Abstract

There are still 8.4 million unemployed people in Indonesia as of February 2022. The high unemployment is coupled with the low interest in entrepreneurship that exists with only about 1.65% of Indonesian population. The purpose of this study is to determine how entrepreneurship education and human resources affect student interest in entrepreneurship in Tangerang. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with 103 samples taken using non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling. Data analysis in this study used SEM techniques with SmartPLS. According to this study, human resources do not significantly affect entrepreneurial interest, but they do significantly affect entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial interest. This study also discovered that the association between entrepreneurship education and student interest in entrepreneurship is not mediated by human resources.

Abstract

The Islamic banking industry is a business institution in the financial sector that shows the existence of the Islamic economy in the current Indonesian economic order. This study aims to show a model for the development of branchless banking, especially Islamic banks. This study analyzes and also designs a branchless banking business model based on a literature study and also based on a qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. Based on this study, it was found that the development model of a branchless banking Islamic bank in Indonesia is more appropriate and more appropriate if it synergizes the latest technology and the local wisdom aspects which is developing in the community because it is more in line with the character and culture and geographical conditions of Indonesia. The diversity of local wisdom embraced by the Indonesian people can be a distinct advantage in the development of branchless banking Islamic banking. The results of this study also show that Islamic banking must collaborate with local economic institutions and units so that the integrated, protected and easy-to-operate design model of sharia banking can reach out widely in the community, especially in areas that are not covered by banking services so that the target for increasing Islamic banking market share can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, promotion and servicescape on purchasing decisions at Prima Freshmart Pekapuran Depok. Respondents in this study were Prima Freshmart Pekapuran Depok customers. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method. While data processing in this study uses SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study that brand image, promotion and servicecsape have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Prima Freshmart Pekapuran Depok.

Abstract

Social Media is an integral part of branding, not only through ads or influencers but even through one-way communication and one-way truth can defy one of the dark records from big Indonesian SOEs like Garuda Indonesia. Through Garuda Indonesia Instagram post, we can identify the concept constructed by Garuda Indonesia which is not only for their own company but a Mega-PR concept. From one brand to another that is linked to government institutions, Garuda Indonesia’s Instagram post is showing a way to survive heavy financial and PR damage through a simple public information model and it doesn’t require complex techniques to do it and only through a digital device that they can escape the downfall from social media controversy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work role fit, compensation and quality of work life on job satisfaction of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Jepara Regency with job involvement as an intervening variable. The research population was all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Jepara Regency, amounting to 239 people. Sampling taken in this study using stratified random sampling as many as 150 employees. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) application program AMOS. The results showed that the work role fit, compensation, and quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on job involvement. Suitability of work roles, compensation, quality of work life and job involvement affect employee job satisfaction. Work role fit, compensation, and quality of work life affect employee job satisfaction through work involvement as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The impact of exports, inflation, the rupiah exchange rate (ER), and foreign direct investment (FDI) on Indonesia's foreign currency reserves is examined in this study (FER). The FER is the dependent variable in the study model's multiple linear regression equations, which also include the independent variables exports, inflation, the exchange rate of the rupiah, and foreign direct investment in Indonesia. The data used is from 2001 to 2021, and the model estimation technique is Ordinary Least Squares. The study demonstrates that FER is highly impacted by exports, inflation, the exchange rate of the rupiah, and FDI in Indonesia. FER is significantly and favorably impacted by exports and FDI. FER is negatively and significantly impacted by inflation in Indonesia. The rupiah ER does, however, have a slight and favorable impact on FER.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee, and investment opportunity set on financial performance. This study uses library and internet research methods, namely the financial reports of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2021. The data in this study were processed using SPSS 25. The results showed that the board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee had no effect on financial performance, but the investment opportunity set had a significant positive effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Industrial development in Indonesia makes every existing company compete to advance the company. Every company has a main goal, namely to obtain and increase company profits every year. This research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach, aiming to determine the relationship between two or more variables (Winarno 2013: 67). This research discusses the Effect of Book-Tax Difference and Earnings Management on Profit Growth in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of hypothesis testing for the Book-Tax Difference (X1) variable, it is known that the tcount is 2.802718 with a significance level of 0.0255. This shows that tcount is greater than ttable (2.802718 > 1.671) with a significance value (0.0255 <0.05). So it can be concluded that the Book-Tax Difference (X1) has a significant positive effect on Profit Growth (Y).

Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine the effect of perception of ease and service features on the intention to use mobile banking partially or simultaneously on the BCA Mobile application. This research was conducted with BCA customers at the BCA Bandung regional office who utilized the BCA Mobile application for Mobile Banking. In this research, a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach was utilized. Individuals, namely BCA customers in the BCA Bandung regional office who utilize BCA Mobile, serve as the unit of analysis for this research. The sample size for this research is one hundred respondents. The sampling method based on sampling incidental, yet adheres to predefined criteria. The analytical approach employs multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination, in addition to verifying the instrument's validity and reliability. Results indicated that perception of ease and service features influenced the intention to use Mobile Banking on the BCA Mobile application, either partially or concurrently. To facilitate client transactions, it is planned that Bank BCA would include new technologies and interactive service elements into the BCA Mobile application.
