Abstract

The distribution of rice subsidies for low-income communities has experienced many problems, so this research attempts to examine the implementation of rice subsidies for low-income communities in Kulon Progo Regency, the obstacles and efforts to overcome them. The methods used include types of sociological juridical research and analytical descriptive research specifications. The results of the study show that the implementation of rice subsidies for people's income still faces many obstacles. includes 5 namely: First, the difficulty of determining the criteria for the level of poverty, in this case, can be attempted by conducting periodic data collection, secondly, the amount of rice and beneficiaries is not the same, this can be attempted by forming special officers in receiving the distribution and weighing of raskin, thirdly the price of rice is expensive, this can be attempted by in accordance with the provisions of the law, the fourth is the delay in distribution, this can be attempted with simultaneous coordination by officials giving, distributing and receiving, fifth the quality of rice is low, this can be attempted by mixing subsidized rice with rice on the market.

Abstract

Financial performance is an analysis that is used to determine the extent to which a company carries out its financial activities by using the rules of financial implementation properly and correctly. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2021 period using financial value added (FVA), refined economic value added (REVA), and cash value added (CVA). This type of research used is descriptive research. The research was conducted on banking companies listed in the Infobank Stock Index15 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were obtained by using Documentation and Literature Study methods. The research results of the five banking companies that were examined showed that the FVA results tended to be positive (FVA > 0) because the FVA was negative (FVA < 0) only for BBRI companies in the 2019 period. REVA results tended to be negative (REVA < 0) because REVA was positive (REVA > 0) only for BBNI and BJBR companies in the two study periods. CVA results tend to fluctuate (CVA < 0) because negative CVA (CVA < 0) are only BBCA companies during the three-year study period.

Abstract

UD. Panca Putra carries out production by considering the costs that will come out in order to obtain maximum profit. One of the costs considered is the cost of raw material inventory. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost of raw material inventory UD. Panca Putra and to maximize company profits by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and to find out how much the company's profit has increased by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method at UD. Panca Putra. The analytical method used is descriptive. The results of this study indicate that by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, company profits have increased by 1.3%.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the value-added model of teak wood products for the elderly among teak wood entrepreneurs, 2) to create prototypes of teak wood products for the elderly. This research is qualitative research. The sample group consisted of 30 elderly people in Don Moon Sub district, Sung Men District, chosen by purposive random sampling method. Interview form was used as the research tool used for the for data collection.  The outcome was then taken to the experts in wood products to evaluate the quality. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) the elderly needed 3 types of products: (1) Walker 01/65, (2) Walker 02/65, and (3) backrest chair products. 2) Evaluation results quality from experts in wood products found that the overall quality was at the highest level. The mean was 4.27 and the standard deviation was 0.64.

Abstract

In this generation social media is the paramount means of communication to establish social information among societies. This study sought to assess the aid of social media  ad as an approach in stimulating sustainable development for a balance ecosystem in the Bangsamoro, Philippines. This study used a structured survey questionnaire that was prepared by the researcher in three pages, distributed to the respondents and did personal interview which was one on one talk with the respondents. Out of six hundred copies of the questionnaire disseminated, five hundred eighty-three (583) were retrieved which represented a response rate of 97.167%. The study has shown that majority of the respondents’ response on social media is very useful in promoting workable progress for a stable ecosystem that can be resulted in establishing an Islamic Financing Institution and a Conventional Financing Institution in the Bangsamoro. This study recommends among Bangsamoro people with knowledge in Islamic economics to create an association that will constantly promote Islamic economics principle through social media.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Product, Promotion and Price on Return Interest through Visitor Satisfaction (Case Study in Jepara Ourland Park). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, promotion and price on intention to return to Jepara Ourland Park with visitor satisfaction as the intervening variable. The research population is visitors to Jepara Ourland Park. Sampling taken in this study using convenience sampling as many as 160 visitors. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique used the AMOS SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Application program version 22. The results showed that product, promotion and price had a positive and significant effect on JOP visitor satisfaction. Other results show that product, promotion, price, and visitor satisfaction have an effect on the intention to return. Product, promotion and price factors have an indirect effect on the intention to return through visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

The science of studying digital marketing innovation has developed rapidly in the last decade. So, it is necessary to have an in-depth study to find space by further researchers as a form of novelty. This study analyzes the Google Scholar database (last 5 years) through rigorous data selection stages. research analysis using bibliometrics through Publish or Perish and Vos Viewer to get a visual display. The results of the study show that Network visualization (NV) found several new terms related to digital marketing innovation. The results of the Overlay visualization (OV) analysis show that the research trend for digital marketing innovation keywords is still current and developing. Density Visualization (DV) results show that Still There is room for study more continue. The results of this study are expected can give reference in development research digital marketing.

There are many seafood restaurants on the island of Bali, but Ulam Bali has become a legendary icon because the food served is a representation of the seafood that is widely known today. research dissects in depth related to the social media marketing strategies and activities carried out by Ulam Tawa Bali restaurant. The limitation of this research is that no measurement of the success of the strategy has been carried out.

Crucially, regional independence is an important part of creating welfare for regional communities which will be studied from the perspective of the welfare state. The research method used is normative juridical with a doctrinal approach. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effort made by the Travel Bureau in achieving competitive advantage in its business. The focus of this research is on the MSME business strategy of travel and tourism bureaus in Malang City. The research was conducted by studying the literature listed on Google Scholar. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) method. From the results of the search for articles that are considered relevant, analyzed by the author, there are 7 articles that are worthy of analysis. The results of the analysis of the literature review show that the focus of the business strategy of the UMKM Travel Bureau in Malang City is Price-oriented, Application of the Halal Tourism concept, Health Orientation, Digital Information Services, Expansion of the segment to foreign tourists,Through this study it is hoped that it will be able to make a positive contribution related to the marketing strategy that has been carried out by SMEs Travel Bureau actors and can be used as a reference by researchers who are interested in the same field so that they are more creative in identifying research from different points of view.
