reality application as a teaching medium about the process of introducing body anatomy in science lessons

Abstract

Bojong Cae Village, Cibadak District is located in the government area of ??Lebak Banten Regency. Most of the residents in Bojong Cae Village work as laborers, entrepreneurs, employees and farming. For potential commodities in this area, there are several home industries as well as in the agro-business sector. One of the agricultural commodities found in this area is melinjo fruit and used as chips. The problem faced is that there are still many housewives in the area who do not have jobs that can provide additional income for their families. Making business plans and on-line marketing provides insights and business opportunities for PKK mothers and MSMEs. The specific targets of this service activity are (1) providing an understanding of on-line business planning and marketing; (2) partners are able to make good business plans; (3) partners are able to implement on-line marketing; (4) Creating a productive society and having additional income to support the family economy.
