Abstract

Marketing strategy is a form of a company's plan in the marketing field to obtain optimal results. Information technology is becoming an integral part of all fields, profit or non-profit. Education, banking, government, art, telecommunications, law, and tourism all use information technology in some capacity. MSMEs in Blitar Village have problems in the application of digital marketing so that there needs to be a solution to these problems. The methods used are observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and demonstrations. The result of this activity is the delivery of material on the application of digital marketing such as the definition of digital marketing, examples of digital marketing, the impact of digital marketing, and a tutorial session on the use of e-commerce. The response from the Blitar Village MSME players who were also the audience was very positive and they intended to learn to apply digital marketing as soon as possible.

Abstract

Indonesia's economy is one of the countries with significant economic strength in the world. However, the literacy rate among its population is still relatively low. The goal of this community service is to help improve the literacy of the Indonesian population by leveraging the role of Internship Students and Certified Independent Study (MSIB) Batch 4 from PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Regional Office VIII Surabaya. There are a total of 8 participants involved in this community service. The program has been running from January to June 2023 and has been monitored by mentors and accompanying staff. This activity runs in parallel with on-site internship activities. The results achieved show that the community has responded positively to Islamic finance and its prospects for helping improve Indonesia's economy.

Abstract

The implementation of Community Service is intended to provide socialization to MSME actors to improve the quality and capacity of human resources as part of efforts to develop MSME to face tough competition, develop various MSME business opportunities and the creative economy after the Covid-19 pandemic. The main target of Community Service is the MSME community in Ambon City. This PKM activity was carried out to share knowledge about HR Management related to improving the quality of MSME institutions, as well as distributing information related to the socialization that was carried out. With this program, it is hoped that the target of MSME actors in this PKM activity can find out about good human resource management in increasing the capacity of MSMEs and the creative economy to be used as motivation in an effort to take advantage of all available opportunities. Campus academics are also expected to be a source of knowledge, liaison or interface by increasing the HR capacity of MSME actors and becoming a center of excellence in MSME business development.

Abstract

The Surabaya Mengajar program is part of the Merdeka Learn Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy to enrich student competencies by providing opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom by providing assistance to teachers and education staff at the basic education level. The Surabaya Teaching program is currently the third cohort assigned to teach, and assist with school administration and teachers in schools. Oneof the schools where Surabaya teaches is SMP Negeri 39 Surabaya.In practice, Surabaya Teachingstudents use severalmethods,startingfrom debriefing/coordinating, visiting the local regional Education Office, to visiting the destination school to make observations.The results of the implementation of the Surabaya Teaching program batch 3 in teaching assistance that have been carried out by students at SMP Negeri 39 Surabaya are in accordance with the achievement of the objectives of the Surabaya Teaching program batch 3 through the introduction of literacy and numeracy to students in target schools; create innovation and creativity by collaborating with teachers in schools to jointly improve the quality of education in target schools; hone skills and insights in the field of teaching and also develop learning media that can be applied directly to students to support the learning process in class; develop rational and targeted thinking patterns in working with teams, solving problems within the scope of work, as well as controlling emotions in a social environment outside the world of lectures.

Abstract

KM plays a role in building the national economy, namely absorbing job seekers, raising income, building rural economy, increasing non -gas exports and increasing gross domestic product (GDP). However, not all UMKM actors record transactions in bookkeeping. This service activity aims to provide training in the preparation of simple financial statements of UMKM actors. The training subjects were UMKM actors in Rewulu Kulon Sidokarto Godean Sleman. The method used is the lecture method, tutorial and discussion. This activity was carried out on 6 and 13 May 2023 involving 20 participants. Participants are given training on financial recording. Training activities for the preparation of simple financial statements in Rewulu Kulon Sidokarto Godean Sleman went smoothly. Post -training, knowledge and skills of participants in preparing financial statements increases. Increasing the ability to prepare financial statements helps UMKM actors in calculating the benefits or losses of business cash flows and flows.

Abstract

Rupiah is the official currency of Indonesia and is widely accepted in economic transactions within the country's borders. The rupiah can be weakened by the use of foreign currencies, the circulation of counterfeit money, and poor handling of money. To promote the importance of the rupiah, the Student Community Service (KKN) from Pattimura University in Ambon organized a program called Love Proud Understanding Rupiah. The socialization event took place at the Leahari State Office and involved preparing educational materials about the value of love, pride, and understanding of the rupiah. On May 23, 2023, the outreach program was carried out in Negeri Leahari to educate people about the significance of preserving and caring for the rupiah currency. By raising awareness about the importance of the rupiah, the socialization activities aimed to maintain the economic stability of Indonesia.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a very important economic sector in Indonesia's economic development. The MSME sector makes a significant contribution to economic growth, job creation, and economic equity. Therefore, we conducted socialization and simple bookkeeping training for MSMEs so that they can advance the income of the people in Botubarani Village. By conducting outreach to the people of Botubarani Village, so that they can introduce information about the importance of simple bookkeeping in this case is the traders in Botubarani Village. With the topic that we raise is "Training and Assistance for Micro Entrepreneurs in carrying out simple bookkeeping" as a Community Service program because it relates to the major we have chosen, namely accounting. Which in the program, the objects we chose were traders of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Abstract

Development in the current era of globalization relies on the economic sector. Good economic achievements can be realized by maximizing income for MSMEs. Increasing income in MSMEs can be done by preparing a marketing strategy to maximize the scope of consumers in the MSMEs themselves. Seeing the number of MSMEs in the city of Surabaya, PT. Bank BTPN Syariah provides co-facilitators for its customers in realizing the desired goals. The companion role here helps customers to maximize sales. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of the counterpart in the marketing strategy for BTPN Syariah customers. The research method used is qualitative which will produce descriptive writing results. Data collection techniques used are interviews and observations in the field. The results of this study are that MSME actors can understand the importance of preparing a marketing strategy so that they can increase income and be able to compete.

Abstract

Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition due to the provision of food that is not in accordance with the nutritional needs of toddlers. Stunting can occur when fetus is still in the womb and will only be seen after children start turning two years old. Stunting prevention is carried out during the first 1000 days of a child's life. Therefore, counseling on stunting prevention is necessary for pregnant women. The community service activity carried out by the MBKM Thematic KKN Students Group 55 of the East Java "Veteran" Development University is an effort to accelerate towards Stunting-Free Jangur Village and to reduce the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women. The target of this program is pregnant women in Jangur Village. The method used is education through media such as posters, PowerPoint, and educational videos. The stages of this community service activity consist of 2 phases, namely the preparation phase before education and the implementation phase of education. The hope is that the results of the education activity can improve the nutrition of pregnant women in Jangur Village so that the health of the mother and baby during childbirth can be maintained.

Abstract

Vegetables play an important role for humans, because they contain little fat and carbohydrates, but contain lots of vitamins, nutrients that are very important for health. Hydroponics is a method of cultivating plants that only requires water as a growing medium without using soil. The use of this hydroponic concept is a simple method that can be used to increase people's attention to the environment by using used bottles. Based on the things that have been described, the author raises the topic of community service entitled "Training of Vegetable Cultivation Using the Hydroponic Method Using Used Bottles as Hydroponic Growing Media in Karangan Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency". The target of this community service activity is PKK Karangan Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province in May 2023. The method used in this activity is to socialize, namely providing information and understanding about how to grow vegetables using the system hydroponics along with using used bottles for hydroponic growing media. This socialization was carried out by practicing growing vegetables with tools and materials in the form of vegetable seeds, rockwool, flannel cloth, used bottles, and AB MIX nutrition. The steps for making hydroponics begin with making planting media from used bottles. The preparation of the material was also carried out by direct practice, namely by using tools and materials to make hydroponic frameworks from used bottles with the aim of facilitating socialization. From this activity it can be concluded that it can provide information, knowledge and skills to PKK mothers about the benefits of planting vegetables using the simple hiroponic method from used bottles and minimizing used bottle waste in the community.
