Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors of the number of industries (X1), population (X2) and gross regional domestic product (GRDP) (X3) that affect the area of paddy fields (Y) on the island of Sumatra. The scope of this survey includes 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. The data used is secondary data derived from BPS and uses panel data type. The analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the variables of the number of industries and the number of population with the area of paddy fields, while GRDP has a significant negative effect on the area of paddy fields. These results indicate that an increase in population and industry makes the need for paddy fields also increase while an increase in GRDP will make a decrease in the area of paddy fields.

Abstract

Indonesia's stunting prevalence 2022 reached 21.6%, which is still high compared to the WHO threshold of 20%. The Indonesian government's target for 2023 is 17% and the target for 2024 is 14%. Stunting is a long-term chronic nutritional condition that disrupts children's growth. In line with the government program, this research was conducted to build an education system & early detection of stunted children using IoT technology. The target users of the system are prospective brides, pregnant women, postpartum mothers and PKK cadres. With the education system and early detection of stunting children, it is hoped that brides-to-be, pregnant women, and postpartum mothers can understand how to prevent stunting babies, and make it easier for users to communicate, consult about stunting babies so that they can reduce the prevalence of stunting according to government targets. The research method used is the classic software development model, which is waterfall.

Abstract

PKK as a partner of the lurah government is the closest community organization to the family and plays an important role in empowering and improving family welfare. PKK is divided into 4 working groups: Working Group (POKJA) 1 manages the Pancasila and Gotong Royong Program, Working Group 2 manages the Education and Skills Program and the Development of Cooperative Life, Working Group 3 manages food, clothing, housing and household management programs, Working Group 4 manages health programs, environmental sustainability and healthy planning. In order to support the duties of the TP PKK secretary to manage PKK administration and report and evaluate PKK work programs, according to Shinta Esabella et al (Esabella et al., 2022) in their research, it is necessary to design and build a Web-based Administrative Governance Information System. The governance of the PKK administration in Mlatiharjo Village, East Semarang District is still done manually, both for work programs, financial reports, annual reports and correspondence management. With this manual system, it will make it difficult for the PKK secretary to distribute work programs, collect data, manage documents, correspondence and make reports. With these problems, researchers conducted research with the aim of building a PKK administrative governance system for Mlatiharjo Village, East Semarang District. The research method is qualitative analysis, the system development method is RAD and uses UML tools. The research output is the design of the PKK administration governance system

Abstract

Based on the World Health Organization and other authorized health organizations, heart disease is one of the diseases with the largest contributor to death in the world, including Acute Coronary Syndrome with an estimated number of patients of 126 million in 2020. This research entails phytoconstituents of Zingiber officinale as possible Acute Coronary Syndrome medication with in silico methods by altering the activity of HMG-CoA Reductase, PPAR-α, PPAR-γ, NPC1L1, β1-AR, ACE and P2Y12R. This research used Molegro Virtual Docker 6.0 as tool to analyze the compounds with docking computation approach and also utilize Protein Data Bank (PDB) files : 1HWK, 2ZNN, 4EMA, 4AMJ, 2YDM, 4PXZ and 7DFZ. Chemdraw 3D was used in order to minimize the ligand’s energy. Furthermore, to analyze the pharmacokinetics aspects, this study involved pkCSM and SwissADME to predict a few parameters in each aspect, and finalized the research with Dynamic Molecular approach with YASARA.

Abstract

This research explores the legal and ethical implications in cases of data theft in the digital era in Indonesia. In the context of globalization and digitalization, personal data protection is very important to maintain individual privacy. However, Indonesia still does not have specific laws regarding personal data protection, although preventative efforts have been made. Factors such as lack of legal awareness among the public, lack of security in internet use, lack of knowledge of law enforcement officials, and lack of legislation present challenges in protecting personal data. The importance of legal certainty in protecting personal data demands the ratification of the Draft Law on personal data protection in Indonesia. Other countries such as the UK and Malaysia have ratify and legalize personal data protection laws to provide legal certainty to their citizens. Personal data protection must follow constitutional principles and involve cooperation between legislative, judicial and executive powers. In the judicial process, the principle of lex specialis derogat legi generali applies, allowing specific laws to override general provisions in criminal law. With the existence of specific personal data protection laws, people will feel safer and their privacy can be guaranteed in the era of increasingly advanced digitalization.

Abstract

The Triple Bottom Line-based Sustainability Performance model in Indonesian Islamic banks and financial institutions is the subject of this dissertation research. Using theoretical vantage points from resource dependency theory, interest theory, agency theory, institutional theory, and legitimacy theory, this study investigates the impact of Islamic Corporate Governance (ICG) on Corporate Sustainability Performance (SP), which employs Islamic corporate governance mechanisms. It primarily focuses on sharia board attributes and ownership structure. Regression analysis is done in this study using Eviews 10, and thirteen recommendations are made to enhance sustainability performance. By visiting each company's official website and the website www.idx.co.id, secondary data was gathered. 49 Islamic financial institutions that were registered with the OJK between 2016 and 2021 comprised the research sample of Indonesian Islamic banks and financial institutions. Data from financial reports were used for six years, making 294 total samples of data from the panel. This study will look at the characteristics of the Sharia Board (DS), which will be used as independent variables. The Corporate Sustainability variable will be used as a dependent variable, and the variables Independent Sharia Board, size of the Sharia Board, Sharia Board Meetings, Gender Diversity, and the existence of a sustainability committee and the application of AAOIFI standards will be used as proxies. The research results show that Indonesian Islamic corporate governance has a significant effect on sustainability performance, with Independent sharia boards, Gender diversity, and AAOIFI implementation being able to influence sustainability performance while size, board meetings, and sustainability committees do not influence the sustainability performance of Islamic banks and financial institutions in Indonesia. Institutional ownership is partially able to moderate the relationship between independent sharia boards, gender diversity and implementation with sustainability performance. Institutional ownership is unable to moderate the size of the sharia board, sharia board meetings and sustainability committee on sustainability performance. This research provides policy insights for policymakers, practitioners, and corporate boards to promote sustainable operations through Islamic corporate governance, adding to existing development plans to address sustainability-related issues. This research contributes to the literature by establishing a relationship between Islamic corporate governance and triple-bottom-line performance in Indonesian Islamic banks and financial institutions

Abstract

Diaconal ministry to those in need is a statement that needs to be proven by conducting a study based on the original manuscripts of the Bible. So to achieve this goal, the author conducts literary research using biblical studies of the New Testament and using a historical-critical approach. As the number of disciples grew, there was one ministry that the apostles neglected, the "table ministry." This ministry is concerned with providing daily assistance to widows and the poor. Democratically, the apostles proposed that the disciples choose seven well-known, Spirit-filled, and wise men to carry out this ministry. Many people consider the ministry of the Diakonia separate from the ministry of the Word. But there is an interesting thing that the author finds here, namely diaconal ministry is one form of word ministry.
