Abstract

Gangguan jiwa merupakan kondisi yang mempengaruhi kehidupan individu secara psikis. Terapi musik merupakan terapi yang digunakan untuk membantu pasien jiwa dalam mengekspresikan perasaan, memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap emosi dan suasana hati, serta menyediakan kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan membangun kedekatan emosional. Terapi ini dilakukan dengan memberikan musik dan alat musik sebagai media terapi. Data terkait hasil terapi dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil yang dicapai dari terapi musik ini adalah munculnya emosi positif bagi pasien dan kesempatan untuk saling berinteraksi.

Abstract

FK Puspa, merupakan lembaga masyarakat yang terbentuk di bawah Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak. Tujuan utama nya adalah mendorong masyarakat agar dapat berpartisipasi dalam pemberdayakan perempuan dan perlindungan anak, menciptakan kondisi masyarakat yang peduli terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak dan mempercepat pelaksanaan pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak. Maka dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini pengurus FK Puspa Kota Bogor sangat antusias untuk dapat bergabung dan menambah wawasan dan keterampilan khususnya dalam keterampilan pengolahan gambar digital. Dalam era digitalisasi sekarang ini, tentunya kemampuan pengolahan atau penyuntingan gambar digital ini sangat nyata dibutuhkan. Terlebih dalam bidang promosi produk sangat dibutuhkan, gambar yang memikat untuk dapat menambah daya tarik produk yang dipasarkan. Dalam pemasaran secara digital, kualitas gambar yang baik dan menarik menjadi sangat penting. Maka pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan pembekalan wawasan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan penyuntingan gambar digital menggunakan perangkat lunak Adobe Photoshop. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini peserta akan mampu melakukan upaya pemasaran produk secara digital dengan lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Smart Indonesia Academy, as a management consulting firm, provides management training on overcoming obstacles in the digital era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, particularly in light of the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which needs the Bank Sulutgo team to accomplish everything digitally. This type of training is an activity that promotes community empowerment. The goal of this study is to investigate the Smart Indonesia Academy program, which involves giving human resource management training to Bank Sulutgo Malang in the context of community empowerment. This study employs a qualitative approach combined with an analytical descriptive strategy. According to the study's findings, Smart Indonesia Academy conducted this community service project at the Bank Sulutgo Malang office on February 21, 2022, which was attended by the Bank Sulutgo Malang staff as part of their HR management training. To make sure that human resource training is done right, it follows a lot of rules. These rules help the Bank Sulutgo Malang team answer the Smart Indonesia Academy's 2W1H (Why, What, and How) questions.

Abstract

Proper care for dental and oral health needs to be performed since early ages. Elementary school students should develop good habit related to dental health by regular teeth brushing and consuming health food, including at school. Dental health cadres have been appointed to assist dental health workers in carrying out efforts to maintain the dental and oral health of school members. Teachers are potential dental health cadres who can guide students to develop proper dental health behavior at schools. Purpose: This community service was administered to enhance the knowledge and skills of dentalhealth cadres to be able to assist elementary school students in improving their dental and oral health. Method: The training was conducted through lectures, demonstrations and simulations for teachers as dental health cadres at Manefu Elementary School, Taebenu District. Some educational media were used including posters, phantoms and toothbrushes and training manuals. Training and simulations on how to properly brush teeth and maintain dental health were held. In this study,a quasi-experimental pretest and posttest design was also performed and data of the study were analyzed using the paired sample test. Results: Training and assistance program for dental health cadres was found effective in improving the knowledge and skills of dental health cadres with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

Covid-19 adalah penyakit yang baru-baru ini tersebar yang disebabkan adanya infeksi virus bernama SARS-Cov-2. Gangguan Kesehatan yang ditimbulkan oleh Covid-19 ini mengakibatkan penderitanya mengalami gangguan pernapasan. Penularan virus ini sangatlah mudah diantaranya dengan percikan air liur dari penderita covid. Untuk menghindari lonjakan penderita covid, maka pemerintah memberikan kebijakan untuk selalu mematuhi protocol kesehatan. Selain itu juga menganjurkan untuk malakukan vaksin yang mana berfungsi untuk memberikan kekebalan pada tubuh guna melawan infeksi Covid-19. Metode penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan yaitu memberikan pengertian maupun pengetahuan terhadap urgensi vaksin. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan demontrasi penerapan protocol kesehatan, lalu praktek ibadah ditengah pandemi covid. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai vaksin Covid-19 serta meningkatnya komitmen masyarakat untuk sadar protocol kesehatan dan secara sukarela menghadiri kegiatan vaksinasi

Abstract

The purpose of this financial literacy webinar activity is to provide participants with financial literacy skills, and to know the financial literacy abilities of the millennial generation and to increase the understanding of financial literacy of the millennial generation through the provision of webinar material. The material presented is about financial literacy knowledge, financial life cycle, financial financial planning process, scope of financial planning, and application of financial records. The participants were students from the Denpasar National Polytechnic campus, students from several campuses in Bali and outside Bali, high school/vocational high school students from Bali and outside Bali and general public. However, because it is still in the atmosphere of the COVID-19 pandemic, the provision of insight and assessment of insights is carried out online through the Zoom meeting application. There are 122 participants who are willing to take part in this webinar. The importance of knowledge about financial literacy to make the millennial generation financially literate. Financial literacy means understanding how to manage money, paying off debt, insurance, retirement savings, taxes, and financial products such as credit and loans. With a state of financial literacy, the millennial generation can use these financial products to achieve financial prosperity.

Abstract

Over the last several decades, corporate treasury management methods have evolved significantly. Treasury management's duties continue to expand. The Bank of China, which has been commercially active in Indonesia since 1938, is one of the international banks that has begun to recognize the importance of treasury management. As a management organization, Smart Indonesia Academy offers treasury management training to the Bank of China team as a means of empowering the community. The goal of this research was to conduct an analysis of the Smart Indonesia Academy program, which included delivering marketing training for treasury management to the Bank of China team in the context of community empowerment. This is a qualitative study using an analytical descriptive strategy. The findings indicated that the community service on March 30, 2022, was conducted efficiently and successfully. Additionally, the Bank of China team believes that similar community service initiatives may be sustained with a variety of different subjects or issues.

Abstract

In uncertain conditions, the current pandemic has forced all schools to adopt the new pedagogy approach. It makes every student and teacher adapt to a renewable education system through hybrid learning. Therefore, it is aligned with teaching and learning activities and the essential competencies required for each school to implement and make this program a success. Moreover, through the hybrid system, it is necessary to experiment with a system of teaching and learning activities in Arabic language science, Islamic Studies, and memorising Tahfidz al-Quran, which has been taking place in the past semesters at SMA Islam Ibnu Umar Tangerang Selatan. The existence of good cooperation between students' teachers and other stakeholders from the family will help the success of this program, and it is expected that it will be sustainable in the long term.

Abstract

One of the efforts that can be done is through community empowerment in agriculture, especially the horticultural agriculture sub-sector so that people can get out of this multidimensional crisis. If we look at the geographical conditions and the life of the people in Manggarai, especially in Ago Village, Todo Village, North Satarmese Subdistrict, which is agrarian, the development in the agricultural sector is very suitable to be implemented and also to support empowerment efforts carried out by the government. Therefore, farmers who are members of the 3G Farmer Group at Kampung Ago are trying to improve their Horticultural farming business in order to improve mutual welfare through the development of Organic Agriculture on our lands. Basically the group still has limitations in both Knowledge and Business Capital. Activities This community service activity was attended by leaders and members of the 3G-AGO farmer group who are practicing to develop farmer group organizations. They consist of 20 members who have officially joined this farmer group and 4 administrators. The activity will be held on Saturday 5 March 2022 and Sunday 6 March 2019 starting at 09.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB through zoom online. The participants were quite enthusiastic about participating in this training activity. At first, participants were given material according to the theme of this service. The material presented was enough to open their horizons about the importance of organizational governance and leadership. The provision of material is not only given in a lecture model, but is combined with several other methods to make it more relevant. Participants are invited to actively participate in the training process, by developing their creativity to discuss leadership and organizational issues, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The highest effectiveness value on membership insight is due to the efforts of members who are often present and active in activities made by farmer groups so that the longer the membership period of farmer group members, coupled with a strong desire to learn and actively participate in membership activities will produce knowledge insights. and also experience in organization. All of this really requires strengthening leadership in the 3G-AGO Farmer Group, Todo Village, North Satar Mese District, Manggarai – East Nusa Tenggara.
