Abstract

This research aims to strategically examine the role of compensation and employment relations in the context of modern organizations. In the midst of the dynamics of globalization, technological developments, and the diversity of workforce generations, compensation is an important factor in increasing employee motivation, satisfaction, and loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The main sources of information in this study include relevant literature, such as books, articles from journals, papers presented in conferences, and other references related to the subject under study. related to the subject under study to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in compensation and labor relations management. The results of the study show that a fair and innovative compensation system and effective cross-generational communication are key in improving overall organizational performance. On the other hand, a healthy working relationship, based on a legally valid agreement, is an important foundation for creating a harmonious and productive working climate. and productive work climate. In a multigenerational and multicultural work environment, The effectiveness of communication and understanding of intergenerational expectations and values are also crucial aspects that affect the sustainability of working relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation of the 4P Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) in the Rahmi Muara Bungo boarding house business and to formulate sustainable optimization strategies for increasing its occupancy rate. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner/manager and diverse tenants, supplemented by direct observation of facilities and promotional initiatives. The research findings reveal a current marketing focus on providing basic facilities, highlighting the strategic location, and relying on word-of-mouth promotion. In-depth analysis, grounded in Service-Dominant Logic (value creation through service exchange) and the Resource-Based View (strategic role of internal resources), identifies significant opportunities for enhancement across each element of the Marketing Mix. These include upgrading facilities responsive to tenant needs, adjusting pricing structures to be more flexible and value-oriented, actively promoting the advantages of location and accessibility, and developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The study concludes that an integrated and holistic optimization of the 4P Marketing Mix, focusing on enhancing value for tenants and the effective utilization of existing resources, is crucial for achieving a sustainable increase in the occupancy rate and strengthening the competitive position of the Rahmi Muara Bungo boarding house within the local accommodation market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra. The population in this study was all lecturers' performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra, totaling 50 people and sampling was carried out using census sampling so that 50 people were used as samples. This research method uses quantitative. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra, and job satisfaction and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana elemen desain dalam pengalaman event dapat membangun identitas merek yang kuat. Masalah difokuskan pada pengaruh tema event, interaksi konsumen, dan penggunaan teknologi dalam menciptakan pengalaman yang berkesan. Guna mendekati masalah ini, dipergunakan acuan teori dari literatur yang relevan dalam bidang branding dan pemasaran. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui tinjauan literatur yang mencakup artikel jurnal dan buku-buku terkini, dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa elemen-elemen desain yang diterapkan dalam pengalaman event berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap persepsi positif merek, meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen, dan memperkuat loyalitas merek. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan dalam merancang pengalaman event yang efektif dan relevan di pasar yang kompetitif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai penerapan elemen desain dalam konteks budaya yang beragam dan dampak jangka panjang dari pengalaman event terhadap perilaku konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis. Pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) Dan Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mixue Di Cabang Marendal Kota Medan. Selain itu mengevaluasi seberapa besar kontribusi eWOM dan citra merek dalam memengaruhi preferensi konsumen Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Marendal Kota Medan yang berjumlah 6.277 orang. Penetuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus solvin dengan Dan Teknik pengambilan Sampel menggunakan accidental sampling mendapatkan hasil 98 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian. (1) Electronic-Word Of Mouth berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,003) dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (3.053) dibandingkan t-tabel (1.985). (2) Brand Image berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) 0,05 dan t-hitung (5.615) dibandingkan t-tabel (1.985) (3) Electronic-Word Of Mouth  (x1), dan Brand Image (x2) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of North Sumatra Province. This research method is quantitative. Using the Slovin formula, 72 respondents were obtained as a sample from a population of 263 people. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect data. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of North Sumatra Province, (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of North Sumatra Province, (3) Work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh content marketing dan viral marketing terhadap customer engagement pengguna Tokopedia di Kecamatan Pancur Batu, khususnya Desa Tuntungan II. Masalah difokuskan pada efektivitas kedua strategi pemasaran digital dalam membangun keterlibatan konsumen. Guna mendekati masalah ini digunakan teori pemasaran digital serta konsep keterlibatan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 96 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik content marketing maupun viral marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,627 menunjukkan bahwa 62,7% variasi dalam customer engagement dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi content marketing yang relevan dan viral marketing yang menarik secara emosional mampu meningkatkan interaksi, loyalitas, dan keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap Tokopedia. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif di era e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at the Environment and Forestry Service of North Sumatra Province. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a population of 142 people and sampling using the slovin formula with a standard error of 10% so that a sample size of 59 respondents is obtained. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to respondents who were sampled. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) workload has a positive and significant effect on performance at the North Sumatra Province Environment and Forestry Service, (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra Province Environment and Forestry Service, (3) workload and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Sumatra Province Environment and Forestry Service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference in revenue performance between offline and online sales channels at Soulja Coffee during December 2024. The population in this research includes all sales transactions that occurred at Soulja Coffee within the specified period. The sample consists of daily revenue data from each sales channel, selected using purposive sampling based on relevance and data availability. Data were collected through documentation from Soulja Coffee’s internal financial reports. The research employs a comparative quantitative approach and utilizes the Independent T-Test for statistical analysis, supported by SPSS software to test the proposed hypothesis. The results indicate a significant difference in revenue between online and offline sales channels, with the average revenue from online sales (mean = 13.4844) being higher than that of offline sales (mean = 13.1091). These findings have important implications for decision-making in the planning and evaluation of sales strategies. Moreover, the results can serve as a valuable consideration in developing a business model that is more adaptive to changes in consumer behavior and the dynamics of the digital market.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis signifikansi peran dari kepercayaan dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian pengguna TikTok Shop. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang yang berdomisili di Madiun dan pernah melakukan pembelian di marketplace TikTok Shop. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sejumlah 100 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online menggunakan google form. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji kualitas data (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinieritas, dan heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kepercayaan dan media sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 0,591. Artinya, variabel kepercayaan dan media sosial memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 59,1% dan sisanya 40,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diikut sertakan dalam penelitian ini.
