Forest management in Indonesia is now adopting the Social Forestry approach, a legal scheme that grants management rights to local communities to sustainably manage state forests, customary forests or rights forests. This study aims to identify various agroforestry patterns and analyze the estimation of carbon stocks in these patterns in Dompu District. The data collection method was carried out by census with a sample intensity of 30 plots in all demonstration plots which will then be distributed by random sampling, considering the representation of vegetation conditions and accessibility. Variables studied for pattern identification include plant species, number, wood/non-wood grouping, and dominance of main stand types. For carbon estimation, the variables used include DBH measurement, tree height, volume, BEF, biomass, and live biomass carbon. The results showed two agroforestry patterns: mixed and simple. The estimated carbon stock in the mixed pattern was 16.18 tons/ha, while in the simple pattern it was 27.14 tons/ha

This study aims to prove the influence of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on students’ learning outcomes in the Indonesian Language subject for fourth-grade students at SDN 4 Sindue. The population in this study consisted of all fourth-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 27 students, comprising 12 male and 15 female students. Data collection was carried out using multiple-choice tests. Data analysis involved normality testing and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a paired sample t-test with the aid of SPSS Statistics version 22. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value (sig) of 0.000, which is less than the predetermined significance level of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model has a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes in the Indonesian Language subject for fourth-grade students at SDN 4 Sindue.

This article examines the legal status of sale and purchase deeds executed under abuse of circumstances (Misbruik van Omstandigheden) within the evidentiary framework of civil disputes in Indonesian contract law. Although formally valid as authentic deeds under Article 1868 of the Indonesian Civil Code, such deeds may be materially flawed when executed under unequal bargaining conditions involving economic coercion, psychological dominance, or informational imbalance. Employing a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and jurisprudential approaches, this study applies the theories of legal certainty, justice, and evidence to assess the enforceability and probative force of such deeds. The study reveals that abuse of circumstances constitutes a defect of will (wilsgebreken), undermining the subjective validity required by Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated analysis of evidentiary consequences arising from private agreements tainted by structural inequality, an area often neglected in existing legal literature. The article concludes that the absence of explicit statutory provisions on abuse of circumstances contributes to doctrinal fragmentation and legal uncertainty in civil adjudication

The increasing public demand for land is closely linked to the transfer of land rights. Ideally, no legal action should be taken regarding the transfer of rights over land that is currently under dispute in court. However, normatively, such transfers are permitted under the revised ministerial regulation. Article 39 paragraph (1) letter F of Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration states that "a Land Deed Official (PPAT) must refuse to draw up a deed if the object of the legal act is in dispute concerning its physical and/or juridical data." In contrast, Article 126 paragraph (2) of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency Regulation No. 16 of 2021 allows the registration of land rights transfer under dispute, provided the parties involved issue a "statement letter" from both the transferor and transferee. This research addresses the issue of normative inconsistency between these two provisions. The study applies normative juridical research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The legal materials used include primary, secondary, tertiary sources, and interviews. Data were analyzed through legal interpretation, systematization, and evaluation, supported by literature review from various academic libraries and legal documentation centers

Government communication plays a crucial role in enhancing the government’s credibility. These two aspects are inseparable; if the government's credibility is to increase, it is essential to realize the communication function effectively. Banten Province is one of the regions in Indonesia that once had a powerful oligarchic structure. This research aims to determine the role of government communication in establishing the credibility of local governments in Banten Province. The approach used in this study is the postpositivist paradigm, known as Quasi-Qualitative Design (QQD), which utilizes theory as a basis for thinking and analysis in the field. Therefore, during the data collection phase, the researcher will conduct qualitative research thoroughly. The research data was gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Once collected, the data is analyzed both manually and with the NVivo application. The study results indicate that the government's communication function in enhancing credibility has not been optimally implemented. This is evidenced by the two dimensions of the government's communication function that have not been maximized: the functions of influencing and conveying information. While the other two functions are operational, they need to be optimized. The aspect of local government credibility has been effectively implemented; of the four dimensions analyzed, all four have operated in harmony and balance, leaving no prominent dimension, including power, competence, integrity, and attractiveness
