Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the work environment influences lecturer performance, how work discipline influences lecturer performance, how the work environment and work discipline influence lecturer performance. The sample in this study is the same as the population, namely 50 lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra, with a total sampling technique or census method. Based on the test results and analysis, it shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sriwijaya Perdana. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Sriwijaya Perdana berjumlah 60 pegawai, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian diolah dengan beberapa jenis pengujian dan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 26.0. Uji instrumen penelitian dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya karena menggunakan model regresi linier berganda maka dilakukan uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, serta analisis koefisien determinasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui arah dan tingkat hubungan variabel independen dan dependen. Kemudian dilakukan uji F dan uji t untuk mengetahui kelayakan model penelitian serta pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sriwijaya Perdana dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sriwijaya Perdana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru Di SMP Negeri 2 Meranti Kabupaten Asahan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 orang guru. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian kepada seluruh guru di SMP Negeri 2 Meranti Kabupaten Asahan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik total samplimg. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Kerja secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja Guru Di Smp Negeri 2 Meranti Kabupaten Asahan

Abstract

The manufacturing industry in Pekanbaru is showing growth along with increased productivity, reflecting improved performance in small and medium-sized industrial companies. The implementation of green supply chain management (GSCM) is one strategy believed to improve firm performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of three dimensions of GSCM—green procurement, green production, and green distribution—on firm performance. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 45 small and medium-sized industrial companies in Pekanbaru. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that green production and green distribution have a significant effect on firm performance, while green procurement does not have a significant effect on firm performance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of facilities and word of mouth on purchasing decisions in the Sejahtera Indah 2 housing complex in Medan City, which consists of 112 building units. Using a sample of 95 respondents. This study aims to understand consumer needs related to housing and effective promotional strategies in driving purchasing decisions. The main focus of the study is to explore how visual and interactive promotional media can influence consumer behavior in the context of property sales. A quantitative approach with an associative design is used to examine the relationship between the independent variables, namely facilities and word of mouth, on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies and analyzed using multiple linear regression to obtain valid empirical results. The findings of this study are expected to provide strategic insights for housing developers in increasing product appeal and promotional effectiveness to significantly increase consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the partial influence of digital banking, financial literacy, and e-commerce promotions on changes in the savings patterns of 2023 Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta State University. The problem focuses on  digital banking usage, financial literacy levels, and the presence of e-commerce promotions as indicators of influence on changes in the savings patterns experienced by Management students. This study uses a quantitative approach through an associative method, with a sample of 185 respondents. The sampling method for this study uses non-probability sampling through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and partial tests. The results of the study show that X1 (digital banking) has a positive and significant effect on Y (saving patterns), X2 (financial literacy) has no significant effect on saving patterns (Y), and X3 (e-commerce promotions) has no significant effect on student saving patterns (Y). Concludes that student saving patterns are influenced by the use of digital banking, but e-commerce promotions and financial literacy levels do not have a significant effect on student saving patterns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine what factors trigger potential consumers to buy goods on the marketplace. In addition, to provide additional insight to readers that impulse buying cannot help someone achieve their desired financial goals. The population in this study was 272 people from the Pondok Cindur community. The sample in the study was 73 people taken using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The research results show that online visual merchandising has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying and online visual merchandising and sales promotion together have a simultaneous effect on impulse buying in the Tokopedia application in the Pondok Cindur community

Abstract

Abstract is written The formulation of this research is how leadership and motivation influence the performance of employees at the Rengas Pulau Community Health Center. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees at the Rengas Pulau Community Health Center. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The sample in this study was 43 people. Variables were measured using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis through the F test and t test. The results of the simultaneous test showed a very significant impact on employee performance at the Rengas Pulau Community Health Center. It can be explained that leadership influences employee performance, and motivation influences employee performance. Both leadership and motivation influence employee performance.

Abstract

The Blue Ocean Strategy emerges as an alternative approach to create new value through the development of flagship services that have not yet been explored by competitors. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Blue Ocean Strategy in the development of flagship services at XYZ Hospital. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and internal hospital documentation, and analyzed using the ERRC Grid and Strategic Canvas frameworks. The results show that XYZ Hospital successfully created new digital and early detection–based services, which led to an increase in patient visits, satisfaction, service time efficiency, and the strengthening of the institution’s image. However, the implementation of the strategy faced challenges such as regulatory constraints, human resource resistance, and budget limitations. The success of this strategy was supported by strong management commitment and an adaptive organizational culture. This study concludes that the Blue Ocean Strategy can be effectively implemented in the context of Indonesian hospitals when aligned with market needs and organizational capacity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Bina Cipta Rasa Sejati Medan. The sample in this study amounted to 70 employees. The analysis method used in this study involves two independent variables, namely motivation and work environment and one dependent variable, namely employee performance. The results of this study indicate that motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bina Cipta Rasa Sejati Medan. The work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bina Cipta Rasa Sejati Medan. Motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bina Cipta Rasa Sejati Medan.
