Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the impact of perceived benefits and convenience on consumer interest in using QRIS, with a focus on the people of Pangkalan Kuras District, Riau Province. This research uses a quantitative type of approach. The population in the research is the people of Pangkalan Kuras District, Riau Province who use QRIS as a payment transaction tool as many as 64,862 people. The sampling method used was probability sampling. The sampling technique used in this population was accidental sampling technique and the number of respondents involved was 100 people. selected from Pangkalan Kuras District. Data was collected through questionnaires as a primary data source and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that Perceived Benefits (X1) has a positive and significant influence on consumer interest in using QRIS. Convenience (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on consumer interest in using QRIS. Both Perceived Benefits and Convenience show a positive and significant influence on consumer interest in using QRIS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives, performance assessments, and work ethic on the productivity of employees of the East Aceh Social Service. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 42 employees as a sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between independent variables (incentives, performance appraisals, work ethic) and dependent variables (productivity). The results of the study show that the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee productivity. Work ethic had the greatest influence on productivity with a regression coefficient of 0.485, followed by performance appraisal (0.400) and incentives (0.312). The F test shows that incentives, performance appraisals, and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.652 indicates that 65.2% of the variation in productivity can be explained by these three variables. The results of this study emphasize the importance of fair incentives, objective performance assessments, and the development of a high work ethic in increasing employee productivity in the public sector. This study also recommends improving human resource management to support more optimal productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, timeliness of delivery, and system tracking facilities on customer satisfaction. This research, it is hoped that we can find out how each of these variables influences customer satisfaction and the extent to which improvements in these variables can increase customer satisfaction. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which is measured using SPSS 26 program. Data collection is through distributing questionnaires. The population of this research was 100 customers of JNE Krakatau Branch in Medan City with samples using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques are carried out using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on the research results, it shows that (1) service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at JNE Krakatau Medan Branch, (2) timeliness of delivery has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at JNE Krakatau Medan Branch, (3) system tracking facilities do not affect customer satisfaction. has an effect and is not significant on customer satisfaction at JNE Krakatau Medan Branch.

Abstract

Many factors can affect consumer satisfaction and in this study analyzed how the influence of trust and perception of value on consumer satisfaction Goods Cafe in Medan Selayang District. This type of research is associative with quantitatif approach. The population in this study were consumers who visited Goods Cafe in Medan Selayang District for a month with an average of 195 consumers. The research sample was taken by accidental sampling and the determination of the number using the Slovin formula obtained 66 samples. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests were also carried out. The results of the study showed that partially trust and perception of value had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, both variables of trust and perception of value had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction Goods Cafe in Medan Selayang District. It is recommended that Goods Cafe management try to increase consumer trust, for example by increasing the number of officers/waiters especially on Sundays/holidays and also trying to improve service so that consumers have a good perception of Goods Cafe as the best choice of place to visit.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to partially and simultaneously determine the influence of financial literacy and the influence of self-control on financial behavior among MSMEs in Harjosari I Village, Medan. This type of research uses associative research. In this research, quantitative methods were used with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study was all 33 MSMEs in Harajosari I Medan Village. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique used which means all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression method using SPSS version 29 software. The results of this research partially show that financial literacy (X1) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). Partially, self-control (X2) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). And simultaneously financial literacy (X1) and self-control (X2) have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (Y). Harjosari I Village, Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate conflict management in BAPPEDA Langsa City and its implications for employee productivity. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis from 20 employees. The results of the study show that the conflicts that occur are interpersonal and intrapersonal, with a negative impact on employee motivation and mental health. Despite management efforts through open discussions and informal mediation, minimal management support and unclear policies hamper their effectiveness. This study found that conflicts that are not managed properly lead to decreased productivity and increased attendance. The proposed recommendations include increased communication skills training, the development of more concrete conflict management policies, and an encouragement to create a work culture that supports collaboration. This finding is expected to be the basis for BAPPEDA and other government agencies to improve conflict management, thereby creating a more harmonious and productive work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of electronic service quality and electronic trust on electronic loyalty through electronic satisfaction as an intervening variable among Indriver customers. The type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach. The population of the study includes 103,559 individuals residing in Medan Selayang District, and a sample of 100 customers was taken using Slovin's formula with a nonprobability sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire. The analysis method employed is SmartPLS (Partial Least Square), which includes model measurement (outer model), model structure (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that electronic service quality, electronic trust, and electronic satisfaction significantly influence electronic loyalty. Furthermore, electronic service quality and electronic trust also have a positive effect on electronic satisfaction. This study explores the effect of electronic service quality on electronic loyalty through electronic satisfaction as a mediator, as well as analyzes the influence of electronic trust on electronic loyalty with electronic satisfaction serving as an intervening variable in the context of Indriver service users.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the influence of business capital and labor availability on the success of the Doorsmeer Mobil Goods Auto Medan business. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The research population was 32 entrepreneurs and employees at the Goods Auto Medan car doormeer and the sample was determined using total sampling, namely the entire population became the research sample. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires to obtain primary data and documentation to obtain secondary data. The statistical data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and previously classical assumptions were tested such as heteroscedasticity, normality, multicollinearity. Coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing were also carried out. The results of the study showed the conclusion that there is a partial influence of business capital (qp value q0.001 qq0.05) and labor availability (pvalue qq0.05) on the success of the doorsmeer business Goods Auto Medan cars. Simultaneously there is an influence of business capital and labor availability qp value q0.000 q q0.05 on the success of the Goods Auto Medan car doorsmear business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Viral marketing on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of Neuromarketing on purchasing decisions (3) test the effect of Viral marketing and Neuromarketing on purchasing decisions for Cromboloni Roti'O at Manhattan Square Medan Branch. This research method uses an associative research type quantitative approach. By distributing questionnaires to Cromboloni Roti'O at Manhattan Square Medan Branch. The population in this study was the Medan Sunggal sub-district of 131,741 people. And the sample in this study used the slovin formula, namely 100 respondents, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. With the results of the study. (1)Viral marketing (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) as evidenced by t-count t table (6.575 1.983) and a significant value (sig) (0.000 0.05) Neuromarketing(X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) t-count t table (6.575 1.983) and a significant value (sig) (0.000 0.05). Viral marketing (X1) Neuromarketing (X2) together (simultaneously) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Evidenced by f-count of, 167.832 and f-table value of 2.386 and a significance value of 0.000, smaller than alpha 0.050.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang  bagaiaman product quality, brand image dan purchase decision dapat mempengaruh repurchase intention, serta menganalisis peran mediasi purchase karena banyaknya merek lotion yang beredar dipasar tentunya konsumen dalam memilih produk yang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan dijanjiikan oleh produk tersebut. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 785 responden, dengan  jumlah sampel 89 responden. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision, brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision, produk quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, purchase decision berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, produk quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui purchase decision dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui purchase decision pada mahasiswa yang menggunakan body lotion Scarlett Whitening.
