Abstract

The development of TikTok Shop has created a trend for interactive and easy online shopping. This has an impact on increasing impulse buying behavior, especially for skincare products. This research aims to determine the influence of live streaming, E-WOM, and discounts on impulse purchasing behavior for skincare products at the TikTok Shop. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The sampling technique used non-probability and purposive sampling with a total of 126 TikTok Shop users. The data obtained was analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this research show that live streaming, E-WOM, and discounts have a positive and significant influence on impulse purchases of skincare products at the TikTok Shop. Based on the findings of this research, sellers are advised to collaborate with influencers, develop a strong E-WOM strategy, and implement discount strategies to maximize sales

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and ascertain how customer satisfaction at the Oxygen Coffee shop in Cirebon is impacted by store atmosphere and service quality. This kind of research employs quantitative techniques and is descriptive. The participants in this study were patrons of oxygen coffee shops. Using a Likert scale, a questionnaire instrument, and non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, 96 respondents made up the sample. With the use of the data analysis tool SPSS 25, which facilitates data analysis through the use of multiple linear regression, instrument, and classical assumption tests. The study's findings indicate that while store atmosphere (X2) has a positive and substantial impact on customer satisfaction (Y), service quality (X1) has a positive and significant impact on substantial impact on client satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously influencing customer satisfaction (Y) are the variables of store atmosphere (X2) and service quality (X1).

Abstract

        The purpose of this study was to determine how brand image, word-of-mouth, and price perception affected consumers' intentions to repurchase Vaseline body lotion at Mellebee Beauty in Jombang City.  In this study, quantitative research methodologies were applied. In order to collect data, 84 participants were given questionnaires utilizing purposive sampling approaches combined with non-probability selection methods. After that, the data was examined using partial least square (PLS SEM) software and variance-based structural equation modeling (SEM), sometimes known as substitute SEM methods. The study's findings indicate that Mellebee Beauty customers are inclined to repurchase Vaseline body lotion. Word-of-mouth, price perception, and brand image all have a favorable and significant impact on Be Leora Jombang.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the habit of drinking coffee has become part of people's lives, and cafes are not only a place to enjoy coffee but also a place for various social and business activities. Although the coffee shop business promises great opportunities, it also faces stiff competition. One of the key factors in winning competition is understanding and fulfilling customer needs and satisfaction. This research aims to determine the relationship between location, advertising, and service quality on customer purchase intentions at Bento Kopi, a cafe in the city of Cirebon. Using quantitative methods, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The findings show that there is a positive relationship between location, advertising, service quality, and customer purchase intentions. Based on the findings of this research, shows that location, advertising, and service quality simultaneously influence consumer purchasing intentions. This shows that location, advertising, and service quality influence consumer purchasing intentions. This is very important to satisfy the desires of purchasing decisions which until now only represent the interests of consumers.

Abstract

Korean culture has emerged and become a phenomenon of Asian-style globalization that has boomed in the last decade, particularly in the Korean drama industry. In the current Korean industry, a coffee candy brand that has won the hearts of coffee lovers, namely Kopiko, represents a phenomenon of a local product going international. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product placement and event sponsorship on the brand awareness of Kopiko products in the drama Vincenzo. This study employs quantitative data analysis methods using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 viewers of the drama Vincenzo in Cirebon. The results showed that product placement has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, as does event sponsorship. It is important to explore other variables that can contribute to this goal. Future researchers should investigate these variables further.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the relationship between fundamental analysis and technical analysis towards stock price. Fundamental analysis is interpreted by debt to equity ratio, earnings per share, current ratio, and return on assets. Technical analysis is interpreted by volume of trade and The Composite Stock Price Index. Furthermore, by applying dummy variable, dividend policy is applied as moderation variable to test the relationship between fundamental analysis towards the stock price as well as technical analysis towards the stock price.  The population of the research is banking companies listed in IDX in 2019-2022. Technical analysis applied double regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS 26. The finding of the research stated that technical analysis and fundamental analysis influence the stock price. Company policy to share dividend for the stock holders was proven to influence the relationship between those variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and obtain empirically the influence of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) including institutional ownership, audit committee, and board of commissioners on financial performance as measured using Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Asset (ROA). The population used is food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. This research also uses a type of quantitative research with a multiple linear regression analysis system. The results revealed that (1) Intellectual Capital (IC) has no influence on financial performance as measured using NPM and has a significant positive influence when measured using ROA; (2) The proportion of institutional ownership has no influence on financial performance as measured using NPM and has a significant posisive influence when measured using ROA; (3) The proportion of the audit committee has a significant positive influence on financial performance as measured using NPM and has no influence on ROA; (4) The board of commissioners has a significant positive influence on financial performance as measured using NPM and has no influence when measured using ROA.

Abstract

TThis research is focused on identifying the effects caused by fixed asset intensity, inventory intensity, profitability, leverage, and the presence of a board of commissioners on tax management practices. This quantitative study uses secondary data from manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2022. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, and 27 out of 63 companies that met the criteria were selected with a three-year period, resulting in a total of 81 sample data for this study. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis conducted using the SPSS computer program version 25. The results showed that leverage and the board of commissioners have a positive impact on tax management practices, while profitability has a negative impact. However, in this study, fixed asset intensity and inventory intensity are not proven to have a significant impact on tax management practices

Abstract

It is hoped that the presence of fintech can be relied on to improve financial performance such as increasing profitability, reducing operational costs and overcoming credit problems. However, in reality the financial performance of fintech companies is still not optimal. This research aims to ensure that companies can continue to improve their financial performance and to determine the importance of fintech and digital financial services in the economy. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) which are included in the list of Financial Technology Companies. The data was processed using IBM SPSS version 22 software. The research results show that financial technology is able to improve financial performance and Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) is able to moderate the relationship between financial technology and financial performance in fintech companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018 - 2021.

Abstract

The process of accepting new learners in schools often faces challenges in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. This study aims to overcome this problem by implementing a new student admission information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method is used because of its flexibility in rapid and iterative system development. In this study, a web-based information system was developed to facilitate prospective students and schools in the registration process. This system allows prospective students to register online from anywhere. This study also aims to minimize data input errors and optimize the registration process time. The results showed that the implementation of a new student admission information system using the RAD method can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the admission process in schools.
