In addition, community participation in building a tourism ecosystem in the historic Trowulan area is motivated by the hope of getting a better economic life to improve the welfare of the community. Community empowerment is essential in increasing community participation in developing the potential and capacity of local resources through developing tourism businesses, especially those based on historical tourism. Community empowerment and participation are two entities that need each other. On the one hand, participation requires empowerment, and on the other hand, empowerment requires participation. The absence of one can hinder efforts to develop tourist areas

Abstract

The presence of a notary in the midst of society is very important, because a notary can provide guarantees of legal certainty related to making authentic deeds. According to Permenkumham No. 9 of 2017, notaries are required to follow the principle of recognizing service users. This obligation is borne by Reporting Notaries Parties in reporting questionable service users' financial activity as well as a form of protection for Protecting notaries from the risks of money laundering and steps to bolster government initiatives to combat money laundering. However, in implementing this principle there are still several notaries who have not implemented it. The problems studied in this study are related to the effectiveness of implementing the idea of recognizing service consumers in accordance with Permenkumham No. 9 of 2017 as the legal basis of Notaries in Malang City. The research method used is socio-legal with a sociological approach or looking at the implementation of norms in the field. The results of the study show that notaries in Malang are still found not to have implemented PMPJ based on Permenkumham No. 9 of 2017, PMPJ is considered a Notary. then the implementation is not effective, even though the legal substance has provided rules, the implementation of this article is hampered by several factors, namely the Notary Factor itself originating from an internal Notary who does not apply it, does not understand the obligation to apply the Principle of Recognizing a Service User (PMPJ) based on Permenkumham No. 9 of 2017, Inadequate facilities, notary's lack of understanding regarding how to control/use the IT system, and there are no strict sanctions from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights against notaries who do not implement PMPJ

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the pesantren elite in winning the Abdul Hafidz - Bayu Andrianto candidate pair in the 2015 Rembang District Election. Islamic boarding schools specifically have not been carried out by many researchers. This is because most studies on Islamic boarding schools so far have focused on the kiai as the strongest figure who dominates various cultural, social, economic and political capitals of pesantren. The theory used to look at the practice of the 2015 Rembang local elections where Nyai Muhimmah was staged was James C. Scott's patron-client. He explained that the patron-client relationship can be seen through the pattern of relations that exist between the elite as patrons and the community as clients. By using a qualitative method, namely data collection through in-depth interviews and literature studies, the authors found that Nyai as a female pesantren leader was able to increase the electability of the couple Abdul Hafidz - Bayu Andrianto with absolute victory in all sub-districts even though she ran as a candidate from an independent path. Through her network, namely Islamic boarding schools, organizations and individuals, she succeeded in winning the pair Abdul Hafidz - Bayu Andrianto. Based on this, James Scott's theory has proven to be applicable and relevant to analyzing the patron-client relationship between Nyai and the people in Rembang Regency in the 2015 district election

Abstract

According to statistical data, the number of deaths due to accidents in Indonesia in 2017 was 30,568 people. Efforts are being made to reduce traffic violations, especially helmet violations. Helmets that must be worn by Indonesian motorcyclists must comply with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), but there are still many non-SNI helmets circulating. A possible solution for monitoring is the identification of motorbikes in traffic based on Deep Learning. In this study, the classification of helmets was carried out using the YO-LO (You Only Look Once) method. The SNI helmet detection system aims to make drivers more disciplined in completing their riding equipment, especially helmets with SNI because this system requires riders to wear helmets that comply with LLAJ or SNI (Indonesian National Standard) helmets before riding. Trending Machine Learning and Deep Learning conduct research to discover new methods and advanced architectures such as YOLO (You Only Look Once). YOLO is an object detection network architecture that is claimed to be the "fastest deep learning object detector" that prioritizes accuracy and speed. With YOLOv4, violations by motorbike riders can be detected in real-time and whether the riders recorded on the camera are directly wearing SNI helmets, non-SNI helmets or not wearing helmets. The best accuracy for real-time motorcyclist violations with YOLOv4 is the best mAP value of 99.69%

Abstract

Billboards are one of the outdoor promotional media used to convey information or notifications to the public, which are usually used by many legislative candidates to carry out political campaigns. One of the viral billboards that was in the spotlight in 2020 because it looked like it was carrying out a political campaign, was when Arief Muhammad's face was surprisingly complete with the words 'Ready to Be Number 1' emblazoned on a street corner located in Bintaro, South Jakarta, which was interpreted by the public will plunge into the world of politics in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to focus on how a billboard can support marketing performance through a creative campaign that is packaged with a guerilla marketing strategy using Roland Barthes' semiotics, to produce denotative, connotative, mythical meanings, along with the findings of the ideology of capitalism and nationalism on these viral billboards. The results of this study indicate that all verbal and nonverbal signs on the billboard 'Ready to Be Number 1' are interpreted as a form of Arief Muhammad's seriousness in acquiring, promoting, and making Prepp Studio the number 1 men's fashion brand in Indonesia, under his leadership with Dimas Mairyan’s. The researcher concludes that the 'Ready to Be Number 1' billboard tries to take advantage of the momentum of the 2020 Regional Head Election campaign to support the campaign so that it becomes stronger with political overtones
