The Government of Indonesia is targeting the acceleration of Social Forestry through Community Forestry, which applies a management pattern with a system of combining various types of plants from both trees and agricultural crops in a land known as Agroforestry (Puspasari et al., 2017). The people of Dompu Regency utilize forest areas as community forests for their social interests without considering the sustainability of forest. This research method uses descriptive research methods. Using two approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that the mixed agroforestry pattern provides a higher net income (IDR 7,082,924/year) than the simple agroforestry pattern (IDR 2,938,820/year), although it requires higher production costs. In addition to income from agroforestry, some farmers also earned income from non-agroforestry sectors, such as farm labor, salaries, and self-employed businesses, with an average household income of Rp12,755,208/year. The highest income of farmer households was obtained from corn farming with an average contribution of 60%. Then followed by non-agroforestry income contributing 27%. If the contribution made by agroforestry 10% of the total income, it is very helpful in meeting needs (Octavianingsih, 2010) in (Sari et al., 2021). While farmer household income from agroforestry practices averaged 12%, this is because farmers have just implemented an agroforestry system on their cultivated land so that the contribution value of agroforestry to income is still relatively low with corn farming.

The forest area has considerable potential for medicinal plants. However, their usage remains limited. This study aimed to identify the diversity of medicinal plant species in Suranadi Nature Park and their application as traditional medicine among the residents of Suranadi Village. Data were collected through field observations and interviews held between December and February 2025 within the 52-hectare Suranadi Nature Park. This study used a sampling intensity of 2% and obtained 26 sample plots. Plot locations were determined using a systematic sampling technique with a random starting point. Interviews were conducted with 44 purposively chosen respondents to obtain information regarding the use of medicinal plants by Suranadi Village residents. Results showed that 78 species of medicinal plants from 40 families were found in the Suranadi Nature Park, with the Fabaceae family representing the highest number of species at 8% of the total. The medicinal plant habitus with the highest percentage is a tree at 53%. There are 59 disease categories that medicinal plants from Suranadi Nature Park can treat, with diarrhea being the primary condition addressed by 13 identified plant species, where leaves are the most used part, accounting for 44%.

This study looks at how customer satisfaction, trust, and religiosity affect travelers' intentions to return to Sharia-compliant hotels (SHHs), a developing segment of the global hospitality market. The study synthesizes material published between 2019 and 2024 using the PRISMA standards for systematic literature review (SLR). According to the report, one of the main reasons Muslim customers choose SHHs—which provide services in line with Islamic values, such halal meals and prayer areas—is their level of religiosity. The association between satisfaction and intention to return is shown to be mediated by trust, and customer loyalty is fostered by moral conduct and openness. Furthermore, future visits are strongly predicted by customer satisfaction, which is impacted by both functional and spiritual service characteristics. The results highlight the necessity for hotels to match their services with Islamic principles in order to create enduring bonds with its patrons. In order to improve Muslim tourists' experiences, the study ends with a need for more research to hone theoretical frameworks and examine how these elements interact in various cultural contexts

Changes in agricultural land use are uncontrolled, influenced by population growth. Along with the advancement and development of human life, the pressing need for land has resulted in the increasing threat to existing agricultural land or the existence of available land so that agricultural land changes function to meet the needs of the community. This study aims to map the conversion of agricultural land into residential land. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The object of this study is Sidodadi Village, while the target of this study is agricultural land that has been converted into residential land. The data collection techniques that will be used in this study are observation, documentation, and the analysis activity stage. The data analysis techniques used in this study are image analysis, land use change analysis, descriptive analysis, and land conversion rate analysis. The results of the study showed that agricultural land in 2005 was 127.67 Ha and residential land was 63.24 Ha. The area of conversion of agricultural land to residential land in 2005-2010 always experienced an increase in area every year, in 2005 to 2010 it was 3.35 Ha, in 2010 to 2015 it was 7.88 Ha and in 2015 to 2022 it was 15.44 Ha, the total overall from 2005 to 2022 was 27.68 Ha. Factors that influence land conversion are high demand for housing, strategic land location, community economic factors, high population growth, and unfulfilled or inadequate infrastructure

This study aims to examine the relationship between work-life balance and work role conflict with job stress among employees of PT. X. Data were collected using three scales: the work-life balance scale, the work role conflict scale, and the job stress scale, all utilizing a Likert scale format. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression. The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between work-life balance and work role conflict with job stress among employees of PT. X (significance value 0.000 < 0.05 and F-value 128.260 > F-table 3.021), with an effective contribution of 42.2%. Partially, work-life balance has a significant negative relationship with job stress (t = -3.105, p < 0.05), while work role conflict has a significant positive relationship with job stress (t = 15.516, p < 0.05). This indicates that the lower the level of work-life balance, the higher the level of job stress experienced by employees. Similarly, the higher the level of work role conflict, the higher the level of job stress. These findings offer important contributions to human resource management, particularly in supporting work-life balance and managing work role conflict to reduce employee job stress at PT. X

This study investigates the impact of tadabbur behavior, operationalized through financial risk tolerance as a moderating variable, on the antecedents of responsible financial management behavior among young adults in Central Java, Indonesia. The sample comprised young adults aged 18 to 60 years. The research employed a two-step analytical approach, utilizing standard partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) alongside multigroup moderation analysis. The findings derived from the structural modeling indicate that financial management behavior is significantly influenced by financial knowledge, financial attitude, and an internal locus of control. However, the hypothesis positing tadabbur behavior, as defined by financial risk tolerance, as a moderating factor was not supported. These results suggest that the Indonesian populace, particularly in Central Java, has not fully integrated considerations of risk into their financial management practices

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of servant leadership, organizational climate, work productivity, workload, and compensation on lecturer work stress in private universities. Using a quantitative approach with path analysis, data were collected through questionnaires from 200 lecturers selected via proportional stratified random sampling. The analysis showed that workload and compensation act as intervening variables influencing work stress. Results indicate that servant leadership and organizational climate significantly reduce stress both directly and indirectly through workload and compensation. Lecturer productivity also indirectly affects stress via compensation. These findings underscore the importance of educational management practices that prioritize balanced workload distribution, fair compensation, and supportive leadership to reduce work-related stress among lecturers

Every culture has a customary legal system designed to maintain social order, preserve traditions, and strengthen communal identity. In Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), customary values and traditions are passed down through generations, including in traditional marriage practices. However, these local marriage customs often conflict with the regulations of the Catholic Church, particularly the Code of Canon Law (KHK), which serves as a guiding framework for the majority of the Manggaraian people. This study aims to explore the reciprocal relationship between the Code of Canon Law and customary law in Manggaraian marriage practices and how both can contribute to fostering harmonious family life. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as literature review, document analysis, and field observations. The findings indicate that both customary law and the Code of Canon Law play significant roles in shaping a prosperous family institution. However, substantial differences between the two legal systems often create tensions in practice. This research seeks to offer a conceptual framework for harmonizing religious and cultural perspectives through open dialogue between Church authorities and customary leaders

The construction sector is one of the largest greenhouse gas contributors in the world. The use of raw materials as building materials is the main cause of carbon emissions in the construction industry. The use of steel materials has become very popular because it can be associated with a number of qualities, including its extraordinary durability, resistance to pressure, and flexibility. This is the main cause of steel materials being used massively in construction projects. If this continues for a long time, it will result in increasingly severe global warming. Therefore, a very detailed analysis and calculation are needed regarding the relationship between steel weight, carbon content, and structural strength so that, in addition to being structurally strong, it can be efficient in weight and very minimal in the carbon value released during the work process and the life of the building. Tekla Structures software is one of the software programs that can be used for the above analysis needs, the ultimate goal of which is to reduce carbon emissions. Three (3) different cross-section sizes have been examined using structural analysis, and calculations have been made on the carbon content that can be optimized for the material: H 400.400.13.2, 350.350.10.16, and 300.300.10.15. This study has successfully determined that the column with the size H 300.300.10.15 produces a carbon mass of 629,288.00 kg. (kg CO2e). With the smallest carbon content value and the carbon presentation in the material of 66.23%, the column cross-section with the size H 300.300.10.15 is recommended for use as a column structure cross-section
