Abstract

The conflicts in Papua, Indonesia, and Zulu, South Africa, present similarities and differences.  This article concentrates on the discussion of the separatist conflict in Papua which is then compared with the separatist conflict in Zulu, South Africa. Which ended with a peace agreement between the Zulu separatist movement and the South African government to take lessons from the Zulu Separatist Conflict to support the resolution of the separatist conflict in Papua, Indonesia. This paper is based on the Library Research methodology and comparative method approach.. There is a big difference, namely that in the Zulu conflict there is a window of opportunity which is the way to peace and ends in a peace agreement. Meanwhile, the Papua conflict does not yet have a window of opportunity which is an opportunity to pave the way for peace. So it is hoped that the Indonesian government will be more observant in seeing opportunities in resolving the Papua conflict. Since the democratic elections, there has been no figure from Papua with an Indonesian nationalist spirit who is able to accommodate and bridge between the Papuan separatist groups and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Because looking at the Zulu conflict, apart from the election event there were also nationalist and democratic figures who were black in South Africa.

Abstract

This article explains Indonesian government's efforts to overcome the smuggling of lobster seeds abroad. In explaining this issue, the writer uses the descriptive-qualitative method. The results of the discussion show that Indonesia continues to make efforts to stop smuggling lobster seeds or benur out of the country. The government has made various efforts to tackle the crime of smuggling lobster seeds through synergy with the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Navy, Air and Water Police, and Customs. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is trying to eradicate lobster seed smuggling by launching four ships quickly for the perpetrators of lobster seed smuggling spread across Batam, Jambi, Kupang and Jakarta. The four ships were named Hiu Biru 01, Hiu Biru 02, Hiu Biru 03 and Hiu Biru 04. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries through the Director General of Capture Fisheries Circular Letter No.B.22891/DJPT/Pl.130/XI/2020 dated November 26, 2020 stopped the export of Lobster Benur Seeds. Air and Water Police Polri has also carried out various methods which are classified into two efforts, namely preventive and repressive efforts. Preventive efforts include providing assistance with fishing gear for lobster seed cultivation, patrols by the Water and Air Police Unit, socialization on the prohibition on catching and sending lobster seeds, and raids in territorial waters. Police repressive efforts by carrying out legal action, namely, making arrests and confiscations. In addition, the Indonesian Navy is assisting in synergy with the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in smuggling lobster seeds by strengthening supervision at points considered vulnerable on the sea lanes. In addition, the role of customs is in enforcing the law to prevent smuggling of lobster seeds in collaboration with internal customs and stakeholders. Abstract

The Nai Meko people are the Atoin Meto people who have experienced a winding and complicated history. To study the nuances of faith possessed by the Nai Meko people, the author uses an anthropological approach and aspects of the lives of the people they live. So the purpose of this writing is a contextual effort to read the quality of faith of the Nai Meko people within the framework of the political conspiracy that was experienced during the Portuguese and Dutch colonial periods. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with interview techniques and documentation studies. The interesting thing that exists in the lives of people and the people of Nai Meko every day is, even though they are a society that has been under pressure because of conspiracy politics, they believe in the Most High according to their original religious concept, and they are very deeply rooted in the Catholic faith, so they don't drifting in fatalistic attitudes and lifestyles. In order to maintain harmony in society, the people of Nai Meko develop a dialogical dialogue between the Christian faith and the notion of the Divine by the indigenous religions. It turns out that a theological approach as well as a humanistic pastoral approach is very much needed, so that humans and local communities can be directed to the right and civilized path. Another thing that needs attention is civilized social communication to harmonize two interests, between the Catholic faith and the original religious faith.

Abstract

This case study examines the relationship between leadership style and financial management in family businesses. Family businesses are unique in terms of their ownership and management structure, with family members often acting as both owners and managers. Therefore, leadership styles play an important role in the financial management of these businesses. This case study examines various leadership styles, including transformational, transactional and paternalistic leadership, and how they influence financial management decisions such as investment, risk-taking and financial performance. The case study, conducted in the Krupuk Rambak Mojokerto MSME community, also explores the role of family dynamics, succession planning and corporate governance in shaping the leadership styles and financial management of family businesses. Overall, the results of the literature review suggest that a combination of transformational and transactional leadership styles, coupled with effective family communication and governance structures, can result in better financial performance in family businesses. However, further research is needed to fully understand the complex interactions between leadership styles, family dynamics and financial management in family businesses.
