East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (EAJMR) is a scientific multidisciplinary research journal published by Yayasan Pendidikan Penelitian Pengabdian Algero. Abstract

This Literature Review aims the application of Accrual Accounting in the public sector in Indonesia. This research method uses SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Data analysis by mapping 30 selected journals from 2019 to 2023 in the Google Scholar database. The results of this research show the obstacle and key factors that influence the succession implementation of local government financial reports in Indonesia; Obstacles in implementing Accrual Basis Accounting include a lack of awareness on the part of management regarding the urgency of implementing it. , the information system is able to accommodate reporting and HR readiness both in terms of competency and capability. The Important factors that influence implementing Accrual Basis Accounting; human resource competence, information technology, internal control and regulations. The most common factors found were HR competency and Internal Control which had the greatest influence on the success of implementing Accrual Basis Accounting in the public sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Event organizer service companies are increasingly showing their development from year to year. The increasing development of event organizer service companies is able to bring up competition between competitors in the field of event organizer services getting tighter. Increasingly fierce competition makes service companies in the field of event organizers try to improve strategies in competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of SWOT analysis in efforts to improve competitive strategies at Mahar Agung Organizer under PT Maha Perkasa Indonesia. This study used descriptive analysis methods, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE Matrix), External Factor Evaluation (EFE Matrix), SWOT Matrix. The results of this study are shown from the IFE calculation of 3.3 and EFE of 3.71 which explains the company's position in quadrant I which can benefit the company with the most effective strategy implemented by the company is an aggressive strategy. The findings of this study indicate that the strategy competes by maximizing strengths and opportunities to continue to improve the company's progress.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of recruitment on employee performance at PT. Fokus Kualitas Utama. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The selection of research subjects was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely three informants who had different positions. Data collection methods were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. In this research, data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification with conclusion drawing. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results of this research show that recruitment has a very positive effect on the performance of PT. Fokus Kualitas Utama. Fokus Kualitas Utama, can be seen from the addition of employees made by the company that do not match the qualifications of the vacant positions so that employee performance is less than optimal.

Abstract

The success of a company depends on its ability to manage various types of resources, one of which is human resources (HR). Employee welfare is an important aspect that companies must pay attention to. When a company has high-performance standards and goals, employees work hard to achieve those goals. However, as a company's organizational performance increases, the workload also increases which can lead to burnout. This research aims to find out the role of workload on burnout among PT Baba Rafi International employees. The method used is a quantitative method and involves 40 employees of PT Baba Rafi International. The data obtained was processed using IBM SPSS version 22. The results of this research show that there is a significant role between workload and burnout in PT Baba Rafi International employees.

Abstract

In the current era of advanced digitalization, product marketing and sales have gone through very rapid changes. The development of information and communication technology has opened new pathways for various new opportunities in the world of business processes. One of them is the emergence of digital marketing innovation, which has become a forum for business processes for promoting and selling products on various online platforms. In the industrial era 4.0, everyone is required to use technology in all fields. This changes the socio-economic lifestyle, and the type of work one wants to achieve also changes significantly. All types of transactions use non-cash and self-service facilities. This happens in all transactions, for example in online trading, transportation, insurance, and many more. This research aims to determine the use of Digital Marketing through E-Commerce. The method in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by looking for data sources from research results and news whose truth is acknowledged. The research results state that the most widely used e-commerce is Shopee. The existence of an e-commerce platform helps people carry out buying and selling transactions anywhere and anytime.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are procedures that must be followed to carry out a task or activity consistently and efficiently. SOP violations are actions that deviate from the provisions set out in a company's SOP. By using SOP, the company can achieve its goals effectively so that every company function runs properly. The method used to obtain data in carrying out research internships at PT. Baba Rafi International is a qualitative approach, where the data collection method includes direct observation in the field and documentation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) to employee performance. Online monitoring of operational hours is carried out with the aim of ensuring that online orders can run smoothly according to the operational hours that have been determined and if there are any negligence from the operator or problems with the application. Online menu checking is carried out to monitor the availability of raw materials to be sold online or offline. Daily turnover input is carried out twice, namely by writing paper forms manually by the operator and writing digitally with Microsoft Excel by the operational admin.

Abstract

Special Schools are formal institutions that are responsible for the quality of human resources for deaf people so that they can be accepted in the job market, especially labor-intensive industries. The learning process is expected to produce quality human resources in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects that influence work ability. This work ability will have an impact on the level of satisfaction of the company that employs them. This research aims to evaluate the work abilities of deaf people in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research uses a qualitative exploratory case study methodology with an instrumental case study research design type. The research results prove that deaf employees who work at the Cakra Cigarette Factory must be able to communicate both orally and in writing. They generally have low literacy skills, poor receptive and expressive communication skills, resulting in a lack of understanding of the work contract text. In terms of discipline, they are much more disciplined than normal employees. Socially, they are able to establish good relationships with fellow colleagues. In terms of work skills, deaf employees have higher productivity than normal employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically test and analyze the influence of each variable relationship, both directly and indirectly. The first relationship is the influence of leadership and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, the second is the influence of leadership and organizational commitment on performance, and the third indirect relationship is the influence of leadership and organizational commitment through job satisfaction on performance. This research design uses a survey method with cross-section data collection through questionnaires. The sample was determined using simple random sampling with a total of 165 employees at PT. Indonesian Ship Industry (Persero) Makassar. The data analysis method used in hypothesis testing is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS. The research results provide evidence that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital marketing strategy and its benefits. AI is a technology that enables computers or machines to process information and produce outcomes similar to human thought processes. The implementation of AI in marketing can enhance personalization, predictive analytics, chatbots and customer service, content optimization, ad targeting and optimization, and marketing automation. Understanding customer behavior, strategic decision making, tactical marketing, ethical and responsible AI, integration with other technologies, and collaboration with AI providers and start-ups are all best practices for incorporating AI in marketing initiatives. The search results emphasize the anticipated importance of AI solutions in marketing decision-making across the five stages of the marketing process, which include analysis, strategy, tactics, customer interactions, and value proposition creation. With enhanced customization, integration with other technologies, and a stronger emphasis on ethical and responsible AI, the future of AI in marketing analytics is bright. To effectively exploit the power of AI, businesses should invest in AI knowledge, emphasize ethical and responsible AI, focus on customer privacy and data protection, embrace new technologies, and collaborate with AI suppliers and start-ups.

Abstract

Presently, Islamic education is confronted with intricate challenges that stem from internal and external sources. The objective of this article is to furnish insights into the current challenges and demands encountered by Islamic education, along with curriculum development strategies that can effectively address these issues. Utilised is qualitative descriptive analysis as the methodology. Information was acquired via a comprehensive review of the literature, encompassing authoritative papers, scientific journals, pertinent to the topic under investigation. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic education is presently confronted with obstacles emanating from both internal and external domains. An Islamic schooling. Islamic education faces the following internal obstacles: the fulfilment of the eight national education standards; the demographic dividend, which is increased by Indonesia's population growth; and character issues. The external obstacles that Islamic education must contend with are more prospective in nature. Islamic education is necessary in order to address contemporary societal issues, foster the development of the creative and cultural sectors, prepare for future demands, and facilitate the internationalisation of education.
