Despite significant structural and economic reforms to promote economic growth, Malawi remains a low-income nation. More than 80% of export revenue is earned by the agricultural sector, which drives the economy and accounts for 36% of the country's output and employs more than 80% of the labor force. The goal of the study is to pinpoint Malawi's high-growth and employment-potential industries. The study uses the growth identification and facilitation framework—a useful tool for policymakers that operationalizes important new structural economics insights—to help developing country policymakers pinpoint the sectors and goods in which they have a comparative advantage. Using Bangladesh, China, Rwanda, and Vietnam as benchmark nations, Malawi's manufacturing, tourism, and agriculture sectors show promise for growth and can be greatly converted into a competitive edge. His research has important policy ramifications, particularly for areas in which Malawi has a comparative advantage. These include the need for measures that would improve the business environment and promote the export of goods and services with added value

The socio-demographic conditions of the region have an influence on the transportation performance in the region. This study aims to determine the shortest path between two specified points, namely the starting and the end point of several sub-districts in Medan city, especially the sub-district of Medan Amplas. To get the output, several steps are needed, namely collecting the coordinates of street names and road lengths, which is obtained from Google maps. Graphs are used to present the data. Data analysis is used by Floyd–Warshall Algorithm with HTML Web Application supported by PHP programming language, JavaScript and MySQL database. The test results using the Black Box method show that the system functionality is 100% running well. For testing, the results of the final W_ij and Z^* final matrix calculations generated by the system is same with the manual calculations. Finally, to test the reliability of the system made, the results of the reliability test show the truth of working well and it can be accepted. There are no path deviations, so that the results are as expected

Agriculture has an important role in improving food security and food availability which is also a source of income for farming communities in the village. The decision of farmers in cultivation has started from one month of planting. This activity is carried out by farmers to ensure good results. This study uses a quantitative approach that looks at farmers' activities in media exposure on social media related to managed farming. The farmers who were respondents were South Sumatran farmers in two districts of Ogan Ilir and Banyuasin. Sampling of 100 people by considering the adequacy of data to generalize. The data extracted is seen from the use of social media and the management of cultivation carried out. The results showed that the use of social media was carried out more than the entertainment used by farmers. Very few farmers use social media as part of decision-making considerations. Decisions are taken from the accumulation of information received directly by farmers and conditions in the field

Review of the trademark determination in court decision Number 75/Pdt.Sus-Hki/Merek/ 2022/Pn Niaga Jkt.Pst rejection of the application for the trademark GENHALILINTAR + Painting by Anofial Asmid because it was registered by PT SOKA CIPTA NIAGA on October 23 2017 with a Notification of Rejection Registration of the Mark "GENHALILINTAR + Painting" Agenda Number D002018027834 dated 31 December 2019 by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property and Decision of the Mark Appeal Commission / Defendant Number 375 / KBM / IPR / 2020 dated 8 September 2020. This turns out to be interesting because in Halilintar Anofial Asmid has registered the GENHALILINTAR + Painting brand in several classes, which of course contradicts the arguments in the Notice of Rejection and Decision of the Mark Appeal Commission. This paper uses normative legal research methods. With the conclusion Based on the legal annotation of the Decision that there are problems that occur in granting well-known trademark rights to certain people or civil legal entities, especially if the trademark holder is not the initial initiator of its popularity. In terms of administrative certainty of the GENHALILINTAR + Painting mark, state administrative legal action in trademark disputes can be filed against the decision to delete a registered mark at the initiative of the Minister. If there has not been an administrative Judge's Decision, the first principle is that the registered mark has a stronger position compared to the popular indication of a mark

This research examines the dynamics of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia with a focus on typology and development. Through a qualitative descriptive approach and library research, this research identified three developing typologies of Islamic boarding schools: Salaf Islamic Boarding Schools, Modern Islamic Boarding Schools, and Radical Islamic Boarding Schools. Salaf Islamic boarding schools, which are traditional Islamic boarding schools, maintain the teaching of classical Islamic books without adding to the general curriculum. The case study of the Tarbiyatun Nasyi'in Islamic Boarding School in Jombang provides an illustration of the sustainability of the Salafist model which still exists today. Modern Islamic boarding schools, represented by Pondok Modern Gontor, show transformation by incorporating a general curriculum, emphasizing Arabic and English language teaching, and managing Islamic boarding school management neatly. This phenomenon illustrates the adaptation of Islamic boarding schools to the demands of the times and general education. Radical Islamic boarding schools reflect a conservative and scriptural Islamic ideology, often involving fundamentalist views and radicalism. Case studies of Islamic boarding schools in Lamongan and Ngruki highlight the negative impact of radical thinking in the students' thinking patterns and the involvement of some alumni in acts of terrorism. This research describes the variations in educational approaches and religious views in Islamic boarding schools, reflecting the dynamics of Islam in Indonesia. With a deeper understanding of Islamic boarding school typology, this research contributes to detailing the development and role of Islamic boarding schools in shaping Islamic society in Indonesia

Indonesia has a very large plantation area and is the main sector to support the community's economy. Generally, not all of the harvests obtained are good, so farmers experience losses. This condition is influenced by several factors such as plant needs that are not being met, which is why the Smart Watering System for Plantation (SWAP) is presented. SWAP is an automatic plant watering tool designed for the plantation sector by implementing a data transmission system using LoRa (Long Range) and NodeMCU ESP 8266 as a microprocessor. This research aims to determine and test data transmission performance using LoRa (Long Range). The aspects tested were testing the data transmission configuration using LoRa and delay testing in the plantation 1 and plantation 2 areas. The results shows that the plantation 2 has a better performance in terms of delay with 280,97 ms than plantation 1 that needs 322,53 ms to transmit the data
