Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of 3 (three) articles that discuss the analysis of the application of ISO 9001: 2015 in Higher Education, aiming to identify and summarize articles that have been published previously without any criticism for the articles reviewed. The results of the review show at the stage of designing and developing an ISO 9001 standard quality management system, through the stages of planning, implementation, inspection and continuous improvement. The design and development of quality management systems is built through literature studies related to ISO 9001 requirements and all policies, manuals, guidelines, standards, work instructions in universities, as well as discussions with all leaders in Faculties, Departments, Study Programs and related Bureaus. The results of this study reveal that strong management and leadership commitment is not only one of the supporters of the effectiveness of the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system, but the need for financial resources, facilities, infrastructure and people is important to manage. Based on the f test, it was obtained that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable of 53,863. Based on the regression test, it can be stated that ISO 9001: 2015 does not have a partial but simultaneous effect when integrated with motivation and competence variables. Quality Management uses control and assurance of product processes to achieve quality more consistently. The basic pattern of a quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) is what we will and after we do we write (planning and reports) and what we write we do which is better known as the P-D-C-A (Plan – Do – Check – Action) pattern. The concept of quality control is the basis for assessing the results to be achieved in the context of meeting customer needs and satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information technology adoption on Individual Knowledge-Sharing Intention by involving the leadership style variable as a mediator. The sample of this research was taken from 102 lecturers of a private university in Indonesia using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 software as a statistical tool. Abstract

Massage as a skill has a very long history. Even massage is the oldest activity used by humans to expel fatigue and stress (fussy). At the beginning of its appearance, massage was believed to be one of the best ways to relieve fatigue, stress, muscle stiffness and aches. (Syaukani, 2015). The general purpose of this study was to explore the effect of giving infant massage to the discomfort (fussiness) of infants in PMB S, Kec. Coconut Hut Ex. Duren Sawit East Jakarta 2022. Using an experimental research plan. Experimental research is a research design that is used to find a causal relationship with research involvement. The difference in the level of influence after and before giving baby massage is (0.36). The results of the pre-posttest analysis showed the mean pretest (0.53) and posttest (0.90). In the pretest-posttest sig test, the value obtained is 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is a significant effect on giving massage to the discomfort (fussiness) in infants at PMB S. The average value of the pretest is 0.5333 and the posttest is 0.9000. Giving baby massage has an effect on overcoming discomfort in infants with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. With this thesis, parents understand that massage that is carried out regularly and correctly can have a positive impact on infants and toddlers including babies can sleep more soundly, increase weight, reduce fussiness.
