Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship between nutritional status and the level of physical fitness of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai. The population of this study were all students of SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai. The research sample consisted of 20 students from SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai. The technique for collecting data on nutritional status is by measuring height and weight, and physical fitness using the Indonesian physical fitness test which consists of 60 m running, sit ups, full ups, vertical jumps and 1200 m running. The research results show that a sig value = 0.001 > 0.05 is obtained, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant joint correlation between nutritional status level and the determination value (R Square) = 0.252 or a joint correlation of 25.2 % While 74.8% was caused by other factors, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between nutritional status and the level of physical fitness of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai.

Abstract

Rasbora fish is a local Indonesian fish whose population has decreased. In the Province of Bali this fish is called the Nyalian fish and no one has cultivated this fish. Nyalian fish in Bali Province are used as consumption fish and have potential as freshwater ornamental fish. Catching Nyalian fish continuously can cause this fish decrease in population and can cause extinction. Nyalian fish conservation can be done by domestication and adapting fish caught from their natural habitat to aquaculture aquarium, then used in aquaculture activities and ensuring continuity of numbers and avoiding extinction. During the domestication process, the Nyalian fish will experience stress due to changes in their habitat. Stress in fish can be shown by a drastically darker body condition. Parts of the body that blacken or show a darker color are due to the activity of melanin as an active role in it. The Tyrosinase gene is one of the genes responsible for coding pigment patterns. The TYR gene has an important role in instructing the formation of the enzyme Tyrosinase.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine how good mirabegron is as MET for adults with ureteral stones. The study adhered to the 2020 PRISMA guidelines for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses throughout its duration. Four randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies were included in our analysis, encompassing a total of 369 participants. Our meta-analysis findings indicated that individuals who were administered mirabegron exhibited a statistically significant increase in SER [OR = 2.69, 95% CI 1.16-6.23, p = 0.02] and a reduction in the frequency of pain episodes [MD= -0.18, 95% CI -0.33-(-0.04), p = 0.01] in comparison to those receiving a placebo. However, there was no substantial impact of mirabegron on SET [MD= -3.47, 95% CI -8.65-1.72, p = 0.19] when contrasted with the placebo group. Mirabegron exhibited significantly increased SET levels and reduced pain episodes, although it did not have a significant impact on SER.

Abstract

Human resource planners must be managed effectively by providing knowledge, skills, and expertise that are more in line with their needs, one of which is through functional training for first-level planning experts. To determine the results, impacts, and benefits obtained from the training provided, evaluation is necessary. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of functional training for first-level planning experts, determine the extent of the influence of functional training for first-level planning experts on competence, and describe the development of an evaluation model. This research is a mixed methods study with a sequential explanatory model. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 23 people. The results show that functional training for first-level planning experts can effectively improve knowledge, skills, and work attitudes through the learning process and provide benefits for both personal and career development. The influence of training on competence is 78.7%, with the development model of the four levels of training evaluation and perceived training benefit as the evaluation method forming an integrative evaluation model consisting of 5 levels of evaluation as a novelty product about training evaluation, including reactions, learning, behavior, results, and benefits.

Subsequently, it seeks to evaluate whether the implementation of digital marketing has a positive impact on the success of dental healthcare services. This research employs a survey approach with a descriptive method. Data shows that digital marketing has a significant impact on the number of patients visiting clinics compared to traditional patient acquisition methods. This underscores the importance of investing in digital marketing strategies to enhance the reach of dental healthcare services and attract more patients. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the morphological, syntactical, and morpho syntactical features of the Tagalog and English languages. This study employed a qualitative contrastive analysis research design. According to the findings, the two languages are made up of distinct morphological components: grammatical inflection is comprised of inherent inflections, pronoun and adjective inflections, and declensions; derivational affixation is comprised of verb conjugations; and grammatical markers are comprised of bound morphemes. When it comes to the syntactic patterns, Tagalog adheres to the predicate-initial pattern, also known as the V-S-O syntactic pattern, whereas English adheres to the S-V-O pattern. In contrast, in terms of morphosyntactic feature, the subject does not have a direct effect on the verb in Tagalog, whereas in English, the subject has a significant impact on the verb. Constructions using the active and passive voices are also different between the two.
