Abstract

The rapid development of technology can help the education sector with the existence of information systems in an educational institution, especially in the process of paying student school fees. Pelita Nusantara Middle School is one of the schools that is still conducting administrative activities payment of education costs by recording manuals. This certainly takes a long time and causes long queues and sometimes errors often occur in reporting reports. This research was made to overcome these problems using the Design Thinking approach through several stages which included the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing stages. The process of making information systems payment of this education fee, the authors designed it using the PHP and MySQL programming language as a database design. The results obtained from this study are the application of website -based education fees payment with the application of Midtrans Payment Gateway. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the application facilitates the payment process at Pelita Nusantara Middle School to be more effective and efficient and save a lot of time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how information technology utilization affects taxpayer compliance, as well as the effects of tax knowledge and taxpayer awareness on compliance levels. A questionnaire is used to collect primary data for the quantitative research design. A random sampling methodology with one hundred respondents was used to carry out the sampling procedure. Multiple regression data analysis was done using SPSS version 25 software. The study's findings demonstrated that the level of individual taxpayer compliance was significantly impacted by the usage of information technology, tax knowledge, and taxpayer awareness. Individual taxpayer compliance was also significantly impacted by tax knowledge.

Abstract

The impact of online advertising, content marketing, and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) on purchasing decisions in the Shopee Marketplace is investigated in this study. 200 Shopee users from Cirebon City and Regency are participating in the study. The study uses online surveys with random sampling approaches to gather primary data using quantitative descriptive research methods. Next, Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) 3.2.9 is used to analyze the data. Eight out of ten hypotheses are supported or accepted, according to the statistical analysis results. The two hypotheses that are not supported are E-WOM> Customer Engagement and Content Marketing> Customer Engagement> Buying Decision.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the impact of leverage, profitability, company size, managerial ownership, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of a company. The population that is the focus of this study are 68 manufacturing companies listed on IDX during the 2019-2022 period. The method applied is purposive sampling. The results showed that leverage as well as profitability have a significant influence on firm value, while firm size, managerial ownership, and CSR do not have any significant influence on firm value.

Abstract

The use of wood as a high-value product does not stop there. Paper, furniture, carbon, and rubber are examples of other non-wood forestry products that we often encounter in everyday life but come from forests. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of the South Korean market for forestry products. In this study, we use qualitative methodology to understand and evaluate the opportunities and problems faced by Indonesian forestry products, as well as the global market potential for these products. The potential for Indonesian wood commodities and wood products to enter the South Korean market which has minimal domestic supply still has great potential. With abundant supply, offering quality, competitive prices and guaranteeing the required legal documents, it is believed that Indonesia has the opportunity to answer the needs of wood and wood products in the South Korean market in the future

Abstract

Digital technology has had a significant impact on radio stations in Indonesia. This makes radio more accessible and allows community involvement to listen to radio broadcasts online. In addition, digital technology speeds up the broadcast process and allows the use of simulcast. This research was conducted qualitatively, using observation and literature study to collect and process data from reliable sources. Research has found that radio stations use digital technology to promote their programs and communicate with their listeners. They also use social networks to learn about public issues and increase public engagement.

Abstract

The study examines the holistic impact of digital marketing strategies on fast delivery in Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design was utilized and a sample size of one hundred and forty-four was used. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of the IBM-SPSS version 27. The result found that content marketing significantly and independently predicts fast courier services (β = .61, t = 9.12, p<.05). The result also found that search engine optimization significantly and independently predicts fast courier services (β = .48, t = 6.58, p<.05). The result also found that email marketing significantly and independently predicts fast courier services (β = .17, t = 2.09, p<.05). Finally, there was significant joint prediction of content marketing, search engine optimization and email marketing on job performance F (3,140) = 32.44, R2 = 0.41; p<.05). These results demonstrate how technological advancements and digital marketing has potentially and completely transform courier services and fast delivery of courier services in Nigeria, providing numerous chances for companies to improve their delivery capacities and clientele. In the context of fast delivery services of courier service in Nigeria, the paper work out the impact of new technology on the transformative potential of digital marketing strategies through the technological innovations

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload, job satisfaction, and work fatigue on nurse turnover intention. This research used quantitative methods with a population of nurses at regional general hospitals using a non-probability purposive sampling technique involving 150 respondents out of a total of 288 nurses. The analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale measurement instrument. The results of this study indicate that workload has an insignificant effect on the intention to change jobs. Meanwhile, job satisfaction has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Apart from that, job fatigue has also been proven to have a negative and significant influence on the intention to change jobs. Furthermore, there is a simultaneous influence of the variables workload, job satisfaction, and job fatigue on the intention to change jobs.

Abstract

Economic growth from year to year continues to increase, this should be in line with the increase in tax revenue. This can affect the state budget by 84% because it is financed from taxation sources.This research aims to determine the influence of awareness, understanding, and tax rates through the taxation system on tax reporting compliance for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Cirebon Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis approach to produce conclusions. Data collection is carried out through KPP Pratama Cirebon Dua. Based on the researchers' findings, the calculated t value for each variable from the influence of awareness, understanding, tax rates, and digitalization of the tax system is 12.219, 5,940, 6,779, and 8.127, with an F table value of 1.985. Based on this, the level of tax reporting compliance is positively correlated with the tax rate variable. The level of tax reporting compliance is positively correlated with the taxpayer's understanding of taxation. The level of tax reporting compliance is positively correlated with the tax awareness variable of MSME actors. The level of tax reporting compliance is positively correlated with the variable digitalization of the tax system. The findings of this test show that MSME taxpayers can disclose their tax obligations more quickly and without having to come to the tax service office if the DGT's online services are improved

Abstract

The phenomenon of employee turnover is triggered by high turnover intention in employees caused by internal or external factors. This study aims to determine how job insecurity and work environment can contribute to the phenomenon of turnover intention in Indonesia State-Owned Companies (SOE’s) in the field of electronics for industry and infrastructure. By using descriptive causality analysis and quantitative approach. Data from 250 samples were collected through questionnaires and tested with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 29 software to determine the magnitude of variable contributions. The results showed that job insecurity partially influenced turnover intention positively but insignificantly, while workers' surrounding conditions significantly influenced turnover intention negatively. The influence of job insecurity and work environment together affect 8.1% of employee turnover intention in the state-owned company.
