Abstract

Business competition in the development of the current era of globalization makes companies have to quickly think hard about how to behave and act effectively and efficiently, especially when facing competition in a business environment that moves very fast and keeps up with the times and is full of uncertainty. Therefore, every company is required to compete competitively in terms of creating and maintaining loyal customers. This study aims to analyze customer loyalty by looking at the effect of satisfaction and trust whether it can influence customer loyalty sympathy on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java, class of 2019 - 2022. The sampling technique used was convenience. with 100 respondents who were determined as a sample. The questionnaire method is a method for collecting data in this study. This research data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that satisfaction and trust have a significant effect on customer loyalty. This can be interpreted that increasing customer satisfaction and trust will also increase loyalty to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN Veteran East Java as customers of the sympathy card.

Abstract

This quantitative study employing descriptive-correlation research design is aimed to determine the vocabulary knowledge, the inferential reading comprehension, and whether there is a significant relationship between the vocabulary knowledge and inferential reading comprehension of the respondents. More so,it aimed to determine if there is a significant relationship between the vocabulary knowledge and inferential reading comprehension of senior high school students. The respondents to this study were two hundred sixty senior high school students at a public school in Libungan, Cotabato, Philippines. Two survey questionnaires were adopted to gather the needed data. The data gathered were tallied, computed, and interpreted using frequency counts, percentages, means, and Pearson R correlation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence continue use intention among local streaming service users from Indonesia namely Vidio using UTAUT2 model and additional variables in the form of Discovery of New Content and Ubiquity. This research using 401 Vidio user respondents and analyzing using SmartPLS software. The results of this study shows performance expectancy, social influence, price value, habit, and ubiquity are considered to significantly influence the continuance intention for the Indonesian local streaming services named Vidio. This study is the first ever to examine the adoption of local OTT streaming services in the country of Indonesia using the extended UTAUT2 model.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribute around 60% to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), playing a crucial role in economic development. MSME growth is the main focus, influenced by macroeconomic factors such as the BI Rate, inflation and exchange rate. This study uses secondary data from Bank Indonesia, BPS, and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises from 1997 to 2022. The quantitative analysis method using Eviews 10 shows that the BI Rate has a positive impact on the number of MSMEs but inflation and exchange rates have not. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of appropriate policies to support the growth of the MSME sector and the economy as a whole.

Abstract

This research describes the form of superiority of female characters and the contribution of superior characters to the women's movement in the Novel Kenanga and Tempurung by Oka Rusmini. Data was collected using reading techniques and note-taking techniques. Data were analyzed using psychoanalytic feminist literary criticism theory. As a result, the form of superiority of the female characters in the novel Kenanga with its character named Kenanga and the novel Tempurung by Oka Rusmini, namely Bu Barla and Saring, has the superiority of responsibility, hardworking, caring, intelligent, patient. The background to the emergence of superiority in the character Kenanga is found in the Novel Kenanga. The contribution for women is the desire of female writers to change perceptions in society which consider women as inferior human beings. The author wants there to be a change in perceptions in society so that the levels of women and men are considered the same.

Abstract

Agrotourism in Nigeria has shown to be a workable strategy for both rural rehabilitation and sustainable tourism expansion. This study examines how agrotourism might support environmentally conscious travel practices and assist rural communities in addressing socio-economic challenges. Using empirical data and previous research, the paper examines the key components of agrotourism in the Nigerian setting, including farm stays, agritourism activities, and culinary tourism. The report emphasizes how important agrotourism is to diversifying the rural economy, generating jobs, and enhancing residents' quality of life.  Agrotourism projects can raise rural incomes, lower poverty, and stop the movement of people from rural to urban areas by utilizing Nigeria's rich agricultural legacy and cultural variety. Agrotourism also encourages community involvement, cultural interaction, and the preservation of customs, all of which support rural communities' sustainable development.

Abstract

Doing the basic food business is a business that is always alive, growing and developing, carried out by business actors in the basic food sector because these nine basic ingredients are part of the lives of Indonesian people. Therefore, basic food stores are mushrooming everywhere, present in communities both in rural and urban areas. More familiarly, the basic food stores don't seem to be far away because every few hundred meters there is a basic food shop or stall. Even in people's markets or traditional markets, most of the grocery stores serve their customers side by side. Grocery stores play a role in the process of economic growth among the lower middle class. These basic foodstuffs or nine basic commodities are very familiar to Indonesians. This anonymous word is very unique for foreigners and they quickly understand this unique word. The needs of these nine basic ingredients can be met when they are available in nearby shops and will make consumers anxious if they are not available in basic food stores. Therefore, the presence of grocery stores is very important in moving the wheels of the economy. to meet household expenses. This research uses descriptive quantitative research aimed at exploring the management of basic food businesses by traditional-based traders and technology-based traders.

Abstract

One of the economic sectors that contributes to the development of the national economy is the marine and fisheries sector. The fishing industry plays a bigger role during economic downturns, particularly when it comes to earning foreign exchange. Meanwhile, the aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of production capital on Product of the fishermen in the Trenggalek Regency's Prigi Village, Watulimo District Secondly, to determine if labor has an impact on the productivity of fishermen in Trenggalek Regency's Prigi Village, Watulimo District. The type of research used is a quantitative descriptive approach, basically emphasizing the statistical processing of data analysis in the form of numerical values. It is clear from the multiple linear regression analysis results that the capital value is 33,939, meaning it shows the direction of a positive or unidirectional relationship between capital and production results. The labor value of Labor -4210,909 shows a negative or unidirectional relationship with production results. Meanwhile, There is a duration of -132,287, indicating a negative or unidirectional relationship with production results.

Abstract

Sea transport is one of the modes of transport providing great benefits such as a wide range, tariffs that are affordable to the public, safe and comfortable. To support the integration of the implementation of intermodal transport, it is necessary to integrate the service network, and the transportation infrastructure network. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of intermodal transportation services at Kupal Port, Bacan Island, South Halmahera Regency and the analysis method used was the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the study obtained the average satisfaction index value of Kupal Feeder Port service users on 16 (sixteen) service factors or attributes of 78.97 percent in the satisfied criteria.

Abstract

This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the key factors affecting the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools, as well as contribute to the development of solutions and policies that support positive and sustainable development for these institutions. This research is a research using quantitative methods, where respondents are leaders of Islamic Boarding randomly sampling from various Islamic Boarding with the number of questionnaires distributed 150 is 34 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS 25, to find whether there is an influence between organizational commitment variables and organizational sustainability, look for influences between organizational funding and organizational sustainability, and finally look for influences between organizational performance and organizational sustainability. The positive influence between the variables of Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Sustainability, so the commitment of the leaders of the Islamic Boarding School for sustainability has an influence on the Islamic Boarding School. In addition, good Organizational Funding for Islamic Boarding Schools can provide an Organizational Sustainability for Islamic Boarding Schools. Qualified Organizational Performance provides assurance for Islamic Boarding Schools to run for organizational sustainability. The results of this study provide a color, especially variables and objects of study.
