Project success is usually measured by short success time and minimal cost without ignoring the quality of the results. Construction project delays, namely procurement of materials that are not on schedule, labor performance that does not follow the current progress of the work, weather factors are also included in the delay in the implementation of work and the cause of delays in the project, one of which is the failure in the construction of the fence resulting in the collapse of the fence and the repetition of the work. The crash program method is one way that can be used to optimize time and cost in a project. This discussion uses time acceleration and the addition of overtime hours. means accelerating work that is on the critical path, each acceleration carried out will be evaluated based on the cost and how long the project can be accelerated in this way. The calculation results use time acceleration with the addition of overtime hours with the alternative used is the addition of working hours (overtime). The time of the project acceleration is 204 HK with a total project cost of Rp. 8,554,773,321.64, while the completion of normal time is 245 HK with a total project cost of Rp. 8,582,694,112.09. The acceleration result is a reduction in time of 41 HK with an additional total project cost of Rp. 27,920,790.45

An important consideration in structural calculations is a structure's vibration period, which establishes the size of the seismic stresses applied during the design phase. North Sulawesi falls within the category of high-risk earthquake region. The formula for calculating the vibration period, as outlined in SNI 03-1726-2012 is based on Goel and Chopra's (1997) approach and ASCE seismic standards. Nevertheless, SNI 03-1726-2012's formula has a notable limitation: it applies the same approach to all earthquake zones, regardless of whether the area is high-risk or low-risk. This study aims to develop a structural period formula tailored following the SNI 03-1726-2012 earthquake design guidelines and to investigate how the quality of the concrete affects the structural lifespan. Three-dimensional structural modeling of typical structures with floors is used in the study. heights of 4 meters and widths of 4 meters, specifically focusing on mid-rise reinforced concrete buildings with 12 floors. Structural modeling is conducted using the ETABS software, and regression analysis is performed on the resulting structural period values to derive the most accurate formula. The regression analysis yielded two optimal formulas, each with a correlation value of 98%: T=0.105H0.785T = 0.105 H^{0.785}T=0.105H0.785 and T=0.311n0.785T = 0.311 n^{0.785}T=0.311n0.785. The findings indicate that lower concrete quality leads to an increased structural period, albeit with a smaller overall impact. Thus, concrete quality significantly influences the structural period

This research aims to elucidate the enthusiasm of the youth of GPIB Bukit Zaitun in participating in creative worship. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted through participatory observation by directly engaging in the creative worship activities held at GPIB Bukit Zaitun. The results of these observations were then reinforced by conducting interviews with 2 pastors, 3 church council members, and 9 youths involved in the creative worship activities. The data that has been collected was then analyzed, interpreted, verified, and subsequently concluded. The research results show that the Bukit Zaitun church council provides support to the youth in creative worship activities. The goal is for GPIB Bukit Zaitun to be responsible for producing youth who are ready to carry out the Christian mission in supporting national development. There are eight factors that support the youth's enthusiasm in participating in creative worship, namely: the work of the Holy Spirit, service oriented towards gifts, prayer, praise and worship, music, engaging sermons, identity strengthening, and adequate church facilities. In addition, it is also supported by the factor of pastoral leadership that can motivate the youth

This study aims to analyze the role of educational administration supervision in improving the quality of school management. The quality of school management is highly dependent on the effectiveness of supervision carried out by the principal, educational supervisor, and administrative staff. In this study, the method used is a literature study, by reviewing various relevant literature, both from books, articles, journals, and policy documents related to educational administration supervision. The analysis was carried out on various theories and practices of supervision related to increasing efficiency, accountability, and transparency in school management. The results of the literature study indicate that educational administration supervision plays an important role in creating an organized and efficient management system, improving managerial quality, and strengthening the capabilities of administrative staff. In addition, challenges identified in the implementation of supervision include the lack of training and professional development for administrative staff, technological limitations, and low levels of collaboration between related parties. As a solution, this study proposes the importance of increasing information technology-based training and developing a data-based and collaborative supervision system to support better school management quality. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and adaptive educational administration supervision policies and practices

Tari Bonet, as a cultural heritage of the Dawan ethnic group in East Nusa Tenggara, holds values of unity and kinship that are relevant in building a multicultural society. However, modernization and globalization have shifted the attention of the younger generation from local culture to popular culture, threatening the existence of the values embedded in Tari Bonet. This study aims to explore the meaning of multiculturalism in Tari Bonet from the perspective of Christian Religious Education, using a qualitative approach through ethnographic methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, church leaders, and educators, as well as observations of the performance of Tari Bonet in various social contexts. The research findings indicate that Tari Bonet is not only a symbol of togetherness but also a learning tool for instilling Christian values such as love, tolerance, and respect for diversity. The discussion highlights the role of Christian Religious Education in integrating local cultural values with multicultural principles, while also contributing to cultural preservation efforts. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of synergy between education, the church, and society in preserving Tari Bonet as a medium for shaping the character of the younger generation to appreciate cultural diversity within the framework of Christian faith. This study offers new insights into how local culture can serve as a bridge toward multicultural harmony

Gibran's candidacy as Vice President in the 2024 election is a new phenomenon in Indonesian politics. The reason is, that Gibran was chosen by Prabowo as his running mate in the election contestation at a young age. This reaps diverse perceptions, including Generation Z where researchers conduct research. The purpose of this study is to determine Generation Z's perception of Gibran's candidacy as Vice President in the 2024 election. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Based on the results, the perception of Generation Z towards Gibran's nomination as Vice Presidential Candidate in the 2024 election has positive and negative perceptions that arise based on three things, namely sensation, attention, and interpretation by each Generation Z. Positive perceptions are formed because the information obtained by generation Z is related to Gibran's track record of ability in handling the City of Solo, as a form of proof that young people are capable of becoming leaders, and as a novelty in the world of Indonesian politics. Negative perceptions are present because the information received by Generation Z related to Gibran's nomination at a young age cannot be separated from the efforts of the Constitutional Court as Gibran's uncle passed Gibran's age, and Gibran's nomination was likely planned

The effectiveness and efficiency of an organization are evaluated based on its social, environmental, and financial contributions, as recognized by the community and the environment in which it operates. However, there has been inconclusive and inconsistence in the existing literature on whether Green Accounting Disclosures have a positive or negative effect on financial performance and previous literature measured the financial performance with profitability and lack of transparency in reporting environmental impact in the company’s annual report. Hence, there is a need to examine the effects of Green Accounting Disclosures (GAD) on the Financial Performance of manufacturing companies in Nigeria to provide better comprehensive insights into manufacturing companies’ performance. The study deployed stakeholder theory and longitudinal research design. The population comprised all manufacturing companies in Nigeria and a stratified sampling technique was used to select forty -five (45) samples of the companies for the study. Secondary data was collected from the annual reports and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the fixed effect estimation revealed that Tobin q has a t-stat of 0.299 and, a p of 0.031. This indicates that positive GAD contributes significantly to the effective communication and strategic implementation of sustainable practices. Furthermore, the study explored the moderating role of board characteristics, particularly Gender Diversity, in shaping the relationship between GAD and financial performance
