Abstract

Karakteristik penggunaan lahan dan tanah merupakan sifat-sifat fisik DAS yang mempunyai pengaruh dalam menentukan aliran, yang dinyatakan dalam suatu indeks berupa Curve Number (CN). Sungai Sogitia yang terletak di Desa Sogitia, Kecamatan Bone, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo memiliki sumber air yang dapat mecukupi kebutuhan air baku di sekitaran Desa Sogitia. DAS Sogitia memiliki luas DAS 15, 39 km², dengan panjang sungai utama 4,69 km. Proses terbentuknya aliran air sungai (debit) sebagai fungsi parameter komponen sistem DAS dan input presipitasi hujan dapat dinalisis melalui suatu teknik pemodelan hidrologi menggunakan Model HEC-HMS. Nilai Curve Number ditentukan dengan melihat peta tata guna lahan dan peta jenis tanah, serta time lag dihitung menggunakan Persamaan Kirpich. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian kondisi penggunaan lahan di DAS Sogitia didominasi oleh hutan dengan luas 7,73 km², serta jenis tanah yaitu mediteran merah kuning yang termasuk dalam jenis tanah alfisol dengan tekstur lempung pasir berliat. Parameter yang didapat berupa Curve Number (CN = 69,31), Initial abration (Ia = 22,49 mm), dan Time Lag (TL = 9 menit). Hasil dari pemodelan HEC-HMS pada DAS Sogitia tahun 2009 sampai 2019 dengan debit puncak terjadi pada 21 Mei 2014 dengan nilai besaran debit 30,2 m³/s. Perhitungan debit andalan sungai untuk memperoleh nilai debit yang terpenuhi sepanjang waktu dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode flow duration curve (FDC). Keperluan irigasi dibutuhkan probabilitas 80% dengan nilai 1,3 m³/s. Lokasi penelitian tidak terdapat daerah irigasi, sehingga probabilitas 80% tidak digunakan. Untuk keperluan air baku dan industri debit andalan untuk probabilitas 90% yaitu sebesar 1,1 m³/s.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki cadangan aspal alam terbesar di dunia berupa aspal gunung, dikenal sebagai asbuton, yang terdapat di Pulau Buton, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik asbuton pracampur dan agregat Gorontalo serta karakteristik Marshall campuran AC-BC menggunakan kedua bahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah Marshall Test untuk memastikan campuran aspal panas memenuhi spesifikasi teknik Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga. Aspal buton pracampur memiliki berat jenis 1,036, nilai penetrasi 54 mm, titik lembek 55,5°C, dan hasil ekstraksi menunjukkan 98% bitumen dan 2% mineral. Karakteristik agregat meliputi: Coarse Aggregate (CA) dengan berat jenis 2,56, nilai abrasi 24,84%, nilai angularitas 99,32/98,84%, absorpsi 1,27%, kelekatan agregat terhadap aspal >95%, dan material lolos saringan No.200 sebesar 0,6%. Medium Aggregate (MA) memiliki berat jenis 2,54, nilai abrasi 27,51%, nilai angularitas 99,32/98,84%, absorpsi 1,74%, kelekatan agregat terhadap aspal >95%, dan material lolos saringan No.200 sebesar 0,9%. Fine Aggregate (FA)/abu batu memiliki berat jenis 2,42, absorpsi 1,32%, sand equivalent 75,76%, dan material lolos saringan No.200 sebesar 9,92%. Pasir memiliki berat jenis 2,40, absorpsi 2,28%, dan material lolos saringan No.200 sebesar 2,03%. Semua nilai karakteristik aspal dan agregat memenuhi Spesifikasi Umum 2018 (Revisi 2). Nilai KAO AC-BC asbuton pracampur adalah 5,25%. Karakteristik Marshall menggunakan KAO 5,25% menunjukkan kepadatan 2,22 gr/cm³, VIM 4,95%, VMA 14,63%, VFA 66,19%, stabilitas 1.310,20 kg, flow 2,54 mm, dan Marshall Quotient 515,83 kg/mm. Disimpulkan bahwa campuran asbuton pracampur dan agregat Gorontalo memiliki stabilitas tinggi, cocok untuk jalan yang melayani lalu lintas berat dan padat.

Abstract

The primary problem in a region with limited water resources is the use of irrigation water and this limited water resource is associated with water volume losses in the irrigation channel, particularly in the primary, secondary, and tertiary channels through evapotranspiration, infiltration, and seepage. Therefore, the irrigation channel reguires effective and efficient management. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of Lomaya Irrigation Area to denote water use and to maximize the water use for agriculture. This study is conducted by applying field data in the primary channel of Lomaya Irrigation Area and data from the climatology of Bolango Bone Tumbihe Watershed. The data collected are a wet cross-sectional area of channel and flow speed in several vertical points. The average daily evaporation rate and water losses in the primary channel of Lomaya Irrigation Area are determined by employing Penman evaporation method. In addition, the efficiency value is obtained by comparing inflow and outflow debit in the irrigation channel. The result of water losses value analysis in the Lodelombongo irrigation channel due to evaporation is 5,14 m³/sec, and the value is not too influential for the water losses in the channel compared to the water losses due to leakage in the channel. In the meantime, the average efficiency value in the Lodelombongo irrigation channel is 61%, where it is no longer in compliance with the predetermined provision in the irrigation planning criteria. The greatest efficiency value in primary channel BLI-BL2 is 92,42%, whereas the smallest value in the primary channel BL3-BL.BI is 49,35Y%, the greatest efficiency value in secondary channel BL.B3-BL.B4 is 72,64%, whereas the smallest value in the secondary channel BL.BS-BL.B6 is 43,89%. The efficiency value is affected by water volume, which losses on its way where the water losses in the irrigation channel encompass water losses components through evapotranspiration, percolation, seepage, and leakage.

Abstract

The location and number of rain stations in a watershed area are the main components in ensuring the availability of rainfall data. Evaluation of the rain station network density is needed to determine the condition of the distribution of rain stations and new rain stations recommendation. The research was conducted in the Bolango Bone watershed with 10 existing rain stations. Rainfall observation data in 7 years (2013-2019). The location and number of rain stations were analyzed using the Kagan-Rodda method based on the standards set by the WMO (World Meteorological Organization) of 100-250 km2/station. The result of the Kagan Method is the optimal number and pattern of placement of rain stations. The evaluation results from 10 stations in the Bolango Bone watershed showed that there were 3 stations, namely Pangi, Pinogu, and Sukamakmur, which did not meet the density of rain stations suggested by WMO. The correlation coefficient for monthly rainfall ranged from 0.4238-0.8351. This correlation value was the average of all rain stations in the Bolango Bone watershed. Based on the results of the Kagan-Rodda analysis, two recommendations were obtained. The first recommendation is to maintain the existing 10 stations with an average error Z1 = 4.12%, interpolation error Z2 = 9.24%, and the distance between stations l = 14.58 km, repositioning the rain stations to each vertex of the Kagan-Rodda triangle. The second recommendation is to add 4 new rain stations without repositioning the existing 10 rain stations with an average error Z1 = 3.45%, interpolation error Z2 = 8.93%, and distance between stations l = 12.32 km.

Abstract

Water is essential for human life, and its scarcity can significantly impact communities. In West Pentadio village, located on the lakeshore, residents struggle with obtaining clean water due to the murky, sulfurous geothermal water. To address this, a study was conducted to evaluate rainwater harvesting as a solution. Analyzing data from DAS Bionga over 13 years, the study used Normal, Log Normal, Log Pearson III, and Gumbel distributions for rainwater distribution and the Mononobe method for rainfall intensity. Population projections from 2021 to 2026, ranging from 1,026 to 1,118 people, indicate increasing daily clean water needs from 71,820 liters to 78,260 liters. The analysis revealed Cv = 0.32, Cs = 1.98, and Ck = 0.32, with Log Pearson III as the most appropriate distribution. The potential rainwater volume is 2,611,497.52 liters per hour with an intensity of 166.268 mm/hour. Conservation rates are 16.5% for one family and 15.2% for 4-5 families. Budgeting using 2020 prices in Gorontalo Regency, a container for one family (1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 meters) costs Rp. 3,044,703, while a larger container for 4-5 families (2 x 2 x 2 meters) costs Rp. 7,944,877. This rainwater harvesting system offers a viable solution to improve access to clean water for the village.

Abstract

Persebaran spasial kondisi lalu lintas Kecamatan Kota Tengah, Kota Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persebaran spasial kondisi lalu lintas Kecamatan Kota Tengah, Kota Gorontalo. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Kota Tengah, Kota Gorontalo di ruas Jalan Pangeran Hidayat, Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Jalan Madura, Jalan Arif Rahman Hakim, Jalan Andalas, Jalan Prof. Dr. H.B Jassin. Metode yang digunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria terpilih. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh langsung dari lapangan seperti data geometrik jalan, volume lalu lintas dan hambatan samping. Data sekunder yaitu gambaran umum jumlah penduduk serta lokasi penelitian. Waktu pengamatan selama 1 hari dari pukul 06.00-18.00 WITA dengan waktu interval 15 menit. Hasil diperoleh volume lalu lintas maksimum terjadi pada pukul 17.00-18.00 WITA di ruas Jalan Pangeran Hidayat sebesar 24.226 kend/jam, terendah di Jalan Madura 14.524 kend/jam. Hambatan samping tertinggi di ruas Jalan Jendral Sudirman dengan frekuensi 332 kode (M), terendah di Jalan Madura yaitu 101 frekuensi kode (L). Kecepatan arus bebas kendaraan tertinggi di ruas Jalan Andalas yaitu 48.30 km/jam, terendah di Jalan Arif Rahman Hakim yaitu 33.73 km/jam. Kapasitas jalan tertinggi di ruas Jalan Prof Dr. H. B. Jassin 3098 smp/jam, terendah di Jalan Pangeran hidayat yaitu 1305 smp/jam. Derajat kejenuhan, tertinggi di ruas Jalan Pangeran Hidayat dengan 1.20 DS, terendah di Jalan Madura yaitu 0.31 DS dan hasil data dibuat dalam peta spasial.

Abstract

There is an increase in the volume of containers, so there must be an evaluation of the capacity of the container terminal, so that there is no density of ship and container flows which can have an impact on the decline in the economy of the Gorontalo region. The purpose of this study is to analyze the capacity of the Gorontalo Port container terminal in 2021-2035. The research location is in the Port of Gorontalo which is located on Jalan Mayor Dullah, Talumolo Village, Gorontalo City. The method used is simple regression to find the value of the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR), the value of Berth throughput (BTP), the value of the dock capacity and the area of ​​the container field for the next 15 years. The results showed that the value of the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) at the Port of Gorontalo in 2021 to 2035 the value of the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) was above 40% of the value suggested by UNCTAD (United Nation Conference On Trade and Development). in the next 15 years the value of the Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) will reach 101.78%. For employment for the next 15 years from 2021 to 2035, it requires a field area of ​​5,094 m2–6,032 m2 and the current existing field at Gorontalo port is found to be 18,126 m2, which means the field at Gorontalo Port can still accommodate containers until 2035.

Abstract

Persimpangan jalan berperan sangat penting dalam menjaga kelancaran arus lalu lintas. Persimpangan harus dilengkapi dengan pengaturan lalu lintas yang baik karena merupakan hal yang paling kritis dalam pergerakan lalu lintas secara menyeluruh pada jaringan jalan, akibatnya terjadi kemacetan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja simpang tiga tak bersinyal pada Jalan Arif Rahmah Hakim dan Jalan Kalimatan dengan menggunakan Software VISSIM dan Metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI). Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian didapatkan volume pada jam sibuk yaitu pada pukul 17.00-18.00 sore hari Senin dengan volume kendaraan roda 2 sebanyak 2077 kendaraan/jam, roda 3 dengan 649 kendaraan/jam, kendaraan ringan dengan 449 kendaraan/jam dan kendaraan berat dengan 6 kendaraan/jam. Perhitungan menggunakan software VISSIM mendapatkan hasil tundaan pada masing-masing pendekat sebesar 37,3 detik/smp pada Jalan Arif Rahman Hakim (utara), 37,8 detik/smp pada Jalan Arif Rahman Hakim (selatan) dan 23,4 detik/smp pada Jalan Kalimantan (barat), dan panjang antrian pada masing-masing pendekat 35,4 m pada Jalan Arif Rahman (utara), 25,9 m pada Jalan Arif Rahman (selatan ) dan 29,3 Jalan Kalimantan (barat). Hasil perhitungan berdasarkan Manual kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 mendapatkan hasil derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,82, nilai tundaan (D) sebesar 13,36 det/smp dan nilai panjang antrian (QP atas) 53,66% - (QPbawah) 27,07%.

Abstract

Most of the construction workers in Indonesia are only having experience-based knowledge. They are skilled but are only elementary school graduates. Only a small proportion are able to reach the high school level. This is a fundamental problem for construction workers in Indonesia because many of the construction workers lack in engineering knowledge. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The findings indicate that: 1) Field identification, referring to the 2016 and 2013 SKKNI, reveals that both respondents are still lacking in the application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3). 2) The utility factor values ​​of the two respondents are both above 50%, where the utility factor of the blacksmith is 63.96% with a work productivity ratio of 18.39 kg/hour, while the of carbon steel worker 63.42% with productivity work of 2.73 m2/hour. 3) Both respondents occupy the lower level in the IQF, where blacksmith is categorized at level 1 and carbon steel workers is categorized at level 2. 4) The education level of construction workers does not affect their competence. Most of the knowledge related to the guild profession is obtained from work experience factors.

Abstract

Labor productivity is one of the success factors of a project where the labor is directly involved in construction in the field. This study aims to know the level of labor productivity in the project for construction of PMI storage facility in Gorontalo Province. This study uses work sampling (productivity rating), which is a method that can be used to measure productivity easily to obtain the LUR (Labor Utilization Rate) value for each labor. This study is conducted by observing the productivity of 7 labors where the observation of productivity (LUR) is done for 22 days in each labor and the type of work observed is raft foundation work. The finding shows that the average labor productivity level in foundation work is 69.22% > 50°/». Thus, it can be concluded that the level of labor productivity in foundation work in the project for construction of the PMI storage facility in Gorontalo Province is quite productive and splendid. The avemge value of volume/labor is 0.163 m3 where its coefficient value in the field for excavation, soil compaction, workshop floor, formwork, and casting is higher than AHSP (Work Unit Price Analysis) 2016 whereas the value for reinforced bar and drainage reinforcement is higher.
