Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effect of work stress on cyberloafing behavior mediated by work-life balance at PT KAI DAOP 3 Cirebon City. This study uses quantitative research with a correlation design that aims to explain the relationship between variables and predict scores. The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents and data was obtained through questionnaires. The results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the work stress variable (X) and the work-life balance variable (Z) of 19.5%. While the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was no significant influence between the work stress variable (X) on the cyberloafing variable (Y) and there was a significant influence between the work stress variable (X) and the work-life balance variable (Z) on the cyberloafing variable (Y) by 18.7%. The conclusion and implication of the study as a whole is that it highlights the importance of work-life balance in coping with work stress and cyberloafing. The results also suggest that work-life balance mediates cyberloafing behavior and may be an influential factor in most employees and a small percentage unaffected by work-life balance and other factors outside of the study.

Abstract

University students are an intellectual group that is currently enrolled in classes. Students engage in employment and business off campus in addition to their coursework. In order to reduce emotional exhaustion in students who work part-time, this research aims to investigate the relationship between work overload, work-life balance, and self-efficacy. It is hoped that this research will serve as an assessment tool for employers, encouraging them to focus more on employee work-life balance, self-efficacy, and work-life balance. emotional weariness. The methodology used in this study is quantitative. Purposive sampling together with statistical techniques were used to properly assess the data. SmartPLS 3 software is used in this study to evaluate the theoretical framework. Combining assessments of discriminant and convergent validity allowed for the verification of construct validity. Internal consistency testing was used to assess construct reliability. The significance is evaluated using the bootstrapping technique. The study's findings indicate that the emotional tiredness experienced by students who work part-time is significantly influenced by job overload, work-life balance, and self-efficacy.

Abstract

The workforce will become more highly educated as the number of educated people rises. Paradoxically, there is a high unemployment rate relative to available resources. This suggests that educated people, including college grads, have little desire or interest in starting their own business. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how prospective undergraduate students in Region III Cirebon feel about their entrepreneurial goals in relation to their innovative work behavior, proactive personality, and entrepreneurial alertness. This study employs quantitative techniques and makes use of SmartPLS 3 software to examine theoretical models. The study's findings indicate that among aspiring undergraduate students in Region III Cirebon, innovative work behavior, a proactive Personality, and entrepreneurial alertness have a favorable and significant impact on Entrepreneurial Intentions.

Abstract

Nowadays, more and more SkinCare is emerging from countries around the world which then results in SkinCare trends. Various Skincare Brands have sprung up on the Shopee e-commerce site and one of them is the Garnier Skincare Brand. This study seeks to explore how the influence of Flash Sale, Cashback, Free Shipping on purchasing decisions for Garnier products at Shopee. This study uses quantitative data analysis methods using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 180 consumers who shop for garnier skincare using the Shopee application and live in Cirebon City. The results showed that flash sales had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a T table value of 12.480 and a p value of 0.000, as well as cashback had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a T table value of 6.020 and a p value of 0.000 and finally free shipping also had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a T table value of 10.020 and a p value of 0.000.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine whether organizational commitment has a mediating role in the relationship between servant leadership "diuwongke" and organizational citizenship behavior. Path analysis techniques were used to analyze the data collected. This research reveals that servant leadership "diuwongke" has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior which is mediated by organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has a direct impact on organizational citizenship behavior. This study also points out several limitations as well as future research directions.

Abstract

TikTok has an impact on growing its market share and providing opportunities for TikTok to develop its business through online shopping called TikTok Shop. This research aims to determine the relationship between live streaming and flash sales on purchasing decisions on the TiktokShop application. This research is quantitative.  The data collection method in research is through distributing of online questionnaires. The number of samples collected was 120 respondents in the city of Cirebon who had made purchases during live streaming and flash sales on the TiktokShop application. This research uses a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. Test data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) theoretical model on SmartPLS 3 software. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the live streaming variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on the TiktokShop Application, and the flash sales variable also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on the TiktokShop Application.

Abstract

The research purpose is to analyzing the effect of destination image on tourist satisfaction, analyzing the effect of destination image on revisit intention, analyzing the effect of tourist satisfaction on revisit intention, and analyzing tourist satisfaction mediates the effect of destination image on revisit intention in the tourist village of Batu City. This study uses a quantitative explanatory research approach with the sample of this research is Indonesians who when the research was conducted finished traveling in the tourist village of Batu City and were at least 17 years old, totaling 155 respondents and using Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) which will be processed using the AMOS (Analysis of moment structure) program. The results showed that destination image has a significant impact on tourist satisfaction and revisit intentions, tourist satisfaction has a significant impact on revisit intentions, and tourist satisfaction does not have a role as a mediator that forms the relationship between destination image and revisit intentions in the Batu City tourist village.

Abstract

Shopee is an Indonesian online marketplace that facilitates buying and selling. Web apps serve as its foundation. Several marketplaces compete with Shopee. The goal of this study is to determine how free shipping deals and the caliber of e-services affect the judgments made by FEB UGJ Cirebon students about the Shopee marketplace. In this study, a quantitative research methodology was utilized. The research population consists of the FEB UGJ Cirebon students who use Shopee. 142 respondents make up the sample size used in this purposive sampling technique. The SPSS program, version 22, is used in the analytical approach. Purchase decisions made by customers are known to be positively and significantly impacted by the slogan "free shipping" and the quality of the e-service based on the data results

Abstract

Human resources or what are usually called employees are an important aspect of a company in achieving predetermined goals. To be able to achieve company goals, good performance productivity from employees is required. The importance of work productivity, so efforts are needed to minimize various disruptions to work life. The factors to increase productivity and reduce work life disruptions are mindfulness, spirituality and work balance. This study aims to explore the Workplace mindfulness, spirituality and work-life balance are factors that have the potential to influence individuals' performance and well-being at work. The method used is quantitative. This research uses two data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and literature study. The research results show that mindfulness, spirituality, and work balance have a significant effect on increasing productivity and reducing work-life disruption. This research suggests the need for the integration of mindfulness programs, emotional skills training, and an organizational culture that supports spirituality in the workplace. With a focus on work-life balance, this can improve overall employee productivity, well-being and satisfaction, creating a healthier and more productive work environment.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as one of the world's spice-producing countries. One of the spices produced by Indonesia is cinnamon, which has many benefits and a high economic price. However, the existence of various obstacles in exporting cinnamon makes Indonesia have to select cinnamon export markets in destination countries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential development of Indonesia's cinnamon export markets. This research uses the analysis methods of Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamic (EPD), and X-model potential export product. The results of the study can be concluded that the destination countries of China and India are in the position of optimistic market. While the Netherlands and Thailand are in the position of potential market.
